Description

The present invention relates to a staircase installed in a building.

Patent Document 1 discloses that a step receiver having a substantially L-shaped longitudinal section is fixed to the upper surface of a girder, and a tread is fixed to the step receiver with a fixing tool (first prior art).
In Patent Document 1, the rear end of the tread is pivotally supported on a step receiver provided on the upper surface of the girder, and the front end of the tread is fixed to the upper surface of the lower adjacent tread. It is disclosed that the position is adjusted by moving the upper surface, and the front end of the tread is fixed by adjusting the mounting height (second prior art).

However, in the first prior art, when the inclination angle of the girder changes, it is necessary to change the size of the step receiver in order to level the tread, and each time the inclination angle of the girder changes, a different type of step receiver is received. There is an inconvenience that must be prepared.
In the second prior art, when the inclination angle of the girder changes, it is necessary to adjust the position by moving each step receiver to the upper surface of the girder and adjust the height of the front end of each tread. It takes time and effort. Furthermore, since the construction procedure is limited to attaching the top tread and the step receiver in order from the bottom tread and the step receiver, there is a problem that the construction is difficult.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a staircase that can be constructed using the same type of member even when the inclination angle of the girder is changed and that can be easily constructed.

The invention according to claim 1 includes a girder, a step receiver, and a tread, and the girder has two ridges in the longitudinal direction on the upper surface and is located between the two ridges and the ridge. The upper surface of the step receiver has a space in which the upper end opens, the upper end is cut at a predetermined angle, and the lower end is fitted into the fitting groove. It is fixed to the ridge with a fixing tool, and the tread has a fitting tool attached to the lower surface. The fitting tool is fitted into the inner space from the upper end of the step receiver and fixed to the step receiver with the fixing tool. It is characterized by that.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, in the construction of the staircase, after fixing the girder at a predetermined angle, the lower end portion of the step receiver is fitted into the fitting groove of the girder and fixed to the ridge by the fixing tool. The fitting member attached to the lower surface of the step is fitted into the inner space from the upper end of the step receiver and fixed to the step receiver with a fixing tool.
When the inclination angle of the girder changes, the same type of step receiver is used, and the upper end is cut at a predetermined angle so that the upper end becomes horizontal when the step receiver is fixed to the girder. Therefore, according to the present invention, a staircase can be constructed using the same type of step receiver even when the inclination angle of the girder changes.
In addition, when the inclination angle of the girder changes, it is only necessary to fix it to the upper surface of the girder using a step receiver with a changed cutting angle at the upper end, so it is not necessary to adjust the inclination of each tread on the construction site. Easy to install.
The construction of the staircase is not limited to the construction from the bottom treadle in sequence, for example, it can be constructed from the top tread, and the construction sequence is not limited, so the construction is good.
Further, since the inclination angle can be adjusted by cutting the upper end of the step receiver at the construction site, the workability at the construction site is good.
Since the step receiver can be fixed as it is to the ridge with the fixing tool after being positioned in the fitting groove of the girder, the step receiver can be easily fixed.
The tread can be positioned by simply fitting the fitting attached on the lower surface into the internal space of the step receiver from above, and can be fixed easily.

Next, construction and operational effects of the staircase 1 according to the present embodiment will be described.
For the construction of the staircase 1, the girders 3 and 3 are set at a predetermined angle and fixed to the floor 20 and the upper frame 22, and then the lower end portion 5 c of the step receiver 5 is fitted into the fitting groove 11 of the girder 3 and fixed. Fix to the ridge 9 with the tool 8. The upper end 5a of the step receiver 5 is cut in advance at a predetermined angle S according to the inclination angle of the beam 3.
Then, the fitting tool 13 is attached to the lower surface 7 b of the tread plate 7, the fitting tool 13 is fitted into the internal space 14 from the upper end of the step receiver 5, and fixed to the both side surfaces 5 b and 5 b of the step receiver 5 with the fixing tool 17. To do.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 3, when a staircase having an inclination different from that of the above-described staircase 1 is constructed and the inclination angle T of the girder 3 is different, the step receiver 5 is replaced with a girder using the same type of step receiver 5. The upper end 5a is cut at a predetermined angle T so that the upper end 5a becomes horizontal when fixed to 3.

According to the present embodiment, the step receiver 5 is used by cutting the upper end 5a at an arbitrary angle. When the inclination angle of the girder 3 is changed, the step receiver 5 is cut by changing the inclination angle of the upper end 5a. Thus, the stairs 1 can be constructed using the same type of step receiver 5.
When the inclination angle of the girder 3 is changed, it is only necessary to fix it to the upper surface 3a of the girder 3 using the step receiver 5 in which the cutting angle of the upper end 5a is changed. Construction is easy because it is unnecessary.
The construction of the staircase 1 is not limited to the construction from the bottom treads in sequence, but can be constructed from the top treads, for example, and the construction order is not limited, so that the construction is good.
Further, since the inclination angle can be adjusted by cutting the upper end of the step receiver at the construction site, the workability at the construction site is good.
Since the step receiver 5 is fitted in the fitting groove 11 of the beam 3 and fixed to the protrusion 9 by the fixing tool 8, it can be fixed to the protrusion 9 as it is after positioning, and the step receiver 5 can be easily fixed.
The step board 7 is easily fixed because the fitting 13 attached to the lower surface 7b is fitted into the inner space 14 of the step receiver 5 from the upper end and fixed to the side wall 5b of the step receiver with the fixing tool 17.
Since the lower surface 7b of the tread 7 is in contact with the upper end 5a of the step receiver 5, the stability of the tread 7 is good.
The step receiver 5 uses a pipe having an open upper end 5a and a lower end 5c, and the fitting tool 13 is fitted in the hollow 14 of the pipe. Therefore, the fitting tool 13 cannot be seen from the outside, and the appearance is good.
Since the step receiver 5 uses an extruded profile, it is easy to manufacture and inexpensive.
Since the opening on the side surface of the ridge 9 is closed by the eye plate 12, the fixing tool 8 fixing the step receiver to the ridge 9 cannot be seen from the outside, and the appearance is good.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
For example, the protrusion 9 is not limited to a substantially U-shaped longitudinal section, and may be formed in a plate shape.
Each of the fixing tools 8 and 17 may be a bolt or the like.
The stairs 1 may be constructed indoors or outdoors.
The stairs 1 may not have the column 21 and the handrail 23.
