Description

The present invention mainly relates to an apparatus for repairing a joint portion between a main pipe and a branch pipe from an inner surface side in a buried sewer pipe.

Japanese Patent No. 2812859 and others are known as a pipe inner surface repair device for repairing a joint portion between a buried main pipe and a branch pipe. This in-pipe repair device includes a first rubber tubular portion that is radially expandable, and a second rubber tubular portion that protrudes outward in the radial direction at an axially intermediate portion of the first tubular portion. And the heater for heating is provided in the inner surface, and the reinforcement cloth with which the repair agent was apply | coated is attached to the 1st cylinder part and the 2nd cylinder part outer periphery so that attachment or detachment is possible.

Then, the repair device is moved to the joint portion between the main pipe and the branch pipe, and compressed air is supplied into the first and second cylinder portions to inflate them and press-contact the joint portion between the main pipe and the branch pipe. To do. By heating the heater for heating in this state, the reinforcing cloth is adhered and cured to the joint portion of the main pipe and the branch pipe.

Japanese Patent No. 3325482

In the conventional in-pipe repair device, the rubber second cylindrical part inserted into the branch pipe protrudes in the middle of the first cylindrical part. Therefore, when the repair device is moved into the main pipe, the protruding part is It is easy to come into contact with the inner surface of the main pipe and gets in the way. For this reason, the inner surface of the tube is set to a negative pressure, and the second cylindrical portion is pulled as far as possible toward the axis of the main body. However, there is a limit to the contraction, and there is a case where the distal end portion of the second cylindrical portion protrudes relatively outside and the smooth movement in the main pipe cannot be performed.

In addition, although it can also be considered that the cylindrical portion is formed in a bellows shape and folded in a smaller size, in that case, another new problem occurs. When the inside is filled with compressed air and the second cylindrical portion is expanded, the bellows-shaped second cylindrical portion is remarkably extended only in the extending direction, and the expansion in the circumferential direction may be hindered. Then, there is a possibility that the reinforcing cloth cannot be reliably crimped to the inner surface of the pipe.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to solve the above problems.

The present invention according to claim 2 is the method according to claim 1,
The extension restraining means (6) is an in-pipe repair device in which a flexible body (6a) that can be bent connects between the end lid (5) or the vicinity thereof and the device body (1).

The present invention described in claim 3 provides the method according to claim 2,
The in-pipe repair device is configured such that the flexible body (6a) is formed of a string or a wire and the length thereof can be adjusted.

In the in-pipe repair device of the present invention, the entire shape of the second tubular portion 4 is formed in a truncated cone shape and a bellows shape, and when gas is pressed into the inside, the extension restraining means 6 moves outward in the direction of the end cap 5. As a result, the second tubular portion 4 is surely expanded in the circumferential direction, and the reinforcing cloth 7 is securely attached to the inner surface of the branch pipe 15 by press-contacting the inner wall of the branch pipe 15 with the reinforcing cloth 7 interposed therebetween. Can be fastened.

Further, since the second cylindrical portion 4 is formed in a truncated cone shape and a bellows shape, when it is contracted, the height of the end cover 5 is easily reduced, and the in-pipe repair device is installed in the main pipe 14. It can move smoothly.

In the above configuration, when the extension inhibiting means 6 is formed of a flexible body 6a that can be bent, its structure is simple and the extension of the second cylindrical portion 4 can be reliably inhibited.

In the above configuration, when a string or a wire is used as the flexible body 6a and its length can be adjusted, the structure can be further simplified and reliable expansion / contraction suppression means can be obtained.

Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view of a pipe inner surface repair apparatus according to the present invention, and shows a state in which the apparatus is guided into the main pipe 14. FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view of the apparatus and is an explanatory view showing a repaired state. 3 is an exploded perspective view of the main part of the apparatus, FIG. 4 is a longitudinal sectional view thereof, and FIG. 5 is a main part of the second cylindrical part 4 and the first cylindrical part 3 in a negative pressure state. It is a longitudinal cross-sectional view.

As shown in FIG. 1, this in-pipe repair device is provided to project from an apparatus main body 1, a first cylindrical portion 3 covered by the outer periphery of the apparatus main body 1, and an intermediate portion of the first cylindrical portion 3. And a second tubular portion 4. Wheels 11 are attached to the apparatus body 1 at both longitudinal end positions. Further, both axial ends of the first cylindrical portion 3 are closed by the side lid 2.

In this example, in a state where the side lids 2 are fitted into both opening end portions of the first cylindrical portion 3, the outer circumferences of both ends are detachably fastened and fixed with metal bands (not shown).
A quartz tube 8 is disposed at the center of the first cylindrical portion 3, a UV lamp 9 is provided in the quartz tube 8, and a power source is connected to the UV lamp 9 via a cable 17. Further, a TV camera 10 is disposed at the center of the first cylindrical portion 3.

As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the base of the second cylindrical portion 4 is formed integrally with the first cylindrical portion 3, and the entire second cylindrical portion 4 has a truncated cone shape and a bellows shape. The upper end of the second cylindrical portion 4 opens in the shape of an inner flange, the ring 13 is seated on the inner surface side of the opening edge, and the end lid 5 is seated on the outer surface side of the inner flange. The space between 13 is fixed with screws etc. through the inner flange, keeping the inside airtight.

The ends of the flexible body 6a made of a plurality of wires or strings are attached to the ring 13 as shown in FIG. The other end of the flexible body 6a is connected to the winder 12 via a locking tool 18. Then, by adjusting the winder 12, the length of the flexible body 6a can be set to an appropriate length. Then, the extension restraining means 6 is formed by the winder 12 and the flexible body 6a.

Then, compressed air is press-fitted freely through the air hose 16 inside. When compressed air is pressed into the first cylindrical portion 3 and the second cylindrical portion 4, the second cylindrical portion 4 expands as shown in FIG. It is deterred so that it does not become more. However, since the second cylindrical portion 4 is formed in a bellows shape and can freely expand in the circumferential direction, the outer periphery of the second cylindrical portion 4 is easily pressed against the inner surface of the branch tube 15 by the expansion.

Note that when the first cylindrical portion 3 and the second cylindrical portion 4 are made negative pressure, since the whole has a truncated cone shape, the bellows-like cross-sectional wave of the second cylindrical portion 4 as shown in FIG. The mold parts come into contact with each other, are folded and pulled into the first cylindrical part 3 side. At this time, the flexible body 6a is in a relaxed state.

(how to use)
The in-pipe repair apparatus according to the present invention thus configured attaches the reinforcing cloth 7 to the outer circumferences of the first cylindrical portion 3 and the second cylindrical portion 4 as shown in FIG. The reinforcing cloth 7 is aligned with the inner surface of the connecting portion between the main pipe 14 and the branch pipe 15, and a part of the reinforcing cloth 7 is stretchably attached. In this example, the reinforcing cloth 7 is coated with a photocurable resin agent (not shown) on its inner and outer surfaces.

Next, by making the inside of the first cylindrical portion 3 and the second cylindrical portion 4 negative pressure through the air hose 16, the height of the end lid 5 of the second cylindrical portion 4 is made as low as possible, The tip is brought close to the axial line side of the first cylindrical portion 3. In this state, the in-pipe repair device is guided into the main pipe 14 and arranged at the joint portion between the main pipe 14 and the branch pipe 15. The joint portion is found by the TV camera 10.

In order to move the apparatus into the main pipe 14, a wire is attached to the front end of the apparatus main body 1, and it is pulled from a manhole that opens at an appropriate position of the main pipe. Alternatively, a simple self-propelled vehicle (not shown) can be moved while finely adjusting the forward / backward movement of the apparatus, and the TV camera can accurately align with the opening of the branch pipe. In addition, LED for illumination which is not illustrated is attached to the outer periphery of the end cover 5, and it can illuminate a branch pipe.

In addition, the side lids 2 at both ends of the first cylindrical portion 3 are rotatably driven by a driving device (not shown) with respect to the apparatus main body 1 so that the direction of the second cylindrical portion 4 can be arbitrarily changed. It is.

When the second cylindrical part 4 of the present apparatus is located at the joint between the main pipe 14 and the branch pipe 15, compressed air is supplied from the air hose 16 into the first cylindrical part 3 and the second cylindrical part 4. Then, as shown in FIG. 2, the 1st cylindrical part 3 and the 2nd cylindrical part 4 expand | swell.

At this time, due to the presence of the extension restraining means 6, the second cylindrical portion 4 does not protrude to the outer surface side for a predetermined amount or more. However, since it can expand and contract in the circumferential direction, it is pressed against the branch pipe 15 via the reinforcing cloth 7. In this state, the UV lamp 9 in the quartz tube 8 is turned on. Then, the ultraviolet rays penetrate the first cylindrical portion 3 and the second cylindrical portion 4 to cure the photocurable resin of the reinforcing cloth 7, and together with the reinforcing cloth 7, it covers the inner surfaces of the branch pipe 15 and the main pipe 14. Worn.

Subsequently, the reinforcement cloth 7, the 2nd cylindrical part 4, and the 1st cylindrical part 3 are isolate | separated by making the inside of the 1st cylindrical part 3 and the 2nd cylindrical part 4 into a negative pressure. Then, the device may be removed from the main pipe 14.

(Modification)
Next, FIG. 6 shows a second embodiment of the present invention, and this example is different from the first embodiment in the case where a thermosetting resin agent is applied to the reinforcing cloth 7. . In this case, a flexible heater 19 is provided on the inner surfaces of the first cylindrical portion 3 and the second cylindrical portion 4. The flexible heater 19 is energized to cure the resin material of the reinforcing cloth 7 and attach the reinforcing cloth 7 to the inner surfaces of the main pipe 14 and the branch pipe 15.

In FIG. 3, the flexible body 6 a made of four wires or strings is attached to the ring 13, but instead, the tip of another flexible body 6 a may be attached to the opening edge of the second tubular portion 4. Good.

In addition, the bellows shape of the second cylindrical portion 4 can be set to an appropriate height, and the number of bellows-like steps can be set to about 2 to 10 depending on the height of the main pipe. When the diameter of the main pipe is small, it is preferable to reduce the number of steps.

It is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the pipe inner surface repair apparatus of this invention, Comprising: The state in the movement in the main pipe 14 of the same apparatus is shown. It is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the same pipe inner surface repair apparatus, Comprising: The state at the time of repair is shown. The principal part disassembled perspective view of the pipe inner surface repair apparatus of this invention.
