Abstract
Description
In the present invention, when a building, a tower, and other various facilities (hereinafter referred to as a building) are dismantled, the glass plate used in such a building is as large as possible so that it can be reused. Or it belongs to the technical field of a cutting device for disassembling a glass plate, which is cut into a desired and other desired shape, in a clean state, efficiently and safely by remote operation.
A glass plate used for an opening of a building or the like is usually firmly fixed with a putty. In old buildings, the putty is hard and it is difficult to remove the glass plate. For this reason, a so-called “glass cutting” is generally carried out by a method of cutting small pieces by hand and dismantling. When the putty and the seal are easily cut, a method of removing the glass plate is also carried out. However, since the glass plate is heavy, it requires a lot of labor and has a high risk of breakage.
In addition, multi-layer glass plates are used in high-rise buildings and the like. In the case of a multi-layer glass plate, an electric diamond cutter is used because it cannot be cut by glass cutting.
Regardless of the above, the dismantling work at a high place is an inefficient dismantling work that requires a lot of manpower, such as the need to use a scaffold or a stepladder. In addition, there are problems such as the risk of falling or falling glass plates to the outside.
The processing method of the glass piece disclosed by the following patent document 1 is the method of performing the processing of the cut glass piece safely and quickly when cutting the outer wall glass of a building and providing an opening for the purpose of fire fighting or disaster prevention. I will provide a. That is, the cut glass pieces are adsorbed and supported by an adsorbing board, and guided to the indoor state by a feeding device and placed. In short, it is not the content to propose a new glass cutting method or cutting device.
The purpose of the present invention is to clean a glass plate used in a building or the like into a square or other desired shape as large as possible so that the glass plate used in such a building can be reused. Moreover, it is an object of the present invention to provide a cutting apparatus for disassembling a glass plate that can be efficiently and safely cut and recovered by remote operation.

The

A plurality of
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on illustrated embodiments.
FIG. 1 shows the invention according to
Four suction pads 6 (not limited to this number) adsorbed to the
The
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the
As shown in FIG. 2, a
A
Although not specifically shown in the figure, the
Next, a method and work contents for cutting and breaking the
The operator of the work vehicle 3 brings the work vehicle 3 close to a position appropriate for the dismantling work with respect to the
Incidentally, as shown in FIG. 5, the cutting work in the case of cutting a piece of glass having a similar shape (quadrangle) as large as possible from the
As apparent from FIG. 5, by combining the
Next, a cutting apparatus for breaking glass sheets according to the inventions described in claims 1 and 3 will be described based on the embodiment shown in FIG.
In the present embodiment, as a
The arm block 33 has a plurality of joints as in the case of the shovel car drive arm, and is a free arm that is easy to control by steering the joints with a plurality of hydraulic cylinders or pneumatic cylinders. 34 is provided. The
However, in the case of the present embodiment, unlike the work vehicle 3 of the first embodiment, there is no operator's driver's seat, so the
The method for cutting and cutting the
Although the present invention has been described based on the illustrated embodiments, of course, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments. As long as it does not deviate from the object and the gist of the present invention, and the technical idea, it should be noted that the present invention can be carried out in a wide variety of ways, including design changes, applications, and modifications as required by those skilled in the art.
