Description

The present invention relates to a coating apparatus suitable for painting a floor surface or the like.

Conventionally used coating apparatuses include a portable type and an installation type. In the former, a small amount of one or plural components of paint is stored and sprayed on a paint hopper mounted on a handy gun. It is shown in the following patent document. The latter is a large, heavy-weight container that stores a large quantity of one-component or multiple-component containers, sucks up each component with a drive, pumps it with a motor, and injects it from a nozzle. Painting in parallel.
JP 10-337506 A

Since the portable type as described above continues the spraying operation while operating the gun with one hand, it must be practical unless it is lightweight, and the capacity of the hopper has to be limited to a small size. For this reason, spraying work and paint replenishment for a very short time must be repeated frequently, the painting work is inefficient, and the uniformity of painting tends to be irregular.
On the other hand, the installation type is suitable for continuously performing a large amount of spraying. However, since the apparatus is large and heavy, it is difficult to carry and install by manpower, and a crane-equipped truck must be used. For this reason, there are problems such as lack of simple paint workability and inability to work in places where trucks cannot be parked.

The present invention has been made paying attention to the above-mentioned problems, and is an apparatus that can be installed and moved manually while improving the above-mentioned problems and capable of spraying a sufficient amount of paint. In addition, by adopting a human-powered operation configuration, it is intended to provide a coating apparatus in which apparatus operability and painting workability are simple and favorable.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention comprises a coating apparatus in which paint is caused to flow out of a paint tank by its own weight and sprayed with a spray gun together with high-pressure air, or the paint tank can be manually moved up and down freely. It is characterized in that the coating apparatus is configured such that the coating material is caused to flow out of the coating tank by its own weight and sprayed with a high-pressure air with a spray gun by supporting it so that it can be fixed in the vertical position.
In addition, this coating device is installed on a moving carriage by manually supporting the paint tank so that it can be moved up and down and fixed in the up and down position, extending the paint discharge path from the bottom of the tank, and applying high pressure to the tip of the discharge path A spray gun capable of merging air can be mounted so that the paint put into the tank can flow out by using the height difference and can be applied to the surface to be coated.
Alternatively, an elevating guide column is erected on a manually movable carriage, and an elevating table is assembled to this column so that the elevating table can be raised and lowered. A manual handle is attached, and the operation of the handle is linked to the elevating of the elevating table. A stopper mechanism is built in so that the table can be placed in the vertical position, a stirring mechanism is attached to the lifting table, a paint tank is installed, a discharge path is extended at the bottom of the tank, and high-pressure air can join the tip of the discharge path A simple spray gun can be installed to allow the paint put into the tank to flow out using the height difference and to be applied to the painted surface.

It is preferable to provide the paint tank with a capacity of 10 to 30 liters, and it is preferable to store the self-leveling paint in the paint tank and apply the self-leveling paint to the painted surface using a height difference.

According to the present invention, the paint outflow configuration from the paint tank can be simplified, and the apparatus can be reduced in weight. This is even more preferable by allowing the paint tank to move up and down manually.
According to the coating device that has been reduced in weight so that it can be moved by human power, it is possible to perform painting work integrally with movement while moving the carriage, and to make the installed paint tank of a relatively large capacity Therefore, it is possible to construct a relatively large area with a single application of paint to the tank, and to reduce the number of times of application of paint to the tank. Moreover, since the tank can be manually moved up and down and the paint can be applied by its own weight using the height difference at the upper position, it can be a simple and lightweight coating device, and the paint can be lowered to the lower position and charged. Therefore, the input operation can be simplified and less burdensome. In addition to the above, by providing a stirring mechanism, it is possible to prevent poor mixing and curing of multi-component paints, prevent unevenness and settling of aggregates, etc., and apply a uniform painted surface while using the height difference. It becomes possible to use a self-leveling paint. Furthermore, the apparatus can be constructed so as to be assembled and disassembled, and the above-mentioned effects are made more preferable.

Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 and 2 are diagrams schematically illustrating the basic configuration of the present coating apparatus, and FIGS. 3 to 5 are diagrams illustrating examples of a coating apparatus mainly composed of a pipe material.
This painting device is installed on a movable cart with casters so that it can be assembled and disassembled. The mobile carriage 1 is formed as a hand-pushing (hand-drawn) type, but it is also possible to mount a small and light motor so that it can run on its own. The skeleton can be formed of an arbitrary material such as a pipe material, an angle material, a C-type channel material, or an I-type channel material. FIGS. 3 to 5 show examples in which the pipe material is mainly assembled.

An elevating guide column 2 is vertically installed on the carriage 1. The support column 2 is preferably erected in a gate shape so that the elevating table 5 can be stably supported and moved up and down, and the lifting table is preferably supported between the left and right support columns 2 and 2. The support column 2 may be integrally formed on the carriage 1 by welding or the like, but it is preferable to fix the angle portion provided at the lower end portion so as to be disassembled with a bolt or the like. 3 to 5, the left and right support columns 2, 2 are each formed with a round pipe material in an inverted U shape, the lower ends of the four support columns are integrated with the frame material, and the frame material is bolted to the carriage, Reinforcing and connecting portions 3 and 4 extending between the left and right columns are provided on the front side of the middle lower side of the column (on the side opposite to the lifting table 5 when viewed from the column 2) and the upper end of the column. .

The support column 2 is provided with a vertical track, and the base end portion 5a of the elevating table 5 for mounting the coating tank is assembled so as to be movable up and down so that the table can maintain a horizontal state, and can be freely removed. In FIGS. 3 to 5, the rear support columns 2, 2 themselves of the inverted U shape are used as tracks, and the base end portion 5 a of the lifting table 5 is inclined obliquely upward toward the rear from the left and right portions of the horizontal lower frame 5 b of the table. The extended connecting portion is formed by pivotally attaching rollers 6 and 6 that are clamped to the front and rear of the support column 2 in a state where the table 5 is supported horizontally at a diagonally upper and lower position of the connecting portion.

A chain block 7 is installed at the center of the connecting portion 3 provided at the middle lower portion of the support column 2 with the rotation axis as the front-rear direction, and a handle 8 that can be rotated is disposed at the front of the chain block. A pulley 9 is laid down at the center of the connecting portion 4 provided at the upper end of the support column. Further, a lifting rope is attached to the center of the base end portion 5a of the lifting table 5 in the forward direction. Part 10 is formed.

The hoisting cable 11 may be an arbitrary cable having a strength capable of moving up and down while suspending the elevating table 5, but a chain is optimal, and this end is rotated by the winding / rewinding mechanism of the chain block 7. The chain is wound around the shaft and hung downward, while the chain is wound around the pulley 9 located at the uppermost position and hung down, and the other end is fixed to the fixing portion 10.

The elevating table 5 can be formed as a lift structure of any form such as a saddle that can be freely and stably mounted by removing the paint tank 12. In FIGS. 3 to 5, the elevating table 5 is formed on the front side of the horizontal lower frame 5 b. A base frame 5a is formed, and an enclosure frame for storing and holding the tank 12 is erected from the lower frame, while a support leg 5c of the agitator 13 is erected.

The paint tank 12 preferably has a capacity of about 10 to 30 liters so that a large construction area can be obtained, and other solvent-resistant containers made of polyethylene are preferable, and an opening / closing valve is provided at the bottom of the bottom downward. The discharge port 12a is provided, a discharge path (flexible hose, bellows hose, etc.) 12b is extended, and a spray gun 14 with an optional open / close valve is attached to the tip thereof. An air ejection path 16 connected to the compressor 15 is joined and formed in an arbitrary configuration so that the paint can be mixed and ejected using the negative pressure of the ejected air, and the opening / closing valve can adjust the discharge amount of the paint.

In addition, a stirring blade 13a extending from the stirring device 13 is disposed inside the tank so as to be positioned near the discharge port, and the paint or aggregate charged is introduced so that the stirring flow is rolled up from below. The filled paint can be mixed uniformly.
Although the rotational power source of the agitator may be electric, the air ejection path 17 branched from the compressor 15 is joined to the rotation shaft base of the agitating blade in an arbitrary configuration so that the ejection air is used for the rotational force. The agitation speed can be adjusted by installing an opening / closing valve. The compressor 15 can be arranged on a carriage, but it is preferable to install and use it in another place.

The apparatus can be placed in a state where the paint tank discharge port 12a is located at a height of about 1.5 to 2.5 m from the painted surface, maintaining a height difference from the spray gun 14, and is 0.5,5. It is preferable to set the vertically moving configuration of the lifting table 5 so that the upper surface opening of the paint tank is located at a height of about ˜1 m and can be placed in a state where the paint can be put into the tank manually.
In addition, the handle 18 can be extended and formed on the column or the carriage so that the device can be pushed or pulled. In FIGS. 3-5, since the front support | pillar 2 can be grasped and used as it is as a handle, the handle is not particularly formed.

In addition, although the said structure is not shown in figure, various design changes are possible. For example, as another example of the lifting mechanism of the lifting table, vertical trajectories are formed along the inner sides of the left and right support columns, for example, C channels, I channels, etc. are arranged opposite to each other. The part is a connecting part that fits between the left and right struts, and the engaging part that engages the above vertical trajectory so as to be vertically movable from the inside is engaged, for example, in the C channel, facing the left and right sides of this connecting part. Formed by engaging protrusions or wheels, or as engaging grooves that engage with the T-shaped head of the I channel, etc., and the above-mentioned engaging parts are stable in a horizontal state. Therefore, it is possible to have a configuration in which an appropriate vertical length or vertical row is provided so that the vertical track and the engaging portion are connected.

Further, as another example of the vertical drive mechanism of the lifting table, a bearing portion projects from the connecting portion 3, and a rotary shaft of a rotary handle for lifting the table is pivoted to the rotary shaft. Wearing a ratchet gear with an open claw and forming a hoisting rope winding part,
Separately from this, a stopper mechanism is formed, for example, a locking projection lever is disposed along the engaging portion of the table base end portion, and the projection receiving holes arranged in the vertical track of the support are combined and formed. can do.
The diameter of the rotary handle may be set as appropriate in consideration of the rotational force, and the above configuration can be changed as appropriate, such as interposing a reduction gear mechanism at an appropriate location.

According to the above apparatus, the lift table can be moved downward to place the paint tank at a lower position, for example, at the waist position of a person, and it is easy and easy to manually put the paint into the paint tank. By moving the lifting table upward and setting the tank to the upper position, for example, the discharge port is about 1.5 to 2 m above the painting surface, it is possible to discharge using the weight of the paint, and the painting is easy with a simple mechanism And The apparatus can be moved by manually pushing (pulling) the carriage while holding the handle, and the paint gun can be applied to the surface to be painted by operating the spray gun manually.

For the above apparatus, an arbitrary paint such as an organic material, an inorganic material, a mixed material, a one-component type, a multi-component type, or an aggregate-free material, silica sand or other aggregated material can be used. It is preferable to use a self-leveling paint so that the surface can be made uniform easily.
In the present invention, the paint includes a coating material having a large coating thickness and is not limited.

In the present invention, since it is a device that causes the paint to flow under its own weight, the relationship between the inner diameter of the discharge path (hose) and the viscosity of the paint is taken into consideration.
From Table 1 below, when the inner diameter of the discharge path is too large, a liquid material having a light specific gravity tends to flow first, and an aggregate having a high specific gravity tends to clog the nozzle of the spray gun. If the inner diameter is too small, the coating becomes difficult to apply as a uniform mist, and the coated surface tends to have a non-uniform finish.
From Table 2, if the viscosity is too low, the paint tends to flow down from the tip of the gun before the blown air, the paint that has flowed down tends to accumulate, and the finished state tends to deteriorate. It turned out to be ball-shaped and the coating was uneven, and the finish was likely to be uneven, such as uneven coating thickness or poor leveling. The practical viscosity (mPa · s) is preferably higher than 100 and lower than 3000, and particularly preferably in the range of about 500 to 2,000.
