Description

The present invention relates to a partition for easily dividing an indoor space into a plurality of parts by installing the apparatus on a floor surface.

In order to effectively use the indoor space by dividing it into multiple spaces, you can divide the space into partitions by partitioning the indoor space into partitions or simply partition the space by installing partitions like partitions on the floor. There is a way.

By the way, the former method of dividing a room into multiple independent rooms needs to be assembled in the room, so that it is difficult to cope with a layout change, and the equipment cost is high, and a simple indoor space. It is not suitable for the partition.

Conventionally, a partition for simply dividing an indoor space is formed, for example, into a rectangular frame having a predetermined size and capable of self-supporting, in which ground glass or a plate is stretched. By standing on the surface, the interior space is separated.

However, the screen as described above is not only inconvenient to move and store when changing the layout due to its heavy weight, but also has little change in design and does not contribute to improving the interior decoration.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a partition that is lightweight and has good design, can be easily moved and stored when a layout is changed, and can contribute to improving the interior decoration.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention is formed by a double-sided vertical hook, an upper hook, and a lower hook, and the upper hook and the lower hook are curved in an arc shape in the same direction in a plane, and can be self-supporting. A rectangular frame and a partition bag formed using a stretchable sheet material so as to be covered in a tensioned state with respect to the rectangular frame, and the partition bag being a rectangular frame The structure attached in the state where it was put on and tensioned was adopted.

In addition, the vertical direction in the middle of the partition bag that is attached in a state where the rectangular frame is put on the rectangular frame is tensioned in a linear state on both sides, and an arc-shaped tension force in the vertical direction, It can be set as the structure which becomes the curved shape which draws an arc and dents on the opposite side to the bulging direction with respect to the curvature of an upper collar and a lower collar.

Further, a sheet of stretchable cloth is used as the sheet material forming the partition bag, and the partition bag is formed by folding the cloth material in half and sewing the edges on both sides. The part can be closed by a locking tool.

A partition in which the locking device is either a fastener or a pair of hook-and-loop fasteners, or the rectangular frame is provided with a vertical groove on the outer surface of both sides of the vertical frame, and is attached to cover the rectangular frame. The both-side sewing processing edges of the bag can be accommodated in the longitudinal groove.

Furthermore, a grounding member for maintaining the self-standing state of the partition is attached to a plurality of positions on the lower surface of the lower frame of the rectangular frame so that the vertical position can be adjusted. It is possible to connect the end portions in the width direction of the partitions in a variable angle using joint members that are attached to the positions of the upper and lower ends of the vertical frame of the rectangular frame.

Here, the vertical frame, the upper frame and the lower frame of the rectangular frame are formed using an aluminum mold, and are assembled into a rectangular frame by fastening the four corners with screws. The part is closed by an end cap, and the connection of the partition by the joint member can be performed by using the end cap and coupling the joint member to the end cap.

The partition bag is stretched in a stretchable shape, and is sewed in a flat, rectangular bag smaller than the rectangular frame in a natural state of contraction. In this state, it is stretched on the rectangular frame.

According to the present invention, since the rectangular frame is covered with the partition bag and is attached in a tensioned state, the entire body can be extremely lightened, and is optimal for simple indoor space partitioning. Easy storage.

In addition, the vertical direction in the middle of the partition bag covered with the rectangular frame body is caused to bulge against the curvature of the upper and lower eyelids by the action of the linear tension force on both sides and the arc-shaped tension force in the vertical direction. Since it has a curved shape that is recessed by drawing an arc on the opposite side to the exit direction, it can create a unique and elegant curved shape by the partition bag, there is also a change in design, just installing it indoors Can greatly contribute to the improvement of decoration.

Furthermore, by connecting a plurality of partitions, it is possible to easily obtain a required length, and by selecting a combination of curved shapes at the time of connection, partition having a change in design can be performed.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

As shown in the figure, the partition 1 is formed by a rectangular frame 2 having a size suitable for an indoor partition and capable of self-supporting, and a partition bag 3 that is attached to the rectangular frame 2 in a tensioned state. Has been.

The rectangular frame 2 is formed by both side vertical rods 4 and 4 and an upper rod 5 and a lower rod 6 using an aluminum mold material. As illustrated in FIGS. The ends of the eaves 5 and the lower eaves 6 are coupled by screwing screws 7 inserted from the outside of the vertical eaves 4 into the screwing grooves 8 of the upper eaves 5 and the lower eaves 6 to assemble the rectangular frame 2. ing.

In the rectangular frame body 2, the upper collar 5 and the lower collar 6 are curved in an arc shape in the same direction in a plane, and screw holes 9 are formed on the lower surface of the lower collar 6 at positions of both end portions and an intermediate portion. A block 10 is fixed with screws 11, and a screw shaft 13 of a grounding member 12 for holding the partition 1 in a self-standing state is screwed into the screw hole 9 so that the vertical position can be adjusted.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the both side vertical rods 4 and 4 have a cylindrical cross-sectional shape, and an upper cap 14 and a lower cap 15 are fitted and fixed to the upper end portion and the lower vertical portion 4. On the outer surface side of the upper cap 14 and the lower cap 15, vertical grooves 16, 16a, 16b are formed over the entire length in the vertical direction.

The partition bag 3 uses various sheets that can be expanded and contracted, for example, stretch fabric, folds a piece of fabric into two, and sews the edges on both sides, so that the partition bag 3 is more naturally contracted than the rectangular frame 2. It is sewn to a rectangular bag with a small flat bottom edge serving as an opening, and is attached to the rectangular frame 2 so as to be stretched on the rectangular frame 2 in a tense state. .

As shown in FIG. 6, the lower end opening of the partition bag 3 is openable and closable by a fastener 17 such as a fastener or a pair of hook-and-loop fasteners. In the state of being attached to the body 2, as shown in FIG. The part along the both side vertical hooks 4, 4 of the partition bag 3 is prevented from protruding outside the vertical hook 4.

The partition 1 can be used alone, but by connecting a plurality of partitions 1, a partition having a required length can be easily obtained and a combination of curved shapes at the time of connection can be selected.

In order to connect the partition 1, a pair of upper and lower joint members 18, 19, and 20 are prepared, and the partition 1 is connected by using the upper cap 14 and the lower cap 15 of the side vertical shafts 4 and 4, and any joint. The members 18, 19, and 20 are used to connect the upper caps 14 and the lower caps 15 of each partition 1 to each other.

FIGS. 9A and 9B show a joint member 18 that connects two partitions 1, and the lower joint member 18 a has a protruding shaft 22 erected on one end side of the upper surface of the plate 21, and the other end side. The upper joint member 18 b is formed by providing screw holes 25 at both ends of the plate 24.

As shown in FIG. 3, the lower joint member 18a has a screw hole provided in the lower cap 15 of the other partition by inserting the projecting shaft 22 into the concave hole 26 provided in the lower cap 15 of the one partition 1 to be connected to each other. Screws 27 to 23 are joined.

Further, the upper joint member 18b is overlapped on the upper cap member 14 via the partition bag 3, and is joined by screwing a screw 28 from the screw hole 25 into the lower hole of the upper cap member 14, and thus joined together. The partitions 1 of the table are variable in angle with each other with the joint portion as a fulcrum.

In addition, the part which the screw | thread 28 penetrates in the upper part of the partition bag 3 is reinforced by the eyelet 29 as shown in FIG.

If the two joint members 18 are used, as shown in FIG. 12, the required number of partitions 1 can be connected in an extended state, and the combination of the curve directions of the partitions 1 can be freely selected.

FIGS. 10 and 11 show examples of joint members 19 and 20 used for joining three or four partitions 1 in a collective state, which are basically the same as the joint member 18 for connecting two units described above. The lower joint member 19a of the joint member 19 for connecting the three units is formed by providing the triangular plate 30 with two projecting shafts 22 and one screw hole 23 arranged at equal intervals, and the upper joint member 19b The triangular plate 31 has a structure in which three screw holes 25 are provided at equal intervals.

In addition, the lower joint member 20a of the joint member 20 for connecting the four units is formed by providing a rectangular plate 32 with three projecting shafts 22 and one screw hole 23 arranged at equal intervals, and the upper joint member 20b includes: The square plate 33 has a structure in which four screw holes 25 are provided at equal intervals.

If these three or four joint members 19 and 20 are used, as illustrated in FIG. 13, three or four (not shown) partitions 1 can be coupled together.

The partition of the present invention is configured as described above, and covers the partition bag 3 from above while tensioning the rectangular frame 2, and the lower end opening of the partition bag 3 is attached to the lower heel 6 by the locking tool 17. If it is closed at the bottom, the partition bag 3 is attached to the rectangular frame 2 with both sides in tension, thereby completing the partition 1 and installing the partition 1 upright on the floor surface. The indoor space can be partitioned into a plurality.

As shown in FIG. 1, the upper frame 5 and the lower frame 6 of the rectangular frame 2 are curved in an arc shape in the same direction in a plane, so that the upper and lower portions of the partition bag 3 are curved in this arc shape. As shown in FIG. 2, the partition 1 has a vertical direction in the middle of the partition bag 3 covered with the rectangular frame 2, and a linear tension force on both sides and an arc shape in the vertical direction. Due to the action of the tension force, the upper bag 5 and the lower bag 6 have a curved shape that is recessed by drawing an arc in the opposite direction to the bulging direction with respect to the curved shape, and the partition bag 3 has a unique and elegant curve according to the curved shape. A shape can be created, and the partition 1 also has a change in design, and can be greatly contributed to improving the interior decoration simply by being installed.

Further, the partition 1 is arranged by connecting a plurality of partitions 1 according to the layout, so that a partition for personal use as shown in FIG. 12B or a necessary length as shown in FIG. A product can be easily obtained, and a partition having a change in design can be performed by selecting a combination of curved shapes at the time of connection.

Since the partition 1 has a structure in which a cloth partition bag 3 is attached to a rectangular frame 2, the partition 1 is extremely light overall and optimal for simple indoor space partitioning, and can be moved and stored when the layout is changed. It will be easy to do.
