Description

The present invention relates to a tire slip preventing member that is attached to a tire when the vehicle is driven in a bad road condition such as a snowy road, a sandy beach, or a muddy state, and particularly covers a part of the tire so that the tire does not idle when the vehicle starts. The present invention relates to a tire anti-slip member.

When driving a car in bad conditions such as snowy roads, sandy beaches, mud, etc., the tire tread surface (surface that meshes with the road surface) of the tire does not mesh with the road surface at the time of start, and the car runs idle and the vehicle starts. May not be possible. As described above, as a method of escaping from an emergency where the vehicle cannot start, there are a method of inserting a plate or the like between the tire and the road surface, and a method of attaching a chain to the tire.
The method of inserting a plate between the tire tread surface of the tire and the road surface is troublesome because the plate must be collected after the vehicle is moved.
In the method of attaching the chain to the tire, the conventionally known tire chain that covers the entire circumference of the tire tread surface takes time to attach and detach, and is troublesome when rushing like commuting. In addition, the conventionally known tire chains are limited in conformity to the tire size, so it is troublesome to search for a tire chain suitable for the tire.

Further, in areas where there is little snowfall, roads and alleys with low traffic volume are snowing when it snows, but snow is often melted on arterial roads with high traffic volume. In this case, a tire chain is required for a short distance from the road or alley where snow remains to the main road where the snow melts. Even if snow tires are used, a tire chain may be required when climbing a frozen slope.
However, even after reaching the main road or climbing a frozen hill, driving with the tire chain attached will cause the car to vibrate so that the speed of the car cannot be increased. For this reason, it is better to remove the tire chain except in short-distance sections such as alleys with snow and frozen slopes. However, when the tire chain is attached / detached only in a necessary section, it takes a lot of time to attach / detach the tire chain, which is troublesome.

On the other hand, when escaping from an emergency where the vehicle cannot be started due to bad conditions such as snowy roads, the vehicle can start if the tire tread surface and the road surface mesh when starting the vehicle. Even if the chain is not covered, if only a part of the tire tread surface is covered with the tire slip preventing member, the vehicle can be started even in a bad situation. Also, when only a part of the tire is covered with a chain, the time and effort for attaching and detaching the chain can be reduced compared to the case where the chain is attached to the entire circumference.
As a tire chain that covers a part of such a tire, for example, a tire chain described in Patent Document 1 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-39130) is known.
In Patent Document 1 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-39130), a plurality of cross chains (2) covering a tire tread surface, and holes formed in a tire wheel (P) connected to the cross chains (2). Tire having a pair of side chains (1, 1) penetrating the portion (Q) and hooks (3, 3) for fixing the cross chain (2) provided on the side chain (1, 1) The chain is listed.

Further, as a tire chain that covers a part of a tire, a technique described in Patent Document 2 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-297229) is also known.
In Patent Document 2 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-297229), in a tire chain in which a rubber band is connected to one end of one chain and a hook is provided to the other end of the rubber band, the chain portion is a tire tread surface. A technique for fixing a tire chain by placing a rubber band through a tire wheel and hooking a hook supported on an end of the rubber band on the other end of the chain is described.

特開2001−39130号公報(公報第2頁、図1〜図3)Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2001-39130 (Gazette page 2, FIGS. 1 to 3) 特開平10−297229号公報(公報第2頁、図1)Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-297229 (page 2 of the publication, FIG. 1)

(Problems of the technology described in Patent Document 1)
The technique described in Patent Document 1 has a problem in that the tire chain is manufactured by connecting the side chain (1) and the cross chain (2), which requires time and manufacturing cost. Moreover, since it is comprised with a chain, size adjustment according to a tire size is difficult, and since the tire chain suitable for every tire size is needed, there also exists a problem that cost reduction is difficult.
(Problems of the technology described in Patent Document 2)
In the technique described in Patent Document 2, since the chain and the rubber band are made of different materials, there is a problem that the structure is complicated and the cost is increased. In addition, since one chain is fixed to the tire with one rubber band and hook, there is also a problem that the chain portion is easily displaced during traveling.

(Operation of Example 1)
2 is an explanatory view of the tire slip preventing member of Example 1, FIG. 2A is a view showing a state where the tire slip preventing member is mounted on the tire, and FIG. 2B is an enlarged sectional view taken along the line IIB-IIB in FIG. 2A. 2C is an enlarged view of a portion indicated by an arrow IIC in FIG. 2B.
2A and 2B, when the tire slip preventing member 1 of the first embodiment having the above-described configuration is attached to the tire T, first, the covering portion 2 is arranged on the tire T so that the slip preventing groove 3 becomes an outer surface. A part of the tread surface is covered, and the connecting portion 12 is disposed on the outer side surface (the other end side surface) of the tire T. Next, the band portion 6 is wound around the inner side surface (one end side surface) of the tire T, is passed through the hole Ha formed in the tire wheel H, and is brought to the outer side surface of the tire T.
And the band part 6 which penetrated the said hole part Ha is inserted in the insertion hole 13 formed in the said connection part 12. FIG. When the band portion 6 is inserted into the insertion hole 13, the tip portion 7 of the band portion 6 has a sharp tip, and therefore can be inserted smoothly.

In FIG. 2B and FIG. 2C, when the adjuster portion 8 of the band portion 6 is inserted into the insertion hole 13, the claw tip portion 14 a of the locking claw 14 formed in the connecting portion 12 becomes the valley of the adjuster portion 8. Engage with part 9. When the adjuster portion 8 is inserted in the direction of the arrow Ya, the locking claw 14 is elastically deformed, gets over the inclined portion 10a of the peak portion 10 and sequentially engages with the next valley portion 9. Therefore, the tire slip preventing member 1 can be fastened to the tire T by the user pulling the adjuster portion 8 in the direction of the arrow Ya.
Further, in a state where the tire slip preventing member 1 is fastened to the tire T, the band portion 6 is inclined toward the covering portion 2 side (direction along the arrow Ya) even if the band portion 6 is moved in the direction opposite to the arrow Ya direction. The locking claw 14 is difficult to deform in the direction opposite to the arrow Ya direction. Therefore, the band portion 6 is difficult to move in the direction opposite to the arrow Ya direction, and the tire slip preventing member 1 fastened to the tire T is difficult to loosen. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2A, when the vehicle is run with the tire anti-slip member 1 mounted on the tire T of the car, there is no fear that the tire anti-slip member 1 will loosen or fall off.

Therefore, when the tire anti-slip member 1 according to the first embodiment is mounted on the tire T in an emergency situation in which the tire T rotates idly in a bad situation such as a snowy road, a sandy beach, or a muddy state, the road surface in the bad situation and the anti-slip material are used. The car can be started from the bad situation by engaging with the groove 3. Further, when a plurality of the tire slip preventing members 1 are mounted on the tire T, escape from the bad situation is further facilitated.
Furthermore, when a tire chain is required in a short-distance section from the alley where snow remains to the main road where the snow melts or on a frozen slope, a chain is necessary by attaching the tire anti-slip member 1. It is possible to drive a car in a short distance section. Then, after reaching the main road or after climbing a frozen slope, a user cuts the band part 6 or the connecting part side band part 11 with scissors, a cutter or the like to thereby prevent the tire slip preventing member 1. Can be easily removed from the tire T.

Moreover, since the tire slip prevention member 1 of Example 1 is integrally molded with resin, the configuration is simple and the cost can be reduced. Further, the tire slip preventing member 1 can be fastened to the tire T only by pulling the adjuster portion 8 in the direction of the arrow Ya regardless of the size of the tire T. Therefore, the time required for attachment / detachment can be shortened as compared with the conventional tire chain, and the user can be provided with a size-free and disposable size-free tire anti-slip member 1.
In addition, since it cannot be used again if the tire slip preventing member 1 is cut, when the tire slip preventing member 1 is repeatedly used, first, minus is applied from one end side (right side) of the insertion hole 13 into which the adjuster portion 8 is inserted. A locking release member such as a screwdriver is inserted to elastically deform the locking claw 14 to the other end side (left side). In this state, the locking claw 14 and the adjuster portion 8 are unlocked. Therefore, by pulling the adjuster portion 8 out of the insertion hole 13 in the direction opposite to the arrow Ya, the tire slip stopper The member 1 can be removed from the tire T. The tire slip preventing member 1 removed in this way can be used again.

(Example 2)
3 is an explanatory view of a tire slip preventing member of Example 2, FIG. 3A is a plan view of the tire slip preventing member, FIG. 3B is an enlarged sectional view taken along line IIIB-IIIB of FIG. 3A, and FIG. 3C is FIG. 3D is a diagram showing a state in which the locking claw is held in the locking position, and FIG. 3E is a diagram showing a state in which the locking claw has moved to the locking release position. .
In the description of the second embodiment, components corresponding to those of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted.

In FIG. 3, in the tire slip preventing member 1 according to the second embodiment, the connection portion 12 ′ has a connection release portion 12 a ′ that can be elastically deformed with respect to the connection portion 12 ′. A knob portion 21 that protrudes upward is formed on the upper surface of the connection release portion 12a ′, and a locking claw 14 is formed on the lower surface of the elastic deformation portion 12 ′.

(Operation of Example 2)
In FIG. 3, the tire slip preventing member 1 of the second embodiment can be mounted on the tire T by performing the same mounting operation as the tire slip preventing member 1 of the first embodiment. In the state where the tire anti-slip member 1 of Example 2 is mounted on the tire T, the locking claw 14 is held at the locking position shown in FIG. 3D in which the claw tip portion 14 a is engaged with the valley portion 9. . Then, from the state where the locking claw 14 is held in the locking position, the user can move the locking claw 14 to the locking release position shown in FIG. 3E by picking up the knob portion 21 with a fingertip.
In FIG. 3E, in a state where the locking claw 14 has moved to the unlocking position, the band portion 6 can be pulled out from the insertion hole 13 by pulling the band portion 6 in the direction opposite to the arrow Ya. . For this reason, the tire slip preventing member 1 of the second embodiment can be easily detached from the tire T just by picking up the knob portion 21, and can be used again after being removed. Therefore, the tire slip preventing member 1 can be removed from the tire T without using the disengagement member as in the first embodiment.
In addition, the tire slip preventing member 1 of the second embodiment has the same effects as the tire slip preventing member 1 of the first embodiment.
