Claims (25)
- 患者の心臓にアクセスするためのガイディングカテーテルシステムであって、
1つの外筒と、
1つのスタイレットと、を含み、
前記外筒が、1つの開口ガイドルーメンと、該外筒の外面に沿って設けられた少なくとも1つのインフレーションルーメンと、該外筒の遠位部分に固定可能に取り付けられた遠位バルーンの少なくとも1つのセグメントであって、該遠位バルーンが該少なくとも1つのインフレーションルーメンと流体連絡しているセグメントと、を含み、
前記スタイレットは前記外筒のガイドルーメン内に配置され、該スタイレットは予備成形された遠位屈曲部を含み、該スタイレットは該外筒の長手軸に沿って該外筒内で回転可能であり、また、該スタイレットの該予備成形された遠位屈曲部は、該スタイレットの回転に伴って該外筒の長手軸の側方へ該外筒を偏向させる寸法に作られていることを特徴とするガイディングカテーテルシステム。 - 該外筒が、該外筒の長手軸に沿って設けられたピールアウェイ機構をさらに含む、請求項1記載のガイディングカテーテルシステム。
- 該ピールアウェイ機構が、該少なくとも1つのインフレーションルーメンと該外筒の外面との間の逃げ溝を含む、請求項2記載のガイディングカテーテルシステム。
- 該ピールアウェイ機構が、該少なくとも1つのインフレーションルーメンと該外筒の外面との間の界面で肥厚区間をさらに含む、請求項2記載のガイディングカテーテルシステム。
- 該スタイレットが1つの開口ルーメンを含み、該ガイディングカテーテルシステムが、該スタイレットの該開口ルーメン内に移動可能に配置された1本のガイドワイヤーをさらに含む、請求項1記載のガイディングカテーテルシステム。
- 該ガイドワイヤーが該ガイドワイヤーの遠位先端でループを含む、請求項5記載のガイディングカテーテルシステム。
- 該ガイドワイヤーは、該ガイドワイヤーの遠位先端が室温では実質的に直線状であるが体温ではループ形状を取るような材料から形成される、請求項5記載のガイディングカテーテルシステム。
- 該ガイドワイヤーが該ガイドワイヤーの遠位先端でセンサーを含む、請求項5記載のガイディングカテーテルシステム。
- 該センサーが電極を含む、請求項8記載のガイディングカテーテルシステム。
- 該外筒の開口ガイドルーメンが電気的医療用リード線を受け入れる寸法に作られている、請求項1記載のガイディングカテーテルシステム。
- 該インフレーションルーメン内に組み込まれた1つ以上の第2のバルーンをさらに含み、該第2のバルーンが該遠位バルーンセグメントの近位置にある、請求項1記載のガイディングカテーテルシステム。
- 標的血管にカニュレーションする方法であって、
カテーテルシステムの外筒及びスタイレットをアクセス血管内に導入するステップと、
該スタイレットを該外筒のガイドルーメン内で回転させて該スタイレットの遠位端上に予備成形された屈曲部で該外筒を偏向させ、これにより該外筒の遠位端を操縦するステップと、
1本のガイドワイヤーを該スタイレットの開口ルーメンを介して前進させて、該標的血管と該ガイドワイヤーの遠位端とを係合させるステップと、及び
該アクセス血管又は該標的血管の一部分と該外筒とを係合させるために該外筒の遠位端に取り付けられたバルーンを拡張させるステップと、を含む方法。 - 該標的血管と該ガイドワイヤーの遠位端とを係合させるステップが、該ガイドワイヤーの遠位端に配置されたセンサーを用いて該ガイドワイヤーの遠位端を該標的血管へ方向付けるステップをさらに含む、請求項12記載の方法。
- 該センサーが電極を含む、請求項13記載の方法。
- 該ガイドワイヤーの遠位端が該標的血管に係合した後に該ガイドワイヤー上で該外筒を前進させ、該外筒を該標的血管内に着座させるステップをさらに含む、請求項12記載の方法。
- 該外筒を標的血管内に着座させた後に該ガイドワイヤー及びスタイレットを抜去するステップをさらに含む、請求項12記載の方法。
- 電気的医療用リード線を該外筒を介して前進させて該標的血管内へ導入し、又は該標的血管内を通過させるステップをさらに含む、請求項16記載の方法。
- 電気的医療用リード線を該外筒を介して前進させて左心血管又は左心室内へ導入し、又は左心血管又は左心室内を通過させるステップをさらに含む、請求項16記載の方法。
- 該アクセス血管の一部分と該外筒とを係合させるステップが、該遠位端にあるバルーンの近位置で該外筒に取り付けられた第2のバルーンを拡張させるステップをさらに含む、請求項12記載の方法。
- 患者の心臓にアクセスするためのガイディングカテーテルシステムであって、
1つの外筒と、
1つのスタイレットと、
1つのガイドワイヤーと、を含み、
前記外筒が、1つの開口ガイドルーメン及び該外筒の遠位部分に固定可能に取り付けられた複数の溝付きバルーンを有し、該溝付きバルーンの各々が該外筒の長さに沿って設けられたインフレーションルーメンへ流体連通可能に接続され、
前記スタイレットが該外筒の該ガイドルーメン内に配置されると共に、該外筒の長手軸に沿って該外筒内で回転可能であり、該スタイレットが1つの開口ルーメンを含み、
前記ガイドワイヤーが、該スタイレットの開口ルーメン内に移動可能に配置されたことを特徴とするガイディングカテーテルシステム。 - 該外筒が、該外筒の長手軸に沿って設けられたピールアウェイ機構をさらに含む、請求項20記載のガイディングカテーテルシステム。
- 該ガイドワイヤーは、該ガイドワイヤーの遠位先端が室温では実質的に直線状であるが体温ではループ形状を取るような材料から形成される、請求項20記載のガイディングカテーテルシステム。
