CLAIMS A training harness (1) for table tennis players, comprising: a vest (2) whose vest body (2a) has a back pocket (2c) on the back and a motion sensor on the front (2d) attached to a sailboat sensor belt (2b) attached to the body of the vest (2a); a fastener band (3) whose band body (3a) is disposed through the back pocket (2c) of the vest body (2a); said body of the band (3a) has on its outer surface a clamping shaft (3b) that houses a clamping pin (3c); control belts (3d, 3e) joined these last by one of its ends to each of the longitudinal edges of the body of the band (3a) in a confronted manner, and a belt segment (3h) sewn parallel to the edge of body (3a) for anchoring control strap for inactive arm (5). an active arm splint (4) linked to the clamping band (3) by the clamping pin (3c) housed in the clamping shaft (3b) and in turn inserted into a rear rail (4d) of the active arm splint (4).
