Description

Information systems that handle medical information

For the purpose of preventing medical accidents, there have been inventions related to patient confirmation, drug confirmation, and patient / drug combination confirmation.
JP2004-348717

By the way, there are sometimes accidents in which a non-qualified doctor performs a specific medical action that requires certification or designation. However, in the past, as described above, there has been no confirmation of the qualification of a doctor only by confirming patients and drugs. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a medical information system that prevents medical accidents by confirming the qualification of a doctor.

A first data table in which a doctor specifying information for specifying a doctor and a doctor's possession qualification are recorded in association with each other, and a second data table in which a medical practice name and a qualification necessary for performing or executing the medical practice are associated and recorded. When,
The first procedure for inputting the doctor identification information of the doctor who instructs or executes the medical practice when performing the medical practice and the name of the medical practice to be executed, and the possession of the doctor from the doctor identification information input in the first procedure A second procedure for reading the credentials from the first data table;
From the medical procedure name input in the first procedure, the third procedure for reading out the qualification necessary for the medical procedure from the second data table, the ownership qualification read out in the second procedure, and the third procedure The problem is solved by a process comprising a fourth procedure for comparing the read qualification and notifying the result.

For example, when performing an endoscopic operation, if a no-qualified doctor is designated as a practitioner and a nomination is entered, it is notified as ineligible, so that medical matters can be prevented beforehand.

FIG. 1 shows a personal computer embodying the present invention. The notification means uses a display, and the first data table and the second data table use a memory. Recording means other than the memory may be used. As the input means, a keyboard, a touch panel or the like is used.

Next, the case where this invention is implemented is demonstrated. In the first data table, doctor specifying information for specifying a doctor and the doctor's possession qualification are recorded in association with each other. In the second data table, the name of the medical practice and the qualification necessary for instructing or executing the medical practice are recorded in association with each other.

For example, when the doctor 1 performs an endoscopic operation, the first procedure of inputting doctor specifying information such as a name and the name of a medical practice to be executed is performed using the input means.

Next, a second procedure for reading out the doctor's possession qualification from the first data table from the doctor specifying information input in the first procedure is executed.

Next, the ownership qualification read out in the second procedure is compared with the qualification read out in the third procedure, and a fourth procedure for informing the result is executed.
The execution result may be displayed on the display as “conforming” or “nonconforming”.
