動画撮影時に静止画撮影に切り替えるように指示する指示手段と、
前記指示手段による指示に応答して、動画撮影中の少なくとも絞り値と、シャッタ速度と、被写体の前記輝度情報とに基づいて静止画撮影用の露出値を決定する露出決定手段と、
前記露出決定手段により決定された前記静止画撮影用の露出値と、当該静止画撮影用の絞り値とに基づいて静止画撮影用のシャッタ速度を決定するシャッタ速度決定手段と、
前記シャッタ速度決定手段により決定されたシャッタ速度と、前記静止画撮影用の絞り値の変化量との和に基づく経過時間を算出する算出手段と、
前記算出手段により算出された前記経過時間が所定の条件を満たす静止画撮影用の絞り値及びシャッタ速度に基づいて前記露光量制御手段及び前記露光時間制御手段を制御して静止画撮影を実行するように制御する制御手段と、

前記シャッタ速度決定手段により決定されたシャッタ速度と、前記静止画撮影用の絞り値の変化量との和に基づく経過時間を算出する算出手段と、
前記算出手段により算出された前記経過時間が所定の条件を満たす静止画撮影用の絞り値及びシャッタ速度に基づいて前記露光量制御手段及び前記露光時間制御手段を制御して静止画撮影を実行した後、動画撮影を実行するように制御する制御手段と、
