Abstract
Description
(a) 投与すべき薬物を投薬容器に入れることと、
(b) 薬物を分析装置に詰めることと、
(c) 薬物溶液の化学的および(または)物理的特性の少なくとも一方の値を非侵襲的に測定して該薬物のプロフィルを発生させることと、
(d) 取得されたプロフィルを一組の既知のプロフィルと比較することと、
(e) 取得されたプロフィルと処方された薬物のプロフィルとが合致すると、処置は安全であり、薬物の投与を進めてよいとのメッセージを発することとを含む方法を含む。
(a) 少なくとも一つの特性を分析測定し、前記特性に対応する信号を発する光学的要素を内蔵した分析装置であって、薬物容器あるいは注射器に結合された分析装置と、
(b) 薬物溶液を含む前記薬物容器あるいは注射器と、
(c) 前記分析装置からの信号が、発生したプロフィルを一組の既知のプロフィルと比較するために伝送されてくる中央計算装置と、
(d) その結果を表示するためのディスプレイ装置あるいはプリンタとを含む装置が提供される。
Claims (12)
- 注射あるいは点滴によって投与される薬物の確認と品質保証とを実行する方法において、
(a) 投与用容器に投与すべき薬物を提供することと、
(b) 該薬物を分析装置に詰めることと、
(c) 薬物溶液の少なくとも一つの化学的および(または)物理的特性の値を非侵襲的に測定して該薬物のプロフィルを発生させることと、
(d) 取得されたプロフィルを一組の既知プロフィルと比較することと、
(e) 取得されたプロフィルと処方された薬物のプロフィルとが一致すると、この医療が安全であり、該薬物の投与を進めうる旨のメッセージを発するようになることとを含むことを特徴とする薬物の確認と品質保証とを実行する方法。 - 前記分析測定が吸収分光光度測定法によって実行されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記分析測定が蛍光分光光度測定法あるいはラーマン分光光度測定法あるいはNMRまたはESRによって実行されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記分析測定が分析方法のいずれかの組み合わせによって実行されることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記測定が同一性測定のためのものであることを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記測定が濃度測定のためのものであることを特徴とする請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記取得されたプロフィルと前記処方された薬物のプロフィルとが一致に達しないとの選択がなされた場合、投与過程を停止するよう警告メッセージが発されることを特徴とする請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 注射あるいは点滴によって投与すべき薬物の同一性と濃度とを測定するための装置において、
(a) 少なくとも一つの特性を分析測定し、前記特性に対応する信号を発する光学的要素を含む分析装置であって、薬物容器あるいは注射器に結合されている分析装置と、
(b) 薬物溶液を含んだ前記薬物容器あるいは注射器と、
(c) 発生したプロフィルを一組の既知プロフィルと比較するために前記分析装置からの信号が伝送されてくる中央計算装置と、
(d) その結果を表示するためのディスプレイ装置あるいはプリンタとを含むことを特徴とする薬物の同一性と濃度とを測定する装置。 - 前記取得されたプロフィルが比較される外部データベースに記憶された一組の既知プロフィルを含む外部情報ネットワークが任意に中央計算装置に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記中央計算装置が任意に患者の医療記録システムに結合されていることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の装置。
- 前記中央計算装置が任意に、医療計画システムに結合されていることを特徴とする請求項8から10までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記分析装置が吸収分光光度計あるいは蛍光分光光度計あるいはラーマン分光光度計あるいはNMRまたはESRあるいはそれらのいずれかの組み合わせを含むことを特徴とする請求項8から11までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
