JP 2002-34787 A

However, for example, in the case of racks and shelves, they are stored in an attached case, so that the width is wide and the storage property is poor. In the case of binders and cases, the searchability is poor because it is necessary to search for the title name. In addition, it takes time and effort to remove both from the case, and the setting is poor.

However, it can withstand external shocks because it is put in a case. In addition, there is an advantage that it is difficult to get dust.

Problems to be solved are poor storage, searchability, and setting.

In the present invention, a bare recording medium such as a CD or a jacket or case containing a recording medium is set on the front or back surface of the mount, the width is reduced (storability), a tab is attached to the mount, and the symbol Also, the mount itself can be rotated or shifted laterally (searchability), the recording medium is taken out together with the mount, and the recording medium can be easily detached from the mount (setting, operability).

The storage container of the present invention is low in cost, has a simple structure, is easy to install and operate, and is less likely to break down, so that high storage, searchability, and setting can be obtained.

To achieve high storage, searchability, and setting, it has been realized with a simple structure, inexpensive parts, a minimum number of parts, simple installation, and operation.

The storage container includes a holding mechanism for holding a recording medium on the mount and a mount having a tab with a display symbol for distinguishing the mount, a holding mechanism for holding the mount, and, in some cases, a dustproof case for preventing impact and dust.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a state in which the mounts 1 are stored so tightly that they do not contact each other. As a way to store the mount in the holder 3, the tab 2 is pinched with a finger and inserted between the holding pipes 3-1, 3-2, which is smaller than the maximum diameter of the mount so as to support the mount, and is held at two points. To support. In order to be more stable, the pipe 3-3 may be used downward to hold the three points, or the belt-like surface may be supported at three points or more arranged at the pipe position. In this case, the length between the pipes 3 may be larger than the maximum diameter of the mount. In addition, a groove is formed in a portion around the pipes 3-1, 3-2, and 3-3 of at least one holder having a contact point with the mount, and the groove is inserted therein to suppress the inclination of the mount. If the tab 2 attached to the mount overlaps, the display symbol cannot be read or is difficult to read. After insertion, the mount is rotated so that it is easy to read. Or you may insert after shifting. In FIG. 1, the mount is sequentially rotated in the same direction and shifted, but if the tab of the mount can be read, it may be shifted in the opposite direction and in the opposite direction. The shape of the outer shape of the mount 1 is circular so that one holder can be shared in the case where it can be rotated after being inserted or when it is inserted after being shifted by an arbitrary angle.
The outline of the mount when it is only inserted after being shifted can be inserted into the holder, and any shape can be used as long as the tab can be kept from overlapping. For example, in addition to a circle, a flat shape such as an ellipse may be used, and a straight or curved polygon may be used. Regular polygons are beautiful and desirable. Support the edge for any angle with the holder. The shape of the holder may be any shape as long as it can support and hold the mount 1 in addition to the circular pipes 3-1, 3-2 and 3-3. Different mounts having different external shapes may be mixed, or those having the same shape may be used so as to be easy to operate and beautiful.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the mount 1. One sheet of paper, for example, a thickness of about 2 mm, the tab 2, the mount 1, a projection that is a recording medium holding mechanism, a projection piece, and claws 4-1 and 4. As shown in the figure, −2, 4-3 are punched in accordance with the shape, size and thickness of the bare recording medium, and extruded and integrally molded. The protruding piece 4-3 may not be provided. The shape of the tab 2 is preferably about 20 mm □, but it can be any size as long as it can be pinched with a finger and put a symbol on it. It is inexpensive because it can be mass-produced. Of course, the tab 2 and the protrusions 4-1, 4-2 and 4-3 may be added to the mount 1 later. The outer diameter of the mount 1 is larger than the outer diameter of the bare recording medium 5, and as an example, a 12 cm CD, about 14 cm, a ridge, a flat surface portion 6 are provided, and pipes 3-1, 3-2, 3-3 of the holder As an example, the outer diameter of about 20 mmΦ is prevented from contacting the recording medium 5. For example, the length of the ridge 9 is about 10 mm. There are other materials such as metal, synthetic resin, and wood for the mount 1, the tab 2, and the protrusions 4-1, 4-2, and 4-3, but those that are light and have high mechanical strength are preferable. In the case of integral molding, since the recording medium 5 is held by the protrusions 4-1, 4-2, 4-3, it is desirable to have a resilient force.
As a method of mounting the recording medium 5 on the mount, the recording medium 5 can be held with the through-hole 7 at the center of the recording medium 5 and the periphery sandwiched between fingers and the recording surface facing the mount 1 so as not to damage the recording surface. Gently insert between the raised protrusions 4-1 and 4-2, and hold them at two points. In order to be more stable, 4 points may be added below to hold 3 points. Three or more points where the band-like surface is arranged at the position of the protrusion 4 may be supported. In order to protect the recording surface, a protective film such as a nonwoven fabric may be set on the surface of the mount 1. When taking out, put a finger in the through-hole 7 and lift it out. Or you may lift and take out the outer periphery lower part of the medium 5 with a fingernail. The protrusions 4 are set on the front side, the back side, or both sides of the mount 1. If the projections 4 are set on both sides, two recording media 5 can be held by one sheet of paper. If a plurality of recording media are held by the projection 4 on one side of the mount, a large number of recording media can be held on both sides of one mount.
In the figure, the tab 2 is on a straight bisector of the straight line connecting the protrusions 4-1, 4-2, but it may be removed.

FIG. 3 is a side view of the mount when both sides of the mount 1 are used. Only one side is acceptable. Using a press, a punching machine or the like on a large mount, the tab 2 and the portion 8 of the mount 1 are pushed out to provide a protruding piece 4. The through hole 8 may be blocked with paper or the like for protection against dust and contact with other objects.

FIG. 4 is an enlarged perspective view of the protruding piece 4. The surface 4-4 of the protruding piece faces the center of the mount, and the length 4-5 is equal to or greater than the thickness of the recording medium to be held so that it can be held. The narrow angle θ1 between the mount 1 and the protruding piece 4 may be within 180 degrees, but is preferably about 160 degrees so as not to come off. Moreover, you may provide the protrusion piece 4-6 so that it may not slip off. In the figure, the protruding piece 4 has a plate shape, but may have another rod shape.

FIG. 5 shows a case where a bare recording medium is held and stored in a storage case such as a jacket 9 or a P (plastic) case on one or both sides of the mount, and when the hole 7 of the recording medium is not exposed to the outside, Alternatively, when it is difficult to remove, a notch 10 for inserting a finger into the mount is inserted from the periphery of the mount toward the center so that it can be easily taken out. It can be taken out with the jacket 9 in between. The lower part of the jacket 9 may be taken out by pushing it up with a finger. The length 4-5 of the protruding piece is equal to or greater than the thickness of the jacket, P case, or the like. It is desirable that the thickness is slightly larger than the thickness of the jacket, P case, or the like.
Also, attach the removable material such as adhesive tape on the outer surface of the jacket 9 and P case and the surface of the mount so that it can be attached to the mount at an arbitrary angle with respect to the tab, or the jacket 9, P case and mount You may set iron and a magnet so that it may stick by magnetic force 4-5. Insert a finger into the notch 10, and remove the jacket 9 and P case. In this case, the protrusion 4 is not necessary. In addition, as described in FIG. 6, a hole may be made in the jacket and P case and hooked on the protruding piece of the mount, and it may be attached or detached. It may be. In this case, one hole may be used as shown in FIG. 6, but a hole may be provided for each projection piece. Also, the hole is key-shaped (a large round hole and a small and narrow hole are connected), and a hook is attached to the tip of the protruding piece, and the protruding piece is inserted into the large part of the key-shaped hole, and then the protruding piece is You may fix to a narrow part.

FIG. 6 holds the central hole 7 of the recording medium 5 and uses elastic protruding pieces 4-4 and 4-5 which are punched from one or both sides of the mount 1 as shown in FIG. First, the central hole of the recording medium is hooked on one projection piece 4-4, pushed down as it is, the other projection piece 4-5 is passed through, and the force is released and fixed. When removing, apply force to the recording medium in either direction to remove the protruding piece.

FIG. 7 is a front view of a jacket 9 and a case for storing a recording medium, which are attached to one or both sides of the mount with glue or the like.
In the figure, a quadrangle is used, but the lower half may be a circular arc that matches the recording medium. A large half-arc notch 11 is inserted into the jacket 9 so that a finger enters the hole 7 of the recording medium so that it can be easily taken out. The jacket 9 may have a lid.

FIG. 8 is a diagram showing a polygonal mount having an outer shape described in FIG.

FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing the pipe 3 which is a mount holding mechanism. Place the mount on the pipe, lean against it, or insert it into the groove. Make cuts that are more than the width of the mount so that the mount does not tilt. A little wider than the width is desirable. The depth is a depth at which the mount can be held. For example, 5 mm. Grooves are dug over the entire circumference of the pipe and can be rotated for each mount 3-4, fixed and not necessary over the entire circumference, but with a groove on the entire circumference 3-6, contact with the mount There are 3-7 with notches only on the surface. In the case of the fixed type, a material that has a low sliding resistance with the mount and is easy to slide is preferable. If the mount is leaned at right angles to the pipe 3 like a book and both sides are held down, no groove is required 3-5. In addition, the pipe 3 may be made of a material that does not rotate or slip because it is not necessary to turn the mount 1 after shifting the mount 1 described in FIG. The pipe material is paper, metal, synthetic resin, wood, etc., but it should be light and have high mechanical strength.

FIG. 10 is a diagram showing the positional relationship between the mount, the tab, and the pipe. The included angle θ2 of the pipes 3-1 and 3-2 on both sides of the mount is 180 degrees or less. If the included angle between the pipe 3-1 and the tab 2 is θ3 and (θ3 <90 degrees) and the included angle between the pipe 3-2 is θ4 (θ4 <90 degrees), the periphery included in the center angle of the mount (θ2 + θ3 + θ4) Only a circular arc may be used.

FIG. 11 shows the whole case covered with a case 12 for dust protection and impact protection, particularly for the mount on which the bare recording medium shown in FIG. There are paper, metal, synthetic resin, etc. as materials, but light materials with high mechanical strength are preferable. It may also be transparent. If you want to open the front, attach an opening and closing tool such as a hinge 13-1 to the case lid and the rear of the body. If you want to open the side, attach to the side 13-2. Moreover, you may cover so that the whole can be attached or detached.

FIG. 12 is a diagram of an attempt to make a mount of different sizes in time with a single mount holder. The pipe 3-1, the arm 14 that supports the pipe 3, and the stable pipe 15 for preventing overturning are fixed in a quadrilateral shape as shown in the figure, and a hole through which a screw passes is formed in the middle of the arm 14. A plurality of length adjusting through holes are formed in an elongated or longitudinal direction through which a screw passes through an arm 16 that supports and fixes both ends of the pipe 3-3. The arm 14 is arranged in an X shape around the hole, and is fixed with a screw or the like through the through hole of the arm 16. In order to match the size of the mount, the angle of the included angle θ5 and the length of the arm 16 may be adjusted and adjusted. The material of the arms 14 and 16 is preferably robust. The pipes 3-1 and 3-3 have the same function as the pipe 3 described in FIG.

FIG. 13 is a plate that makes it easy to search for the mount, and is attached to a place where the case 12 is easy to see or placed on the side. A label 17 in which the symbols and numbers of the tab 2 of the mount are arranged in ascending order and the title name or contents of the recording medium are written on the side. It may be in descending order. The title name or the first letter of the content is arranged in the order of the Japanese syllabary and the title name and mount number are written next to it. It may be in alphabetical order. For single-sided mounts, the single-sided number should be written 19 on the tab, and the same number should be written on the back side. In the case of using both sides, the mount number is written side by side on the tab 2 and written on the tab on the back side. In this case, a color may be added so that the side can be distinguished, or the writing position may be promised to the right or above.
In addition, notation symbols and characters such as title names may be written directly on the tab.

FIG. 14 shows a case where a plurality of mounts 1a having the same shape are shifted left and right and sideward so that the tabs 2 do not overlap, and a dedicated holder is used. The method for holding the bare recording medium or its storage case and mount is the same as that described above (the one that is rotated and shifted). Insert and remove the mount by pinching the side of the mount with your fingers. Tab 2 may be pinched. The holding tool may be anything as long as it can hold the mount so that the tabs 2 do not overlap. As shown in FIG. 14, the shape of the outer shape of the mount is not limited to a quadrilateral shape, and can be held by being shifted from the tab portion on the upper side, for example, a flat side or a substantially flat side. If there is, the other external part may be a straight line, a curved line, or a combination thereof. For example, the base of a polygon such as a triangle is held by two pipes or plates, and is shifted laterally within a holdable range. Use the angled part as a tab. The material of the holder includes paper, metal, synthetic resin, wood, etc., but those having high mechanical strength are preferable.
As shown in FIG. 14, mounts having the same shape may be used so that they are easy to operate and visually attractive, but those having different external shapes may be mixed. When the mount is shifted as much as possible, the depth between the two pipes or the plate that can be held and the width that the mount can be inserted into the pipe or plate (preferably slightly larger than the thickness of the mount) and collapse A groove (concave groove) 21 having a height that does not come in contact with the projection piece or the recording medium is provided for each mount, and the interval between adjacent grooves is set so that the projection pieces of the adjacent mount do not touch each other. Moreover, you may provide the partition (convex groove) 22 for every mount like a book stand.
