イ 駆動に動力を使用する為、製造コストが高い。

以下に本発明の実施形態を説明する。
イ 搭乗室(1)の上空部に滑車(8)を取付け、遊動ロープ(7)を介して釣合い重り(2)を設けて、釣合いを取っている。
ロ 搭乗室(1)の天井部にスプリングバランサー(3)を巻上げ補助の為に設ける。
ハ 搭乗室(1)の中間部にキャプスタン式ウィンチ(5)を設ける。
ニ キャプスタン式ウィンチ(5)の軸(10)に巻付けた上下に張った固定ロープ(4)を設ける。
ホ キャプスタン式ウィンチ(5)に円形状のハンドル(6)を設け、その円周上にノブ(9)を取付けている。
本発明は以上のような構造である。以下、使用方法について説明する。
最初、搭乗室(1)と釣合い重り(2)は釣合って搭乗室(1)は階下の状態にある。乗降者は搭乗室(1)に乗り、ハンドル(6)のノブ(9)を握り人力で回すとキャプスタン式ウィンチ(5)が駆動してその軸(10)が固定ロープ(4)に巻付いて搭乗室(1)が上昇する。
この時、同時にスプリングバランサー(3)が働き、スプリングの巻戻し力によって乗降者の重量を軽減させる。乗降者はハンドル(6)を正逆回転して上下階の定位置に停止させる。
又、キャプスタン式ウィンチ(5)の代わりに他の実施例を説明すると、一例目はラック及びギャー方法(図3、4参照)であるが、平形状に歯形を付けたラック(11)を設けてギヤー(12)を組合せ、それに連結したハンドル(6)を回して搭乗室(1)の昇降操作をする。
二例目は、チェーンブロック方法(図5参照)によるが、上部にチェーンブロック(13)を設けて付属の細長い輪状になっているチェーン(14)を搭乗室(1)の中に通し、それを正逆に引張り回すことにより引上げ・戻しチェーン(15)が上下に動き、搭乗室(1)の昇降操作をする。以上他の2実施例の方法で人力により搭乗室(1)を昇降停止することができる。Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.

At this time, the spring balancer (3) works simultaneously to reduce the weight of the passenger by the unwinding force of the spring. The passenger gets in and out of the steering wheel (6) and stops at a fixed position on the upper and lower floors.
Another embodiment will be described in place of the capstan winch (5). The first example is a rack and gear method (see FIGS. 3 and 4), but a rack (11) having a tooth shape in a flat shape is used. The gear (12) is provided and combined, and the handle (6) connected thereto is turned to raise and lower the passenger compartment (1).
The second example is based on the chain block method (see FIG. 5), but the chain block (13) is provided at the top and the attached chain (14) in the form of an elongated ring is passed through the passenger compartment (1). By pulling forward and backward, the pulling / returning chain (15) moves up and down to move the passenger compartment (1) up and down. The boarding room (1) can be lifted and stopped by human power by the methods of the other two embodiments.
