腕を装着可能な装着部を有する一対の腕装着部と、この一対の腕装着部を連結する連結部とを備え、
前記連結部は、前記腕装着部に着用者の両腕を装着した際に、該装着者の背中側に配置されるように設けられていることを特徴とする健康器具。
