Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a technique for constructing a membrane ceiling formed by a membrane material.
The ceiling of a structure is generally made by fixing a plate-like ceiling panel adjacent to a field edge suspended below the foundation ceiling of the structure.
On the other hand, the membrane ceiling constructed by stretching the membrane material below the foundation ceiling is also increasing in recent years. The film ceiling is excellent in aesthetics because of its soft texture and bright image by using a translucent film material.
The inventor of the present application has conducted research to further emphasize the advantage of the membrane ceiling which is excellent in this beauty.
As a result, the present inventors have come up with the following invention.
This invention makes it the subject to provide the film | membrane ceiling excellent in aesthetics.
The present inventor noticed the property of the membrane material constituting the membrane ceiling, which is flexible, unlike a general ceiling panel, and is easily deformable later.
That is, the membrane material constituting the membrane ceiling is generally stretched horizontally, as is the case with conventional ceilings, or even if it is not horizontal. However, in particular, when a stretchable film material is used, the film material is not only loosened and stretched but also, for example, even when tension is applied, the film material is made to have unevenness on the surface side. Can be stretched. A membrane ceiling that is formed of a membrane material having an uneven surface can provide a new aesthetic that is not found in conventional membrane ceilings.
The present invention to be described below relates to a membrane ceiling constituted by a membrane material having an uneven surface, and a construction method thereof.
The present invention is broadly classified into a first invention and a second invention. Hereinafter, the first invention and the second invention will be described in order.
The first invention is a membrane ceiling made of a stretchable membrane material. In the membrane ceiling, an abutting member having an abutting portion that abuts the surface on the back side of the membrane material and projects the membrane material to the surface side is disposed on the back side of the membrane material. In addition, depressions and depressions are formed on the surface side of the film material by pushing down the portion of the film material with which the contact member is in contact with the surface side of the film material with respect to the surrounding portion. .
Such a membrane ceiling can provide a new aesthetic that is not found in conventional membrane ceilings due to its unevenness. For example, the unevenness draws a catenary curve when viewed from one section of the membrane ceiling. Thereby, the front side surface of the membrane ceiling according to the first invention has a very beautiful curved surface.
In addition, although the film | membrane material in 1st invention may be stretch | stretched so that it may become planar shape (a horizontal is included) in the state without an abutting member, it does not necessarily need to be so stretched.
In the present application, “the back side of the membrane material” means the side opposite to the indoor side across the membrane material. This usually means the space between the membrane material and the foundation ceiling. Further, in the present application, the “surface side of the film material” means the room side of the film material.
At least one contact portion is sufficient as described above, but a plurality of contact portions may be used. If there are a plurality of contact portions, there will be a plurality of irregularities formed on the surface side of the membrane material, so the aesthetics of the membrane ceiling will be more beautiful.
There may be one abutting portion per one abutting member or a plurality of abutting members.
Further, a plurality of contact members having at least one contact portion may be arranged on the back side of the film material.
The contact portion of the contact member according to the first aspect of the present invention may have any of a dot shape, a line shape, and a planar shape.
When there are a plurality of contact portions, each contact portion may have a different shape.
In the case where the abutting portion is linear, the abutting portion whose shape is linear is formed by a linear body having its both ends connected to two tips of a plurality of rod-shaped members. It may be. In this case, the length of the linear body may be longer than the length connecting two tips of the rod-shaped members. In this way, the linear body will loosen between the two rod-shaped members that it connects, and the shape of the surface side of the membrane material made by contacting it with the back side of the membrane material is beautiful It becomes.
Further, the abutting member includes a cylindrical cylindrical member, and the abutting portion can be a tip of the cylindrical member. In this case, a circular portion at the tip of the cylindrical member can be used as the contact portion. It is also possible to provide a cover that covers the inside of the tip of the cylindrical member at the tip of the cylindrical member.
The second invention is a membrane ceiling made of a stretchable membrane material. And this film | membrane ceiling is distribute | arranged to the 1st member distribute | arranged to the back side of the said film | membrane material, and the surface side of the said film | membrane material, The said film material is inserted | pinched with the said 1st member in the said state. A second member fixed to the first member, and pushing up a portion sandwiched between the second member and the first member of the membrane material to the back side of the membrane material from the surrounding portion Thus, irregularities are formed on the surface side of the film material.
The membrane ceiling according to the second invention also has a very beautiful curved surface on the front side surface of the membrane ceiling, as in the case of the first invention.
In addition, although the film | membrane material in 2nd invention may be stretch | stretched so that it may become planar shape (a horizontal is included) in the state in which the above-mentioned film | membrane material is not pushed up using the 2nd member, it is not necessarily. It does not have to be so stretched.
The first member and the second member may be one each, or may be the same number. In this case, the corresponding first member and second member are fixed to each other. If there are a plurality of first members and a plurality of second members, there will be a plurality of irregularities formed on the surface side of the film material, so that the beauty of the film ceiling will be more beautiful.
In the present invention, the membrane material has elasticity. There are basically no other restrictions on the membrane material. The film material may be translucent or non-translucent.
When a film material having translucency is used, in both cases of the first invention and the second invention, the film material is transmitted from the back side of the film material to the surface side of the film material on the back side of the film material. A light source for irradiating the emitted light may be provided. In this way, since the indirect illumination effect by the membrane ceiling can be generated, coupled with the unevenness of the membrane ceiling in the present invention, the aesthetic appearance produced by the present invention becomes larger.
In the present invention, a part of the film material may be loosened, but the whole may be tensioned. For example, the stretched membrane material can be stretched by making the area and shape of the membrane material that is not tensioned coincide with the area and shape of the membrane ceiling that is finally made or slightly smaller than that. Tension can be applied to the whole material.
In the present invention, when a translucent film material is used, as described above, the light that is transmitted through the film material from the back surface side of the film material to the front surface side of the film material, as described above. A light source for irradiating may be provided.
The light source may be provided anywhere as long as it is on the back side of the film material. However, in the case of the first invention, the light source may be provided on the contact member. In this case, the light source can be provided at an appropriate portion of the contact member. The contact portion may be part of a light source that emits light that passes through the film material from the back side of the film material to the surface side of the film material. For example, when the light source itself such as a light bulb, LED, or fluorescent lamp is brought into contact with the film material, the contact portion can be made a part of the light source. Alternatively, as long as the abutting member includes the cylindrical member as described above, the light source may be provided inside the cylindrical member. In this case, the cylinder member may be translucent. For example, the cylindrical member may be formed of a transparent or translucent material having translucency, or may be formed of a material having holes for transmitting light such as a net shape or a mesh shape.
Also in the case of the second invention, the light source may be provided anywhere on the back side of the film material, but the light source can be provided on the first member. The first member may be provided with a cylindrical member. In this case, a light source may be provided inside the cylindrical member. In addition, when the 1st member has a cylinder member, the said 2nd member can be fixed to this cylinder member. The cylindrical member in the second invention may be translucent as in the case of the first invention.
Although common to both the first invention and the second invention, when a cylindrical member is present, the film material at the tip portion of the cylindrical member is at least the light source provided inside the cylindrical member is the film material. It may be cut off so as to be exposed on the surface side. In this case, the periphery of the cut-out portion of the film material may be fixed to the tip portion of the cylindrical member. By doing so, it becomes easy to perform maintenance of the light source such as replacement of the light source.
In this case, it is not always necessary that the periphery of the cut portion of the film material is fixed to the entire periphery of the tip portion of the cylindrical member.
In the case where the film material is cut as described above, a lid or cover made of a light-transmitting material, for example, may be provided in a portion where the cut film material is present.
The film ceiling in the present invention is a shadow formed by the light emitted from the light source on the back side of the film material (in the case of the first invention, the light emitted from the light source is blocked by the abutting member etc. An auxiliary light source that emits light for suppressing shadows created on the back side, and in the case of the second invention, the light emitted from the light source is blocked by the first member, etc. You may have. Thus, in the case of the first invention, a shadow that makes the person who sees the film material from the front side of the film material feel the presence of the contact member on the back side of the film material can be reduced. In the case of the invention of 2, the shadow that makes the presence of the first member on the back side of the membrane material can be reduced, so the aesthetic appearance of the membrane ceiling obtained by the first invention and the second invention is better. Become. In this case, the auxiliary light source is provided on the back side of the film material. For example, the auxiliary light source can be provided at or near the periphery of the film material on the back side of the film material.
There may be a plurality of auxiliary light sources.
The membrane ceiling of the first invention can be constructed, for example, by the following method.
The method is a membrane ceiling construction method in which a membrane ceiling is constructed by stretching a stretchable membrane material under the foundation ceiling. In this method, first, an abutting member having an abutting portion is arranged on the foundation ceiling, and the abutting portion is abutted by bringing the membrane material into contact with the abutting portion on the back surface. By extending the contacting portion while pushing it down to the surface side of the film material from the surrounding portion, irregularities are formed on the surface side of the film material.
The membrane ceiling of the second invention can be constructed, for example, by the following method.
The method is a membrane ceiling construction method in which a membrane ceiling is constructed by stretching a stretchable membrane material under the foundation ceiling. In this method, first, a first member is arranged on the foundation ceiling, the membrane material is stretched below the first member, and a second member is sandwiched between the membrane material and the first member. The film material is fixed to the first member by pushing the portion sandwiched between the second member and the first member of the film material to the back side of the film material from the surrounding portion. Concavities and convexities are formed on the surface side.
The first invention and the second invention can be combined.
By combining the film material, the above-described contact member, the first member, and the second member, an expressive film ceiling having various irregularities can be formed.

<変形例1>

In the second embodiment, similarly to the first embodiment, a membrane ceiling that covers the entire surface of the

<変形例2>
