Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a revetment block. More particularly, the present invention relates to a revetment block used to form or reinforce a river quay.
Conventionally, revetment blocks are generally used for the purpose of preventing damage to river revetments and preserving river ecosystems. Disasters also occur in rivers that have been revetd in this way, but the biggest cause is considered to be riverbed scouring due to river flow, so-called revetment disasters. For this reason, river revetments are rooted about 0.5 to 1.5m from the riverbed.
Although the above conventional examples are shown in
WL indicates the normal water level, and RG indicates the planned river bed. The planned riverbed RG is the height of the riverbed set during river construction.
As described above, the
The
Although the
However, a cheap conventional type knowledge block is often used for the
By the way, the installation work of the conventional revetment block often takes days.
That is, in order to place the
Moreover, since it is necessary to remove water when placing the foundation concrete, a pump is used for the water change work, and it takes about 10 to 20 days depending on the site conditions. .
In addition, in the conventional revetment structure, if the amount of water increases due to heavy rain, etc., or if the water level continues for a long time, the ground at the bottom of the river bed will loosen, causing the
In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a revetment block that is unlikely to sink or collapse and can be installed in a short time.
The revetment block according to the first aspect of the present invention comprises a base foundation block installed on the ground below the planned river bed, and a wall block constituting a wall surface for the quay on the upper surface from the planned river bed. It has the same total height as the insertion height, its bottom surface is a ground contact surface with the ground, and its top surface is an installation surface of the wall block.
The revetment block according to the second aspect of the present invention is characterized in that a depth of a bottom portion of the base foundation block is wider than an upper portion thereof.
The revetment block according to a third aspect of the present invention is characterized in that a concave portion into which earth and sand are placed during construction is formed on the back surface of the base block.
The revetment block according to a fourth aspect of the present invention is characterized in that an upper surface groove for filling the infill concrete is formed on the upper surface of the base block.
The revetment block according to a fifth aspect of the present invention is characterized in that a side groove for packing is formed on a side surface of the base block.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the base block is integrated, it is difficult to fall even on loose ground. By completing the construction up to the planned riverbed height by installing a single foundation block, it is easy to prevent disasters caused by water level increase due to rainfall during the construction period, and the construction period can be greatly shortened. The number of days can be reduced to about 3 days, which is economical. Furthermore, water pollution due to river construction can be avoided by performing work under the riverbed in a short period of time.
According to the second aspect of the invention, since the area of the bottom surface is large, it is difficult to sink even if the ground is loosened at the time of disaster.
According to the third invention, since the recess is formed on the back surface, the weight is reduced and the construction is facilitated. Moreover, if earth and sand are put after construction, since a weight required as a foundation can be maintained, collapse can be prevented.
According to the fourth aspect of the invention, by filling the upper surface groove with the infilled concrete, the basement foundation block and the wall surface block stacked on the upper surface can be firmly connected, so that the breakup of the revetment can be prevented.
According to the fifth invention, when the rooting foundation block is installed in a curved shape along the river, a gap is formed between adjacent rooting foundation blocks, but the gap is eliminated by putting packing in the side groove. Can do.
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a revetment block according to a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the foundation block. FIG. 3 is a side view of the foundation block. 4A is a left view of the basic block, and FIG. 4B is a plan view thereof.
The revetment block of the present invention is characterized by a
As shown in FIG. 1, the

Further,

A portion surrounded by the
Since the
However, if the
Furthermore, since the bottom area is large, there is an advantage that it is difficult to fall even on loose ground.
Next, the construction method of the revetment block will be described.
First of all, excavate the root depth from the planned riverbed RG and level the bottom flat. In the construction method of the present invention, it is only necessary to level the ground, and there is no need to use concrete, so there is no need to use a formwork. In addition, the number of days for water change work can be shortened to about 3 days.
Place the
And, if the
When the blocks are stacked, the
In addition, the concrete can be packed between the wall blocks 2 of each step and between the adjacent wall blocks 2 of the same step and firmly bonded to each other.
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 5, the horizontal connection between the adjacent base insertion base blocks 1, 1 is to place the
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 6, it is easy to install it along a river flow with a large curvature.
In this case, if the packing 17 is inserted between the
