Abstract
Description
Claims (36)
- 1つのデバイス上で、一斉放送メディア局からの一斉放送メディア及び該一斉放送メディア局に結びつけられた対応する対話型一斉放送内容を受信する方法において、
一斉放送メディア局のためのブックマーク情報を含むメッセージを受信する段階、
デバイス上にブックマーク情報と結びつけられたブックマークをディスプレイする段階、
ブックマークのユーザー選択を受信したことに応答して、実質的に同時に、
一斉放送メディア局から一斉放送メディアを受信するための該ブックマークと結びつけられた周波数にデバイス上のチューナーを同調させる段階、及び
一斉放送メディア局と対話するためブックマークと結びつけられた対話型データ通信チャンネルを開く段階、
を実施する段階、
を含んで成る方法。 - メッセージが、セル一斉放送サービス(CBS)メッセージの内部に封入されたRDSメッセージを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 1つのデバイス上で、一斉放送メディア局からの一斉放送メディア及び該一斉放送メディア局に結びつけられた対話型一斉放送内容を受信する方法において、
該デバイスについての地理的位置を決定する段階、
決定された地理的位置と整合する地理的位置パラメータを有するブックマークを該一斉放送メディア局のために見付ける段階、
デバイス上にブックマークをディスプレイする段階、
ブックマークのユーザー選択を受信したことに応答して、実質的に同時に、
一斉放送メディア局から一斉放送メディアを受信するため該ブックマークと結びつけられた周波数にデバイス上のチューナーを同調させる段階、及び
一斉放送メディア局と対話するためブックマークと結びつけられた対話型データ通信チャンネルを開く段階、
を実施する段階、
を含んで成る方法。 - 地理的位置を決定する段階には、デバイス上のユーザーインターフェースから地理的位置情報を受信する段階が含まれている、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 地理的位置を決定する段階のために、地理的位置が、該デバイスと通信状態にある無線セルラーネットワークから受信される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 地理的位置を決定する段階のために、地理的位置が、一斉放送メディアのFM伝送内で伝送されたデータから決定される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 地理的位置を決定する段階のために、伝送されたデータが無線データシステム(RDS)メッセージを含んでいる、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 地理的位置を決定する段階のために、地理的位置が通信ネットワークを介して該デバイスに伝送されたメッセージから決定される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- メッセージがセルラーネットワーク制御メッセージを含んで成る、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 地理的位置を決定する段階のために、地理的位置が該デバイスにより受信された全地球測位システム(GPS)信号から決定される、請求項3に記載の方法。

予め定められた事象に応答して、利用可能な一斉放送メディア伝送の周波数にデバイス上のチューナーを同調させる段階、
チューナーが選択された一斉放送メディア伝送を受信するべく同調されつつあることを標示するグラフィックをデバイスのディスプレイ上にディスプレイする段階、及び
一斉放送メディア伝送と結びつけられたサーバーから対話型内容についてのデータを受信する段階、
を含んで成る方法。 - チューナーを同調させる段階のために、予め定められた事象には、利用可能な一斉放送メディア伝送のユーザー選択を受信することが含まれている、請求項12に記載の方法。
- チューナーを同調させる段階のために、予め定められた事象には、ユーザー選択のためのタイムアウト時限の満了が含まれる、請求項12に記載の方法。
- グラフィックをディスプレイする段階のために、該グラフィックが、利用可能な一斉放送メディア伝送と結びつけられた一斉放送メディア局のためのロゴを含んで成る、請求項12に記載の方法。
- グラフィックをディスプレイする段階には、一斉放送メディア局と結びつけられたサーバーから受信された対話型内容をディスプレイすることが含まれている、請求項12に記載の方法。

を含んで成る段階を実施する記憶媒体に結合されたプロセッサを、

該ブックマークを選択するユーザーインターフェースからの選択を受信する段階、
一斉放送メディア局から一斉放送メディアを受信するための該ブックマークと結びつけられた周波数にチューナーを同調させる段階、及び
一斉放送メディア局と対話するためブックマークと結びつけられた対話型データ通信チャンネルを開く段階、
を含んで成る段階を実施する記憶媒体に結合されたプロセッサ、

を含んで成る段階を実施する記憶媒体に結合されたプロセッサ、
を含んで成るデバイス。 - プロセッサが、一斉放送メディア局のためのブックマークを記憶媒体内にセーブするさらなる段階を実施し、該ブックマークが、選択された一斉放送メディア伝送のための一斉放送周波数及び該伝送を受信するための結びつけられた地理的位置を含む、請求項29に記載のデバイス。

を含んで成る段階を実施するためのコンピュータ実行可能な命令を有するコンピュータ読取り可能媒体。 - 移動体デバイス上で、
利用可能な一斉放送メディア伝送のための周波数範囲をスキャンする段階、
利用可能な一斉放送メディア伝送を検出する段階、
利用可能な一斉放送メディア伝送の周波数にデバイス上のチューナーを同調させる段階、
チューナーが選択された一斉放送メディア伝送を受信するべく同調されつつあることを標示するグラフィックをデバイスのディスプレイ上にディスプレイする段階、及び
一斉放送メディア伝送と結びつけられたサーバーから対話型内容についてのデータを受信する段階、
を含んで成る段階を実施するためのコンピュータ実行可能命令を有するコンピュータ読取り可能媒体。 - デバイスのメモリー内に一斉放送メディア局のためのブックマークをセーブするさらなる段階を実施するためのコンピュータ実行可能命令を有し、該ブックマークが一斉放送周波数及び地理的位置を含んで成る、請求項31に記載のコンピュータ読取り可能媒体。
- 移動体デバイス上で、
一斉放送メディア局のためのブックマーク情報を含むメッセージを受信する段階、
デバイス上にブックマーク情報と結びつけられたブックマークをディスプレイする段階、
ブックマークのユーザー選択を受信したことに応答して、実質的に同時に、
一斉放送メディア局から一斉放送メディアを受信するための該ブックマークと結びつけられた周波数にデバイス上のチューナーを同調させる段階、及び
一斉放送メディア局と対話するためブックマークと結びつけられた対話型データ通信チャンネルを開く段階、
を含んで成る段階を実施するためのコンピュータ実行可能命令を有するコンピュータ読取り可能媒体。
