Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The basic configuration of the dishwasher is the same as that of the conventional example shown in FIG. 8, and the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted. Further, the present invention is not limited by this embodiment.

(Embodiment 1)
FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view of a dishwasher according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, and FIGS. 2 and 3 are enlarged views of essential parts of the dishwasher.

In FIG. 1, a pair of left and right rotatable cleaning nozzles 5 are provided at the bottom of the cleaning tank 1, and a heater 3 that heats the cleaning water and warms it at a substantially central portion in the left-right direction in front of the bottom. Is provided. A residue filter 9 is provided on the right side of the heater 3 in front of the cleaning nozzle 5 so as to cover the drain port 10. And the tableware basket 7 which accommodates the tableware 6 is arrange | positioned above the pair of right and left washing nozzles 5. A heater cover 4 is provided above the heater 3 in order to prevent small tableware from falling on the heater 3.

When a desired cleaning course is selected using an operation panel (not shown) provided in front of the dishwasher and the start button is pressed, the cleaning water in the cleaning tank 1 is warmed by the heater 3 in the cleaning process, and the pump 8 The tableware 6 placed and accommodated in the tableware basket 7 is washed by the washing water sucked from the drainage port 10 through the residue filter 9 and pumped to the washing nozzle 5 and sprayed vigorously from the washing nozzle 5. ing.

Further, a mist generating device 2 for generating a mist by making the cleaning liquid into fine particles inside the cleaning tank 1 is disposed at the bottom of the cleaning tank 1 and slightly above the heater 3. The mist of the cleaning liquid generated by the mist generating device 2 is mainly used in the mist process performed prior to the cleaning process. It penetrates into the dirt and raises the dirt from the surface of the tableware 6 to facilitate washing in the subsequent washing process.

As shown in FIG. 2, the heater cover 4 is configured by combining wires, and the downstream side where the cleaning water convects, that is, the tip closer to the residue filter 9 and the drainage port 10 is bent toward the bottom of the cleaning tank 1. is there. A stainless steel plate is fixed to a portion of the heater cover 4 bent in the direction of the bottom of the cleaning tank 1 by means such as adhesion to form a weir 11 that suppresses convection of the cleaning water.

Next, the operation and action of the dishwasher configured as described above will be described.

In the case of a configuration without a weir as in the prior art, in the cleaning process, the cleaning water on the heater 3 was convected to the drain port 10 toward the tip of the heater cover 4 and boiled by boiling water. The washing water flows into the drain port 10 and the cold washing water in the drain port 10 flows into the heater 3 side, and it takes time for boiling water. In the present embodiment of the present invention, the heater cover 4 By installing the weir 11, the convection of the washing water can be eliminated, the water on the heater 3 can be boiled at once, and steam can be quickly discharged to increase the steaming effect.

Further, in the mist process, the mist generated on the heater 3 is generated by the mist generator 2 so that the mist can be quickly raised by the generation of the rising air current due to the rapid boiling of water, so that the stains attached to the tableware 6 disposed above. In addition to increasing the amount of mist adhering to the basin, it is possible to quickly fill the entire washing tank 1 with mist and increase the amount of mist adhering to the entire dirt on the tableware 6 placed in the tableware basket 7.

(Embodiment 2)
Since the basic configuration and operation of the dishwasher are the same as those in the first embodiment, detailed description thereof is omitted, and only differences from the first embodiment will be described.

As shown in FIG. 3, the weir 11 is attached to an intermediate position between the heater 3 and the drain outlet 10 at the bottom of the cleaning tank 1. A recess 1 a is provided at the bottom of the cleaning tank 1, and a weir 11 made of a stainless steel plate is inserted into the recess 1 a so that the weir 11 is erected from the bottom of the cleaning tank 1.

In the present embodiment, since the weir 11 is configured to be attached to the bottom of the cleaning tank 1, even in a configuration without the heater cover 4 or a configuration in which the weir 11 cannot be attached to the heater cover 4, The same effect as in the first mode can be obtained.

In the present embodiment, the weir is configured as a separate part from the cleaning tank, but the same effect can be obtained even if a part of the bottom of the cleaning tank protrudes upward and is configured integrally with the cleaning tank.

(Embodiment 3)
4 and 5 are enlarged views of the main part of the dishwasher according to the third embodiment of the present invention, and FIGS. 6 and 7 show the state where the heater cover or weir of the dishwasher according to the third embodiment of the present invention is removed, respectively. It is a principal part enlarged view shown. Since the basic configuration and operation of the dishwasher are the same as those in the first or second embodiment, detailed description thereof will be omitted, and only differences from the first or second embodiment will be described.

4 and 5, the weir 11 is mounted at a position higher than the bottom of the cleaning tank 1 to provide a gap 12 between the bottom of the cleaning tank 1 and the weir 11 so that water is supplied to the pump in the cleaning process or the draining process. This is a configuration that can prevent the clogging of the residue at the weir 11 without hindering the supply of water.

In FIG. 4, the weir 11 is bonded to the downstream side surface of the heater cover 4 where the cleaning water convects, as in the first embodiment shown in FIG. The difference from the first embodiment is that the lower side of the weir 11 is positioned higher than the bottom of the cleaning tank 1 and a gap 12 is formed between the lower end of the weir 11 and the bottom of the cleaning tank 1. It is a point.

Further, in FIG. 5, the weir 11 is formed in a substantially L shape, and, similarly to the second embodiment shown in FIG. 3, one end 11a thereof is inserted into the recess 1a formed in the cleaning tank 1, and the cleaning tank 1 is erected from the bottom.

4 and 5, the gap 12 is formed between the lower end of the weir 11 and the bottom of the cleaning tank 1, so that water can be smoothly supplied to the pump during cleaning and drainage. The cleaning water can be jetted well from the cleaning nozzle at the time of cleaning, and the remaining water in the cleaning tank under the heater can be reduced even at the time of draining. It is also possible to prevent clogging of residues at the weir.

In the configuration shown in FIG. 4, the weir 11 can be attached and detached together with the heater cover 4 as shown in FIG. 6. In the case of the configuration shown in FIG. 5, as shown in FIG. 7, the weir 11 configured as a separate part from the heater cover 4 is configured to be detachable. In any of the above configurations, the weir 11 can be easily attached and detached from the bottom of the cleaning tank 1, so that the dirt attached to the weir 11 can be easily cleaned.

As described above, the dishwasher according to the present invention can quickly heat the hot water before washing, and can effectively steam and adhere mist, so that the dishwasher using the heater for hot water is used. Etc. are useful.
