Description

The present invention relates to a gusset bag filled with a liquid such as liquid food.

Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 5A, a gusset bag filled with a liquid such as liquid food has a resin film made of polygonal front and rear sheets 27 and 28, and the upper sides of the front and rear sheets 27 and 28 are overlapped. A gusset sheet 29 made of a double-folded resin film is inserted along the front sheet 27, 28, and the front sheet 27 between the front sheet 27 and the rear sheet 28 on the side sandwiching the upper side from the left and right. 27 and the gusset sheet 29 and between the rear sheet 28 and the gusset sheet 29 are joined by heat seal portions 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, and 38, respectively. . Moreover, the spout part 39 is fixed between the front and rear sheets 27 and 28 during the heat sealing of the heat sealing part 32 (see Patent Document 1). In FIG. 5A, reference numerals 30, 33, and 35 denote heat seal portions of the front gusset portion, and reference numerals (31), (34), and (36) denote rear gusset portions that overlap the front gusset portion from behind. The heat seal part is shown.

The gusset bag is sealed after being filled with a liquid such as liquid food, and then retort sterilized. When taking out the liquid, the bag is suspended by hanging a hook etc. of the stand on the hanging hole 55 of the bag, and the front gusset portion is cut along the tear line 40 indicated by a two-dot chain line, for example, water is put into the bag to dilute the liquid. Then, the front gusset part is bent and resealed, and the liquid is poured out of the bag from the spout part 39.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5 (B), the other gusset bags have resin film front and rear sheets 41 and 42 overlapped, and the front and rear sheets 41 and 42 are folded in two along the left and right sides. After the gusset sheets 43 and 44 made of film are inserted, the front sheet 41 and the gusset sheet 43 are arranged between the front sheet 41 and the rear sheet 42 on the upper side of the front and rear sheets 41 and 42 and the side sandwiching the upper side from the left and right. , 44 and between the rear sheet 42 and the gusset sheets 43, 44 are joined by heat seal portions 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, respectively. In addition, the spout portion 39 is fixed between the front and rear sheets 41 and 42 during heat sealing of the heat seal portion 46 (see Patent Document 2). In FIG. 5B, reference numerals 47 and 49 indicate the heat seal part of the front gusset part, and reference numerals (48) and (50) indicate the heat seal part of the rear gusset part overlapping the front gusset part from behind. .

The gusset bag is sealed after being filled with a liquid such as liquid food, and then retort sterilized. When taking out the liquid, hang a hook etc. of the stand on the hanging hole 55 of the bag, hang the front and rear gussets on the cut line 51 indicated by a two-dot chain line, put water etc. into the bag and put the liquid After dilution, the liquid is poured out of the bag from the spout portion 39.

特開2001−213451号公報JP 2001-213451 A 特開2001−199457号公報JP 2001-199457 A

In the gusset bag shown in FIG. 5A, the heat seal portions 37 and 38 on the left and right sides intersect with the fold line 29 a of the gusset sheet 29 at a right angle. Therefore, when a force is applied from the outside to the gusset bag filled with the contents, or when the gusset bag falls, if the water hammer by the contents acts, the intersection 52 between the heat seal portions 37 and 38 and the broken line 29a. Stress tends to concentrate on the bag, which can cause broken bags and pinholes. Therefore, a heat seal portion 53 which is a so-called ship-shaped seal inclined at about 45 degrees with respect to the broken line 29a is formed in the front and rear gusset portions. However, this gusset bag has a problem that stress tends to concentrate on the intersection 52 because the front and rear gusset portions are opened. Further, when the front gusset portion is cut on the cut line 40 and water or the like is put into the bag, there is a problem that it is difficult to put water or the like into the bag because the opening is narrow.

Unlike the gusset bag shown in FIG. 5 (A), the gusset bag shown in FIG. 5 (B) is joined by the seal portions 54 at the four corners so that the front and rear gusset portions present on the left and right sides of the bag do not open. Stress is relatively difficult to concentrate at the intersection 52 between the heat seal portions 45 and 46 and the broken lines 43a and 44a. However, since this gusset bag has front and rear gussets on the left and right, the opening operation is troublesome, and since both the front and back gussets must be cut at an angle, the liquid is easily spilled and the resealing operation is also easy. It is troublesome.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a gusset bag that can solve the above-mentioned problems.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention according to claim 1 is characterized in that substantially rectangular front and rear sheet parts (1, 2) made of a resin film are overlapped, and between one side (3a) between the front and rear sheet parts (1, 2). A gusset sheet portion (4) made of a resin film is inserted in a folded state along the front sheet portion (1) on at least one side (3a) and both sides (3b, 3c) sandwiching the one side (3a) Between the gusset sheet part (4), between the rear sheet part (2) and the gusset sheet part (4), and between the front sheet part (1) and the rear sheet part (2), a belt-like heat seal part, respectively. (5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12) and the seal edges (18, 19) of the heat seal portions (7, 8, 9, 10) on both sides are gusset sheet portions ( 4) Intersection (23) about to intersect with the polyline (4a) A gusset bag in which non-seal portions (24, 25) are formed around the intersection (23) is adopted by extending around.

Further, the invention according to claim 2 is the gusset bag according to claim 1, wherein the seal edge (18, 19) bypasses the intersection (23) in an arc shape so that it is substantially around the intersection (23). A gusset bag provided with semi-circular non-sealed portions (24, 25) is adopted.

According to the present invention, the substantially rectangular front and rear sheet parts (1, 2) made of a resin film overlap, and the gusset sheet made of a resin film extends along the one side (3a) between the front and rear sheet parts (1, 2). Between the front sheet part (1) and the gusset sheet part (4) at least on the one side (3a) and on both sides (3b, 3c) sandwiching the one side (3a), the part (4) is inserted in a folded state The belt-shaped heat seal portions (5, 6, 7, 8, respectively) are provided between the rear sheet portion (2) and the gusset sheet portion (4) and between the front sheet portion (1) and the rear sheet portion (2). 9, 10, 11, and 12), the front and rear gusset portions are in a separated state, and a gap having a width approximately the same as the width of the gusset bag is also secured for the front and rear gusset portions. Therefore, a large opening can be formed when the gusset bag is opened at any of the front and rear gusset portions, and water or the like can be easily injected into the bag.

In addition, the seal edge (18, 19) bypasses the intersection (23) at the intersection (23) where the seal edge (18, 19) is about to intersect with the fold line (23) of the gusset seat portion (4). Since the non-seal part (24, 25) is provided around the intersection (23), when the external force is applied to the gusset bag filled with the content or when the gusset bag falls, it depends on the content. Even if the water hammer acts, it is possible to disperse the stress that tries to concentrate on the intersection of the seal edge (18, 19) and the broken line (4a), thus avoiding the occurrence of bag breakage and pinholes, The leakage of contents can be prevented.

The best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 3, the gusset bag has a substantially rectangular front and rear sheet portions 1 and 2 made of a resin film overlapped with each other and along the one side 3 a between the front and rear sheet portions 1 and 2. A gusset sheet portion 4 made of a resin film is inserted in a folded state, at least between the front sheet portion 1 and the gusset sheet portion 4 on both sides 3b and 3c sandwiching the one side 3a, and the rear sheet portion 2 A structure in which the space between the gusset sheet portion 4 and the space between the front sheet portion 1 and the rear sheet portion 2 are bonded by heat seal portions 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 is provided.

The resin film is a laminated film, for example, and although not shown, a non-heat seal material layer is disposed on the outside, a heat seal material layer is disposed on the inside, and a gas barrier material layer is disposed on the middle. The resin film is desirably formed to be transparent.

The front and rear sheet portions 1 and 2 are formed into, for example, a substantially rectangular shape having the same shape and the same size by punching or cutting the resin film. The front and rear sheet portions 1 and 2 are overlapped with the heat sealing material layer inside. The gusset sheet portion 4 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape by punching or cutting the resin film. The gusset sheet portion 4 is folded in two with the non-heat sealing material layer inside, and is inserted along the one side between the front and rear sheet portions 1 and 2 with the fold line 4a first. As a result of the insertion of the gusset sheet portion 4, the portion where the front sheet portion 1 and the gusset sheet portion 4 overlap is defined as the front gusset portion 13, and the portion where the rear sheet portion 2 and the gusset sheet portion 4 overlap is defined as the rear gusset portion 14. It is said.

The heat seal parts 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 are formed by hot pressing the front and rear sheet parts 1, 2 with the gusset sheet part 4 sandwiched between them using a heating plate (not shown).

The heat seal portions 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 have locations corresponding to the one side 3a that is the upper side of the gusset bag and the front and rear gusset portions 13 and 14 on both sides 3b and 3c that are the left and right sides of the gusset bag. Formed. The front and rear gusset portions 13 and 14 of the gusset bag are closed by the heat seal portions 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10. The heat seal portions 11 and 12 are formed at locations other than the front and rear gusset portions 13 and 14 on both side sides 3b and 3c, which are the left and right sides of the gusset bag. The heat seal portions 11 and 12 close the left and right sides of the gusset bag.

As shown in FIG. 2, the left and right heat seal portions 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 are divided into a gusset portion and a non-gusset portion, but the two resin films overlap in the non-gusset portion. On the other hand, four resin films overlap in the gusset part, and there is a step at the boundary between the non-gusset part and the gusset part. Has been made.

The above-mentioned three sides are closed by the heat seal portions 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and the lower side is unsealed, and the liquid that is the contents is opened from the lower side opening. It is possible to fill and then close the lower side with a heat seal part, but in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. , 2. Since the spout part 15 has a known structure, a detailed description thereof will be omitted.

A suspension hole 17 that penetrates the front and rear gusset portions 13 and 14 is formed in the heat seal portions 5 and 6 on the upper side. The gusset bag is suspended at a desired location by passing a hook (not shown) through the suspension hole 17, and the liquid content is poured out.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the gusset bag is provided with easy-opening means. That is, the front sheet portion 1 is formed so as to extend along the gusset sheet portion 4 along the one side 3a whose upper side is the upper side, and the one side is separated from the inner edge of the heat seal portion 5 on the side opposite to the heat seal portion. Cutouts 21 a and 21 b are formed at locations where the straight line 20 indicated by a two-dot chain line extending along 3 a intersects the both sides 11 and 12. A tear line is set by these notches 21a and 21b. The notches 21a and 21b are formed in a narrow groove shape so as to penetrate the gusset sheet portion 4 and the front sheet portion 1 of the front gusset portion 13 in the thickness direction, but have a desired shape such as a V groove shape and a semicircular shape. Is possible.

The above laminated film is used for the front sheet portion 1 and the gusset sheet portion 4. For example, an outer non-heat sealing material layer of the laminated film is formed of a stretched film. The front sheet portion 1 and the gusset sheet portion 4 are each cut out from the laminated film so that the stretched direction of the stretched film extends between the side sides 11 and 12 of the gusset bag, that is, in the left-right direction.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3A, the peripheral portion of the notch 21 a formed at the end of the straight line 20 is a non-heat seal region 22. By maintaining the stretchability of the non-heat seal region 22, the tearing zipper part 21 can be easily torn even when the notch 21a is not formed or when the notch is short.

Since the straight line 20 indicated by the two-dot chain line is parallel to the extending direction of the resin film constituting each of the front sheet portion 1 and the gusset sheet portion 4, the front sheet portion 1 and the gusset sheet portion 4 on the straight line 20. This resin film can be easily torn. Since the straight line 20 passes through a portion away from the inner edge of the heat seal part 5 on the side opposite to the heat seal part 5, when the heat seal part 5 is torn along the straight line 20, the gusset bag is opened.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 3 (A) and 4 (A), the seal edges 18, 19 of the heat seal portions 7, 8, 9, 10 on both sides of the gusset bag are bent lines 4 a of the gusset sheet portion 4. The intersection 23 (see FIG. 4B) that crosses the circle is detoured in an arc shape, and thereby, substantially semicircular non-sealing portions 24 and 25 are formed around the intersection 23. For this reason, even if a force is applied from the outside to the gusset bag filled with the liquid as the contents or the gusset bag falls and the water hammer due to the contents acts on the front and rear gusset portions 13 and 14, the seal Stress that tends to concentrate at the intersections between the edges 18 and 19 and the broken line 23 is dispersed, and therefore, the occurrence of bag breakage and pinholes in the gusset portion of the gusset bag is prevented.

As shown in FIG. 4B, the seal edges 18 and 19 of the heat seal portions 7, 8, 9, and 10 on both sides intersect the fold line 4 a of the gusset sheet portion 4 at a substantially right angle and around the intersection 23. If the non-sealed portions 24 and 25 are not present on the gusset bag, when a force is applied from the outside to the gusset bag filled with the contents or when the gusset bag is dropped, Stress concentrates at the intersection 23 between the lines 18 and 19 and the polygonal line 4a, which easily causes bag breakage and pinholes.

Next, an example of an effect | action of the gusset bag of the said structure is demonstrated.
(1) A gusset bag filled with liquid and sealed is placed in a retort sterilizer (not shown), and the liquid is heated and sterilized together with the gusset bag.
(2) Many gusset bags containing contents are stacked and transported to a medical institution such as a hospital for treatment. The front and rear gusset portions 13 and 14 of the gusset bag are subjected to load, vibration, etc. due to stacking during transportation, and when the gusset bag falls on the floor, the water hammer acts on the front and rear gusset portions 13 and 14. Since substantially semicircular non-seal parts 24 and 25 are formed at the intersection 23 where the seal edges 18 and 19 of the side heat seal parts 7, 8, 9 and 10 intersect with the fold line 4 a of the gusset sheet part 4. The stress to concentrate on the intersection 23 between the seal edges 18 and 19 and the broken line 4a is dispersed. Therefore, the occurrence of bag breakage and pinholes at the front and rear gusset portions 13, 14 of the gusset bag is prevented.
(3) When using the liquid in the gusset bag, suspend the gusset bag on a hook of a stand (not shown) at the rear gusset portion.
(4) A finger is put on one end of the heat seal portion 5 of the front gusset portion 13 and pulled to the other end side, the heat seal portion 5 is broken on a straight line 20, and the sealed gusset bag is opened.
(5) A diluent or the like is injected into the gusset bag from the opening formed in the front gusset portion 13 to dilute the liquid as the contents.
(6) The front gusset portion 13 is sealed again by a desired method such as bending.
(7) The spout part 15 is opened, and the liquid diluted from the gusset bag is poured out and supplied to the patient or the like through a tube (not shown) connected to the spout part 15.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the gusset sheet portion is formed separately from the front and rear seat portions, and then folded in two and inserted between the front and rear seat portions. However, the gusset of the present invention can also be obtained by forming a gusset sheet portion by folding the resin film in one direction while folding the resin film in one direction, and sandwiching the gusset sheet portion between the front and rear sheet portions on both sides thereof. A bag can be formed.
