Abstract
Description
「形枠」は、成形プロセスの際物品に形状を与えるために使われる押型、スタンプ、ダイ、またはテンプレートを意味し、それには、刻印、圧縮成形、射出成形、落し鍛造、型押し等を含む場合がある。
「深さ」は、プレート内のチャネルに関して、プレート上面の真下の深さを意味する。
「勾配(draft)」は、プレート内チャネルの他と異なる部分の一方または両方の壁に関して、プレート上面の平面と直交する線と、プレート上面の真下の深さがチャネルの最大深さの二分の一になる点でチャネル壁に正接する線との間の最も小さい角度を意味する。チャネルの両方の壁の勾配は、典型的には実質的に等しいが、しかし等しくない場合もある。
Claims (11)
- 1つ以上のチャネルを含む流れ場を含む物品であって、前記流れ場を保持する前記物品部分である活性部分を含み、
前記活性部分が、幾何学的中心および外周部を有し、
前記活性部分が、前記幾何学的中心を含み、かつ前記外周部を除外する第1のサブセクションを含み、
前記活性部分が、前記幾何学的中心を除外し、かつ前記外周部を含む第2のサブセクションを含み、
前記第1のサブセクション内のチャネルが、第1の断面輪郭を有し、
前記第2のサブセクション内のチャネルが、第2の断面輪郭を有し、かつ、
前記第1の断面輪郭が、前記第2の断面輪郭と異なる、物品。 - 前記活性部分が、前記幾何学的中心および前記外周部の両方を除外する第3のサブセクションをさらに含み、前記第3のサブセクション内のチャネルが、第3の断面輪郭を有し、かつ、前記第3の断面輪郭が、前記第1および前記第2の断面輪郭の両方と異なる、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記第1の断面輪郭が、より浅い深さ、より大きな勾配、およびより大きな勾配対深さの比よりなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの様式において、前記第2の断面輪郭と異なる、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記第1の断面輪郭が、より浅い深さ、より大きな勾配、およびより大きな勾配対深さの比よりなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの様式において、前記第3の断面輪郭と異なり、かつ、前記第3の断面輪郭が、より浅い深さ、より大きな勾配、およびより大きな勾配対深さの比よりなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの様式において、前記第2の断面輪郭と異なる、請求項2に記載の物品。
- 1つ以上のチャネルを含む流れ場を含む物品であって、前記流れ場が、勾配が異なる少なくとも2つのチャネル部分を含む、物品。
- 1つ以上のチャネルを含む流れ場を含む物品であって、前記流れ場が、第1および第2のチャネル壁を含む少なくとも1つのチャネル部分を含み、前記第1および第2のチャネル壁の勾配が異なる、物品。
- 前記物品が、前記流れ場を保持する前記物品部分である活性部分を含み、前記活性部分が、幾何学的中心および外周部を有し、前記第1のチャネル壁が、前記第2のチャネル壁に比べて前記幾何学的中心により近く、かつ、第1のチャネル壁が、前記第2のチャネル壁に比べてより大きな勾配を有する、請求項6に記載の物品。
- 前記流れ場が、第1および第2のチャネル壁を含む少なくとも1つのチャネル部分を含み、前記第1および第2のチャネル壁の勾配が異なる、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記第1のチャネル壁が、前記第2のチャネル壁に比べて前記幾何学的中心により近く、かつ、第1のチャネル壁が、前記第2のチャネル壁に比べてより大きな勾配を有する、請求項8に記載の物品。
- 前記流れ場が、第1および第2のチャネル壁を含む少なくとも1つのチャネル部分を含み、前記第1および第2のチャネル壁の勾配が異なる、請求項5に記載の物品。
- 前記物品が、前記流れ場を保持する前記物品部分である活性部分を含み、前記活性部分が、幾何学的中心および外周部を有し、前記第1のチャネル壁が、前記第2のチャネル壁に比べて前記幾何学的中心により近く、かつ、第1のチャネル壁が、前記第2のチャネル壁に比べてより大きな勾配を有する、請求項10に記載の物品。
