The lid member 23 is attached to the printer main body 21 by fitting a hole 25 into a shaft member 29 that is passed through the bearing portion 28 and supported by the bearing portion 28.

The lid member 23 is rotated about the shaft member 29 and opened as shown in FIG.

FIG. 3 (A) shows a roll paper accommodating portion lid mechanism 40 of a conventional portable thermal printer described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-157170. The lid member 42 is supported on the portable thermal printer main body 41 by a shaft 43. An operation knob 44 is provided at the center of the surface of the lid member 42. JP-A-11-157170

The lid mechanism 1 shown in FIG. 1 has high robustness against dropping in a closed state and good design. However, there is a problem with robustness when opened.

That is, since the shaft portion 5 of the lid member 4 is positioned so as to be recessed from the surface 7 of the side surface 6 of the printer body 2, it is avoided that an impact is directly applied to the shaft portion 5 when the printer is accidentally dropped on the floor. This prevents the shaft portion 5 from being broken. Further, since the shaft portion 5 of the lid member 4 does not protrude from the side surface 6 of the printer main body 2, the printer has a good design. However, as shown in FIG. 1 (C), the opening angle θ1 of the lid member 4 is about 140 degrees and is limited when the lid member 4 is in contact with the shoulder portion 10, and the battery is replaced. If the printer F is accidentally dropped on the floor, and the force F1 that tries to open the lid member 4 more strongly acts on the lid member 4, a stronger force is generated on the shaft 5 by the lever principle. As a result, the shaft portion 5 may be broken.

In contrast to the lid mechanism 1 shown in FIG. 1, the lid mechanism 20 shown in FIG. 2 has good robustness in the opened state but has problems in robustness and design against dropping in the closed state. It was.

That is, as shown in FIG. 2C, the opening angle θ2 of the lid member 23 is 180 degrees, and the lid member 23 is brought into contact with the side surface 26 of the printer main body 21, and the battery is being replaced. Even when the printer F is accidentally dropped on the floor and the force F1 is applied, no force is generated in the arm portion 24, and the accident that the arm portion 24 is broken does not occur. However, since the arm portion 24 protrudes outward from the side surface 26 of the printer body 21 with the lid member 23 closed, an impact may be directly applied to the arm portion 24 when the printer is accidentally dropped on the floor. In some cases, there was a risk of breakage. Since the arm portion 24 protrudes from the side surface 26 of the printer main body 21 with the lid member 23 closed, there is a problem in terms of design.

Further, in the lid mechanism 40 shown in FIG. 3, since grease is applied, there is a possibility that the operation may become heavy due to dust on the grease or due to secular change of the grease. When the grease oozes out, the paper is affected, and it is not preferable to use the grease in a printer that uses the paper.

Further, in a structure using a detachable lid member, the lid member may be lost.

Then, an object of this invention is to provide the portable apparatus which solved the said subject.

In the first aspect of the invention, the portable device body is provided with a lid member that can be rotated and opened and closed.
The left and right lever members projecting on both sides with the lid member closed and engaging the mobile device body, one operating member, and the left and right lever members moving to the center by operating this operating member In a portable device having an interlocking mechanism
The above interlocking mechanism
The left and right lever members have a rack portion, and the operation member has a rack portion.
A first gear portion having a pitch circle with a first radius and meshing with the rack portion, and a pitch circle with a second radius longer than the first radius, on the upper stage of the first gear portion. A second gear portion having a fan shape, the first gear portion being engaged with the rack portion of the left and right lever members, and the second gear portion being engaged with the rack portion of the operation member. Further, the present invention is characterized in that a gear is provided that is rotatably supported by the lid member.

The movement is transmitted from the operation member to the lock lever exclusively by the gear, the movement is smoothly transmitted, and no grease is applied. Therefore, inconvenience caused by the application of grease, for example, due to dust on the grease, or due to aging of the grease, the operation becomes heavy, or the grease oozes out and soils the printing paper. The inconvenience to do will not occur. Further, by changing the ratio of the pitch circle radius of the first gear portion and the pitch circle radius of the second gear portion, the operation stroke of the operation member can be freely determined.

As shown in FIGS. 10, 8, 11 (A) and 11 (B), the rotation center axis module support structure portion 100 has a pocket structure including a support box portion 101 and a wall portion 66 a. The support box portion 101 is formed integrally with the side plate portion 64, has a size corresponding to the frame member 91, and has a substantially box shape. The support box portion 101 includes a support plate portion 102 on the Y2 side and a U-shaped surrounding portion 103 along the edge of the support plate portion 102, and a U-shaped cutout portion on the Y2 end side of the side plate portion 64. It is formed at 104 points. As shown in FIG. 11 (A), the Y1 side of the support box portion 101 that is open is a wall portion of the battery housing portion 66 of the main body portion 63 with the side plate portion 64 being combined with the main body portion 63. 66a. Reference numeral 105 denotes a receiving plate portion, which protrudes from the support plate portion 102 in the Y1 direction. A recessed portion 107 that is recessed from the surface 106 of the side plate portion 64 is formed inside the cutout portion 104 and on the X1 side of the receiving plate portion 105. The support plate portion 102 is formed with two guide holes 108 and 109 that are long in the X1-X2 direction.

The main body 63 has a recess 110 formed at the entrance of the battery housing 66. The side plate portion 64 has a recess 111 formed at the end in the Y1 direction.

The rotation center axis module 90 with the lid member 81 is accommodated in the support box 101 and supported by the rotation center axis module support structure 100.

The frame member 91 is accommodated in the support box 101, and the protrusions 91i and 91j are fitted in the guide holes 108 and 109, respectively, and taps are inserted from the Y2 side of the support plate portion 102 with washers 115 and 116. Screws 117 and 118 are screwed into the protrusions 91i and 91j. Therefore, the rotation center axis module 90 is supported by the support plate portion 102 and is movable in the X1 direction. Here, the displacement of the rotation center axis module 90 in the Y1 direction is limited by the washers 115 and 116 and the support plate portion 102.

The rotation center shaft 92 and the bearing portion 81 a are located above the receiving plate portion 105. The upper end of the compression coil spring 93 is in contact with the lower surface of the receiving plate portion 105, the frame member 91 is biased in the X2 direction, and the rotation center shaft module 90 is drawn into the casing body 62. The rotation center shaft 92, the bearing portion 81a, and the bearing portions 91e and 91f are accommodated in the recessed portion 107, and are located at the first position P1.

When the rotation center axis module 90 is moved in the X1 direction, the rotation center axis 92 protrudes from the casing body 62 and reaches the second position P2.

Next, the opening / closing operation and operation of the lid member 81 will be described.

11A, 11B, and 11C show a state where the lid member 81 is closed. The lid member 81 is on the same surface as the side plate portion 64. The latch portion 82a of the operation knob 82 locks the inner surface of the storage portion 66, the hook portion 81c is engaged with the concave portion 110, the convex portion 81b is engaged with the concave portion 111, and the lid member 81 is Locked closed. When an impact is applied by accidentally dropping the printer 60 on the floor, the impact in the Y1 direction is received by the latch portion 82a. When an impact in the X1 direction is applied, the battery B is about to jump out of the storage portion 66, pushes the inner surface of the lid member 81 in the X1 direction, and a force F10 is applied to the lid member 81 to push open from the inside. This force F10 is received by the engagement between the hook portion 81c and the concave portion 110 and the engagement between the convex portion 81b and the concave portion 111 at locations on both sides of the force F10. Therefore, even when an impact is applied to the printer 60, the lid member 81 does not open unnecessarily.

Here, since the bearing portions 91e and 91f, the bearing portion 81a, and the rotation center shaft 92 are accommodated in the recessed portion 107 and do not protrude at all from the side surface 106 of the casing body 62, the printer 60 is accidentally dropped on the floor. In this case, the bearing portions 91e and 91f and the bearing portion 81a do not directly hit the floor surface. Therefore, it is avoided that an impact is directly applied to the bearing portions 91e and 91f and the bearing portion 81a, and the rotation center shaft module 90 is prevented from being broken. Moreover, since there is no protrusion from the side surface 106 of the casing main body 62, the printer 60 fits smoothly in a portable case and has a good design.

When the lid member 81 is opened, the lock is released by performing a first operation indicated by an arrow (1) in FIG. 11A and then a second operation indicated by an arrow (2).

FIGS. 12A and 12B show the state after the first operation and the second operation are completed.

The first operation is an operation of sliding the operation knob 82 in the X1 direction. By this operation, the latching with respect to the inner surface of the storage portion 66 by the latch portion 82a is released.

The second operation is an operation of pulling the lid member 81 in the Y1 direction. By this operation, the hook portion 81c comes out of the concave portion 110, and the convex portion 81b comes out of the concave portion 111, and the engagement is released.

Thereafter, the lid member 81 is rotated to open the lid member 81 as shown in FIG. The opening angle θ10 of the lid member 81 is about 140 degrees, and a portion of the lid member 81 close to the bearing portion 81a indicated by reference numeral 81d is in contact with the edge 104a at the back of the notch 104 of the side plate portion 64. In this state, the battery B is replaced.

After the battery B is replaced, the operation is performed in the reverse order to the above, and the lid member 81 is closed and locked as shown in FIGS. 11 (A), (B), and (C).

When the lid member 81 is pulled in the Y1 direction so as to release the lock in the opening process, the force in the Y1 direction acting on the rotation center shaft module 90 is supported by the support plate portion via the washers 115 and 116. The force is not applied to the wall portion 66a of the battery housing portion 66, and the inconvenience of damaging and damaging the wall portion 66a during repeated operations can be avoided.

Next, the lid member 81 is open as shown in FIG. 13, and the force F1 that attempts to open the lid member 81 beyond that by hitting the printer 60 against something while the battery is being replaced. A case will be described in which is strongly acting.

In FIG. 13, when the force F1 is applied, the lid member 81 rotates counterclockwise with the edge 104a as a fulcrum.

When the lid member 81 rotates counterclockwise, the rotation center axis module 90 is pulled in the X1 direction and moved in the X1 direction as shown in FIG. The rotation center shaft 92 comes out of the recessed portion 107 and protrudes from the side surface of the casing main body 62 to reach the second position P2. As a result of the rotation center shaft 92 being moved in the X1 direction, no strong force is applied to the bearing portion 81c of the lid member 81, and the bearing portion 81c is disengaged from the movement rotation center shaft 92 in the X1 direction, or the bearing portion 81c. Is prevented from being damaged.

The lid member 81 is excessively opened until it comes into contact with the side surface 106 of the casing body 62. In this state, the force F <b> 1 is received by the side surface 106 of the casing body 62, and the lid member 81 does not rotate any more, and the force does not act on the portion of the rotation center shaft module 90.

When the hand pressing the lid member 81 is released, and the force F1 does not act in the state shown in FIG. 14, the rotation center shaft module 90 is moved in the X2 direction by the spring force of the compression coil spring 93 and rotated. The moving center shaft 92 is pulled into the recessed portion 107 and accommodated therein and returned to the first position P1, and the lid member 81 is rotated in the closing direction to automatically be in the state shown in FIG. . Therefore, the operation of returning the rotation center shaft 92 into the recessed portion 107 is not necessary, and it is easy to use.

The configuration in which the rotation center shaft 92 is moved in the X1 direction as described above can be realized even when the rotation center shaft 92 is formed integrally with the lid member 81.

Next, with reference to FIGS. 15A and 15B, the bearing holes 91g and 91h will be described.

The bearing hole 91h includes a first circular hole 91h1 on the Y1 side, a second circular hole 91h2 on the Y2 side, and a constricted portion 91h3 therebetween, and has a hook shape that is long in the Y1-Y2 direction. Similarly, the bearing hole 91g has a first circular hole 91g1 on the Y1 side, a second circular hole 91g2 on the Y2 side, and a constricted portion 91g3 therebetween.

In the state of FIG. 15A, the rotation center shaft 92 is supported by fitting its shaft portion 92b into the first circular hole 91h1 and the shaft portion 92a into the first circular hole 91g1, It is located at position Q1 on the Y1 side. This is a state when the lid member 81 is open.

The lid member 81 is rotated and closed. Finally, the lid member 81 is moved in the Y2 direction, the hook portion 81c is engaged with the recess 110, and the projection 81b is engaged with the recess 111 to be locked.

When the lid member 81 is moved in the Y2 direction, the shaft portions 92b and 92a forcibly pass through the constricted portions 91h3 and 91g3 to the second circular holes 91h2 and 91g2, respectively, and click to this position Q2. Locked. Therefore, a click feeling is obtained, and the operator can confirm that the lid member 81 has been moved in the Y2 direction.

Next, the paper roll storage unit lid mechanism 200 will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 and 16A to 16D.

An operation knob 205 shown in FIG. 16D is provided on the upper surface of the lid member 201. As shown in FIG. 16A, left and right lock levers 206 and 207 and a two-stage gear 208 are incorporated in the lower surface of the lid member 201.

As shown in FIGS. 16A and 16B, the two-stage gear 208 is configured to integrally include a first gear portion 208a and a second gear portion 208b, and a shaft portion 209 on the lid member 201. It is supported by. The pitch circle 221 of the first gear portion 208a has a radius r1. The pitch circle 222 of the second gear portion 208b has a radius r2 longer than the radius r1.

The rack 206a of the lock lever 206 and the rack 207a of the lock lever 207 are engaged with the first gear portion 208a. The lock lever 206 is moved by the spring 210 to the position where it hits the pin 211 in the X2 direction, and the tip end portion 206a is fitted in the recess 212. The lock lever 207 is moved by the spring 213 to a position where it comes into contact with the pin 214 in the X2 direction, and the tip 207a is fitted in the recess 214. Therefore, the lid member 201 is locked in the closed state.

A rack portion 205a on the lower surface of the operation knob 205 is engaged with the second gear portion 208b.

When the operation knob 205 is slid in the Y2 direction, the two-stage gear 208 is rotated, and the lock levers 206 and 207 are moved so as to approach each other and come out of the recesses 212 and 215, and the lid member 201 is locked. The lid member 201 is released and opened as shown in FIG.

Transmission of movement from the operation knob 205 to the lock levers 206 and 207 is exclusively performed by gears, transmission of movement is smooth, and no grease is applied. Therefore, inconvenience caused by the application of grease, for example, due to dust on the grease, or due to aging of the grease, the operation becomes heavy, or the grease oozes out and soils the printing paper. There is no inconvenience.

Further, by changing the ratio of the pitch circle radius r1 of the first gear portion 208a and the pitch circle radius r2 of the second gear portion 208b, the stroke until the operation knob 205 is unlocked can be freely determined.

The lid mechanisms 80 and 200 are not limited to portable thermal printers, but can be applied to PDAs (personal digital assistants), digital cameras, video cameras, mobile phones, and the like.
