Description

The present invention relates to a strainer arranged in a flow path through which a fluid flows in order to remove impurities mixed in a fluid such as steam, and in particular, the impurities collected by the strainer can be discharged out of the system. The present invention relates to a strainer having a possible blow function.

Conventionally, a strainer that removes impurities contained in a fluid such as steam flowing through a pipeline and eliminates the cause of failure of a fluid device disposed in the pipeline is known. Such a strainer is disposed on the primary side of the fluid device provided with the pipe line, and prevents impurities that cause a failure or the like from flowing into the fluid device. Conventionally, in order to take out the impurities collected by the strainer, the filter is removed from the strainer or a bypass circuit that bypasses the strainer is provided, and when the strainer is cleaned, the fluid is bypassed from the strainer and flows. The cleaning is done while passing. In the former case, since the filter is removed, there is a problem that when the fluid device is operated during cleaning, the impurities in the fluid flow without being removed. Also in the latter case, there is a problem that impurities in the fluid cannot be removed, and a bypass circuit is required, which complicates the circuit configuration and costs.

The present invention is intended to provide a strainer that can remove impurities in a fluid by holding a filter in the strainer even when the strainer is cleaned by blow, and that does not require a bypass circuit. .

Means taken by the present invention to solve the above problems is that a strainer body is provided with a main flow path through which a fluid flows and a branch flow path that branches from the main flow path and a filter is disposed. In a strainer that is incorporated in a fluid circuit in which equipment is disposed to constitute a part of the fluid circuit, and the branch flow path is opened to the outside of the circuit system, a through hole is formed in the inner wall of the branch flow path. The holding plug is screwed to hold the filter, and a part of the filter is arranged to filter out impurities from the fluid flowing through the main flow path, and the holding end is disposed at the open end of the branch flow path In addition to the plug, the sealing plug is screwed to the inner wall of the open end so that it can be sealed, and when the sealing plug is removed, the filter is held by the holding plug so as not to drop from the branch flow path.

According to the present invention, the filter is held by the holding plug, and is held so that the filter does not flow to the outside at the time of blowing, so that the impurities collected by blowing the strainer can be removed, and the filter Since it is held by the holding plug, impurities mixed in the fluid at the time of blowing are collected by the filter, and there is no possibility that the impurities flow into the fluid device. Further, since it is not necessary to provide a separate bypass circuit, the circuit configuration is simple and the cost can be reduced. Furthermore, since the sealing plug is directly screwed to the inner wall of the open end, it can be removed without affecting the holding plug, and the initial blow is easy to perform.

Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below. According to the present invention, a filter that is disposed in a strainer chamber and can filter out impurities contained in a fluid is held by a filter holding plug that is separate from a sealed plug, a through hole is formed in the filter holding plug, and a blower is formed. It is characterized in that the blow fluid can be discharged out of the system through the through hole while sometimes holding the filter with the holding plug. The strainer includes a strainer body including a main flow path through which a fluid flows and a branch flow path that forms a strainer chamber that is branched from the main flow path and in which a filter is disposed. The main flow path is a fluid in which a fluid device is disposed. The fluid flow device is located on the primary side of the fluid device and is incorporated into a part of the fluid circuit, and the branch flow path is opened to the outside of the circuit system, and is a sealed plug attached to the open end. Sealed with a plug. The filter is composed of a mesh body having a mesh of a desired size, and a part of the filter is located in the main flow path, and impurities can be separated from the fluid flowing through the main flow path, preferably in a cylindrical shape. It is formed. According to the present invention, such a filter is held by a holding plug located inside the hermetic plug, and blow fluid can be discharged to the outside through a through hole drilled in the holding plug. The holding plug is detachably disposed in the branch channel and can be removed from the branch channel when the filter is replaced.

When the fluid is blown out of the system via the branch flow path and the inside of the filter is cleaned, first, the sealing plug that seals the open end of the branch flow path is removed. By removing the sealing plug, the branch channel is opened to the outside of the system, for example, to the atmosphere. However, since the filter is held by the holding plug, there is no possibility of dropping off from the branch channel. When the blow fluid is flowed for cleaning the filter, the blow fluid flows out of the system through the through hole of the holding plug while pushing away impurities collected in the filter, and the inside of the filter is cleaned. In this way, since the filter is retained in the main body even at the time of blow, impurities in the fluid can be collected by the filter even if a fluid is flowed to the fluid device, such as failure due to impurities. Problems can be prevented.
