Abstract
Description
流れの方向に対し角度を持って配置される2つ組み合わされた超音波送信機受信機ユニット。これは、規則的な間隔で超音波インパルスを送り、もう一つの送信機がそのインパルスを受信するのを待つ。超音波の波が、よく知られた媒体中で、規定された区間sを横切るのには、その伝播速度に依存する時間tを必要とする。波の伝播速度は、ある送信機/受信機から別の送信機/受信機までの信号の所要時間に依存する。
羽根車はその回転数が、平均的な流速に比例するように回転する。
媒体は、ノズルあるいは開口を流れ通る。その時に断面積が狭くされ、流速を速める。渦形成を避けるために、殆どベンチュリノズルが使われている。質量流量は、ノズルを通る圧力差から見積もられる。
層流要素は、作用圧力による方法のように、流れの圧力差から流れを算出することができることに基づいている。けれどもこれとは反対に、流れは測定された差圧力に対しリニアである。医学においては、層流要素はニューモタコグラフとして良く知られている。
ワイヤーあるいは表面が、周囲の温度より高い温度に熱せられる。この表面上につき当たり、そしてさらに再び先に飛んで行く分子が、そこで運動エネルギーを受けとる。加熱された表面の熱損失は、その表面と周囲の間の温度差、及び単位時間当たりにぶつかる分子の数に比例する。

Claims (7)
- 湿っているガスも乾いているガスも測定することができるように、様々な測定値あるいは測定範囲を持つ、様々なセンサー(5-10)のグループがガスチャンネル(3)の中に取り付けられ、またその際にそこから実際のガス流を算出するために、様々なセンサー(5-10)の様々な測定値を分析し評価する、計算機があらかじめ備えられていることを特徴とする、ガスチャンネル(3)と、測定抵抗、例えばこし器(4)、およびガスチャンネル内のセンサー(5)、(6)、(7)、(8)、(9)、(10)を使いガスを測定するための装置(1)。
- 環境条件の邪魔になる影響が測定値から外されるように、特に好ましくは湿度、絶対圧力、温度および酸素濃縮のような環境の影響を考慮する個々のセンサーのプログラム・パラメータがガス流の計算のために、マイクロコントローラ(11)の中にあらかじめ備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置(1)。
- ガスチャンネル(3)が、ぎっしり詰まったブロックとしてデザインされ、その中に全てのセンサーが(チューブ無しで)直接に組み入れられることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置(1)。
- センサー(5-10)が、外からブロックにねじ込んで止められ、またこれから取り除き可能、ないしは交換可能であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 二つの流れの方向で、薄層をなすガスの流れが結果として生じ、またしたがって測定値の影響無しに双方向のガス測定が可能であるように、ガスチャンネル(3)および測定抵抗ないしは、こし器(4)が、設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置(1)。
- 装置の表面パネルに、好ましくはガスチャンネル(3)の横に、ヘルプと測定値へ直接アクセスするためのDAKキー(「DAK」は直接アクセス・ノブを意味する)が存在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置(1)。
- DAKキーが、ディスプレイないし実値の供給を別々に(必要であれば選択可能なパラメータを)ディスプレイにトリガーすることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
