PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a harmful effect such as lassitude, fatigue due to dropsy or the like directly related to everyday life and prevent or block low back pain, the dropsy or the like as well.
SOLUTION: The step cushion comprises a partition 3 at the central lower step of an outer covering member 4. Respective elastomers containing regions for front and rear seat regions are provided at front and rear sides of the partition 3, respectively. The rear elastomer containing region 1 contains a two-layered elastomer integrally formed of hard and soft elastic layers, that is, an upper half soft elastomer and a lower half elastomer. The front containing region 2 contains only a layer of soft elastomer. The elastomer of the rear seat region receives the almost entire weight of upper half of the seater at the two-layered elastomer integrally formed of hard and soft elastic layers having excellent cushioning property and yet with frexibility. Accordingly, not only the fatigue of the buttocks, but also even the feeling of excessive pressure applied to the thighs are alleviated.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT

Description

The present invention relates to a cushion (elasticity) for the purpose of preventing and mitigating harmful effects caused by fatigue caused by operations such as sitting and sitting.

Most of the conventional wrapping materials used for seat cushions and seat cushions have a uniform thickness specification, so in the operation of sitting, sitting, etc., only the area directly below the buttocks (sciatic bone) where the upper body weight is in the middle An overload condition occurs. As a result, only the cushioning property of the limited seating surface area is seriously impaired, and stagnation of lymph fluid and tissue fluid due to pain and fatigue of the buttocks in the middle or local pressure on the thigh Occurrence, development of edema, etc. Therefore, the desk work directly connected to daily life will also be hindered.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide the provision of prevention or prevention of low back pain, edema, etc., as well as elimination of laziness due to edema and the like directly related to daily life and fatigue.

In order to solve these problems, the first invention includes a soft elastic body (1 in FIG. 4) corresponding to the upper portion of the seat surface elastic body in contact with the sciatic site, that is, the buttocks, and a hard elastic body corresponding to the lower portion (1). A two-layered elastic body (FIG. 4) obtained by adhering or joining 2) in FIG. 4 and integrated softly and softly is wrapped with an exterior (cover) material (3 in FIG. 1).
The elastic body in the seating area where the thigh is in contact was only a soft elastic body (FIG. 3), and the height (thickness) was lower (thinner) than the seating area elastic body in contact with the buttocks.

According to the first invention, the elastic body (FIG. 4) included in the seating surface area (1 in FIG. 1) with which the buttocks contact and the elastic body (2 in FIG. 1) with which the thigh is in contact ( 3), the upper half of the elastic body (FIG. 4) included in the seating area (1 in FIG. 1) in contact with the buttocks is a soft elastic body (1 in FIG. 4), and the lower half is By adopting a rigid elastic body (2 in FIG. 4), it does not impair the flexibility and feel, and it eliminates dents and slumps in the back seating surface (1 in FIG. 1) caused by excessive load. It can be prevented. In addition, the compression of the thigh due to the cushioning property that lost the escape area due to the weight concentration on the buttocks seating surface (1 in FIG. 1) is reduced, and the flow of lymph fluid or tissue fluid in the body becomes smooth. Therefore, it is freed from various harmful effects such as lameness due to edema, fatigue, and tiredness, etc., which are related to desk work.

One embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of this embodiment in which an exterior (cover) material (3) includes an elastic body.
FIG. 2 is a perspective view of an elastic body-containing region characterized in that a partition (3) is provided at the boundary between the front half (2) region of the seating surface and the rear half (1) region of the seating surface.
FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the soft elastic body that is accommodated in the front half (2 in FIG. 2).
FIG. 4 is a perspective view of an elastic body composed of two layers of hard and soft, which is accommodated in the rear half (1 in FIG. 2).
"Effect of the embodiment"

Conventional seat areas such as cushions, seat cushions, and chairs are smooth and cushioning is uniform. Therefore, compared to just below the thigh, heavy pressure is applied to the seat area just below the buttocks (sciatic bone) where the weight of the upper body is concentrated, and only a part of the seat surface sinks (dents) excessively. Become.
As a result, regardless of the position on the seating surface, the pressure from the seating surface due to the elasticity that has lost the escape is concentrated just below the thigh region where the load is small.
When you reach a chair, sofa, etc., you should warp your upper body back.

Most of them are lower in the rear seat area than in the front seat area, and the thigh contact position is higher than the buttocks (sciatic) area contact position. (Thick). However, as the entire seating surface has the same cushioning property, only the region directly below the buttocks (sciatic region) where the weight of the upper body is concentrated sinks (depresses) excessively, and the cushioning property (elasticity) has lost its escape. It is concentrated directly under the thigh area where the load is small, resulting in greater force and excessive pressure on the thigh area.

According to this embodiment, the partition (3 in FIG. 2) is provided in the center of the elastic body containing area, and the elastic body (FIG. 4) consisting of two layers of hard and soft is included in the rear half of the seat surface (1 in FIG. 2). . The upper elastic elastic body (1 in FIG. 4) flexibly receives the weight load of the upper body and the appropriate hardness of the lower elastic body (2 in FIG. 4), so that the feeling of bottoming, that is, the heavy pressure of the body weight It is possible to prevent “sagging” of the cushion material itself, which occurs when the elastic body is compressed and the flexibility of the elastic body is impaired.

This hard / soft two-layered elastic body (FIG. 4) reduces the pressure on the buttocks and can prevent local pain and fatigue. The hard and soft two-layered elastic body (Fig. 4) not only distributes the load pressure moderately, but also the upper half of the body in the rear half (1 in Fig. 1) higher than the front half (2 in Fig. 1) of the seating surface. Since most of the body weight is received, the pressure on the thigh region in contact with the lower half of the front half (2 in FIG. 1) is completely eliminated.

This also enhances sitting comfort and smoothes the flow of lymph fluid and tissue fluid flowing through the thigh region. The ability to prevent or prevent foot edema, etc. that occurs during long hours of desk work, etc., frees you from harmful effects such as fatigue and tiredness.
