Description

The present invention relates to a water faucet device used when a branch pipe is provided in a fluid pipe.

When a branch pipe is provided in a fluid pipe (fluid main pipe) such as a water pipe, a branch port is drilled in the fluid main pipe, and a water faucet device is attached to the branch port.

For example, in the water faucet device described in Patent Document 1, a hook portion is fixed above the branch port of the fluid main pipe, a water passage that penetrates the hook portion in the vertical direction is formed, and the water passage is formed above the branch port. Position. After that, a packing is attached around the branch port on the outer peripheral surface of the fluid main pipe, the space between the outer peripheral surface of the main pipe and the inner peripheral surface of the buttock is watertight, and a receiving part is provided on the upper surface of the buttock part. A branch pipe (casing) in which a ball valve or the like is mounted is placed on the base, and the receiving part and the branch pipe are fixed via bolts.

On the other hand, in the water faucet device shown in FIG. 6 of Patent Document 2, a rubber ring is fitted into the branch port of the fluid main pipe, and a metal cylindrical member (sleeve) is press-fitted inside the rubber ring. Insert through. The cylindrical member is expanded from the inside to the outside, the cylindrical member and the rubber ring are fixed to the fluid main pipe, the inside of the cylindrical member is used as a water passage to the branch pipe, and the fixed cylindrical shape A branch pipe can be attached to the upper end of the member via a bolt or the like.
When the relative position of the fluid main pipe and the branch pipe moves due to ground fluctuation during an earthquake, etc., the rubber ring is elastically deformed, so that the fluid main pipe and the branch pipe are maintained so as not to come off. Further, the elastic deformation prevents the member from being damaged.

In addition, the water faucet device shown in FIG. 1 of Patent Document 2 is provided with a flange on the outer periphery of the upper part of the cylindrical member 15 as shown in FIG. The branch pipe 5 is reinforced with a saddle 3 fixed along the outer peripheral surface of the pipe so that the branch pipe 5 does not move greatly relative to the fluid main pipe 1.
JP 2002-286186 A JP-A-8-158419 (page 4, FIG. 1, FIG. 6)

Generally, when attaching a water faucet device to a fluid main, in order to prevent a large amount of water from flowing out, stop water distribution in the fluid main or use a water stop device etc. to drill into the fluid main. And it is necessary to stop water when installing the water faucet device.
Stopping water distribution cannot be performed frequently because it has a great influence on the water supply destination, and in many cases such a method cannot be adopted.
Further, the water stop device is convenient to house a perforation device, an attachment device, a branch pipe attached to the branch port, etc. inside, shut off the inside and outside in a watertight manner, and work within the water stop device. . However, this type of water stop device has a larger diameter than that of the branch pipe, and is large. The use of a large-scale device is not preferable because the operation of attaching the water faucet device performed in a narrow space such as a pit becomes more complicated.

Furthermore, if the water faucet device of patent document 1 is used, the flange supporting the branch pipe cannot be attached to the fluid main pipe unless the water stop device attached to the fluid main pipe is removed. A method involving attachment / detachment of the water stop device during the attachment operation is not preferable because the operation is complicated.

On the other hand, in the water faucet device shown in FIG. 6 of Patent Document 2, the water passage to the branch pipe is fixed only by the rubber ring and the cylindrical member fitted to the branch port of the fluid main pipe. It may not be possible to cope with a significant ground change.

In this respect, the water faucet device shown in FIG. 1 of Patent Document 2 is an improvement of the device shown in FIG. 6 of Patent Document 2 and is provided with a branch pipe and a fluid main pipe via a flange that covers the fluid main pipe. And are reinforced. However, since the collar part must be attached after removing the water stop device, the work is still complicated.

Then, this invention makes it a subject to simplify the attachment operation | work of a water faucet device.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides the water faucet device in which the water passage to the branch pipe is constituted by the rubber ring inserted into the branch port of the fluid main pipe and the cylindrical member. And the branch pipe are formed separately, and the branch pipe is fixed to the fluid main pipe through the flange, and a water passage is formed in the branch pipe by the rubber ring and the cylindrical member.
In this way, the operation of forming the water flow path in the branch pipe fixed to the fluid main pipe can be performed, so that the water can be easily stopped during the work. Since it is easy to stop the water, it is easy to attach the water faucet device.

In the present invention, the cylindrical member and the branch pipe are formed separately, and the branch pipe is fixed to the fluid main pipe via the flange, and a water passage is formed in the branch pipe by the rubber ring and the cylindrical member. As a result, the operation of attaching the water faucet device is simple.

As a specific embodiment of the above means, a cylindrical rubber ring is inserted into the branch port from the fluid main pipe to the branch pipe, and a cylindrical member is press-fitted into the inner peripheral portion of the rubber ring. In the water faucet device in which the rubber ring is pressed against the fluid main pipe around the branch port and the inside of the cylindrical member is used as a water passage to the branch pipe, the following configuration is adopted.
That is, the cylindrical member is formed separately inside the branch pipe, and one end opening of the branch pipe is applied to the outer peripheral portion of the branch port, and the branch pipe is connected to the outer peripheral surface of the fluid main pipe. A flange portion is provided, the branch pipe is fixed to the fluid main pipe through the flange portion, and the rubber ring is brought into pressure contact with the inner peripheral portion of the branch pipe by press-fitting the cylindrical member.

In this way, since the outer peripheral portion of the branch port is stopped by the branch pipe and the flange portion, it is not necessary to provide a separate water stop device when the branch pipe is attached. For this reason, it is not necessary to attach and detach the water stop device, and the installation work of the water faucet device is simple. In addition, the branch pipe is attached to the fluid main pipe via the collar, and the water faucet device is firmly fixed to the fluid main pipe, and the branch port and the inner side of the branch pipe can be stopped and protected by a rubber ring. .

Further, in the above configuration, if the collar portion and the branch pipe are integrally formed, the number of parts of the water faucet device can be reduced, so that the operation of attaching the water faucet device is further simplified.

Further, in the above configuration, a fitting portion is provided at the front end of the rubber ring in the tube axial direction, a flange portion protruding annularly outward is provided at the rear end, and a flange portion is provided at the rear end in the tube axial direction of the tubular member. And after inserting the front end of the rubber ring into the branch port, the flange part is pressed against the end surface of the flange part by press-fitting the front end of the cylindrical member from the rear end of the rubber ring. The fitting portion is brought into contact with the inner periphery of the fluid main pipe by press-contacting a locking step provided on the inner peripheral portion of the branch pipe and deforming the distal end portion of the cylindrical member toward the outside in the press-contact state. It is possible to adopt a configuration in which the surface is pressed.

In this way, the flange portion of the rubber ring is locked to the locking step portion of the branch pipe, whereby the flange portion increases the degree of adhesion to the outer peripheral surface of the fluid main pipe. For this reason, the collar part is more firmly supported by the fluid main pipe, and the water faucet device can be firmly fixed to the fluid main pipe.

Furthermore, in the above configuration, the branch pipe is provided with a hole that penetrates the inside and outside of the pipe and faces the rubber ring, and a rubber ring detection device is inserted into the hole, and the rubber ring is inserted into the hole by press-fitting the cylindrical member. A configuration in which the rubber ring detection device detects the expansion of the rubber ring when the inside expands outward can be adopted. This is convenient because the mounting state of the rubber ring can be grasped from outside the pipe.

One embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. In the water faucet device of this embodiment, the water faucet used for forming the branch port 2 at a predetermined position of the fluid main pipe 1 by a perforator and installing the branch pipe 5 through the branch port 2. Device 20.

The structure will be described below in accordance with the procedure for attaching the water faucet device 20. First, the branch pipe 5 is installed in the fluid main pipe 1 shown in FIG. The branch pipe 5 has a flange 3 at the lower end thereof, and the flange 3 is applied along the outer peripheral surface 1 a of the fluid main pipe 1 to be brought into close contact therewith. The flange 3 and the branch pipe 5 are integrally formed. Similarly, the flanges 4 and 4 along the outer peripheral surface 1a are applied below the fluid main pipe 1 so that the flanges 3 and 4 surround the entire circumference of the fluid main pipe 1 in a cylindrical shape. It has become. In this state, the flanges 3a and 4a and the flanges 4b and 4b are tightened with bolts 7 and nuts 6 to fix the flange 3 and the branch pipe 5 on the fluid main pipe 1, respectively.

The branch pipe 5 has an upper end opened, and the upper end opening is provided with a flange portion 5a for connecting another pipe, a drilling machine, or the like. Moreover, the valve apparatus 21 which opens and closes the flow path in the branch pipe 5 is provided in the middle of the pipe axis direction. The valve device 21 rotates the shaft 23 by rotating the operation unit 24, and the valve body 22 advances and retreats in the branch pipe 5 in the horizontal direction by the rotation to contact and separate from the valve seat 26. The operation unit 24 is protected by a cover 25.

In the state shown in FIG. 2, a drilling machine (not shown) is attached to the upper part of the branch pipe 5, and the branch port 2 is formed by drilling. At this time, the inner peripheral surface of the branch port 2 is flush with the inner peripheral surface 8 at the lower end of the branch pipe 5 (see FIG. 3).

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 4, a water faucet attachment device 40 is attached above the branch pipe 5. The water faucet attachment device 40 includes an outer shaft 43 and an inner shaft 44 that enter the branch pipe 5 and advance and retreat in the vertical direction. The rubber ring 10 and the cylindrical member 15 are attached to the lower end of the outer shaft 43. ing.

Next, the valve device 21 is opened, and the cylindrical rubber ring 10 is inserted into the branch port 2 as shown in FIG. The rubber ring 10 is provided with a fitting portion 11 and a flange portion 12 that project annularly outwardly at the front end and the rear end in the cylinder axis direction. In the insertion into the branch port 2, the outer shaft 43 pushes down the rubber ring 10 via the cylindrical member 15, and the tip of the rubber ring 10 is inserted into the branch port 2.
Then, the cylindrical member 15 is press-fitted from the rear end of the rubber ring 10 into the inner peripheral portion of the inserted rubber ring 10. The cylindrical member 15 is provided with a flange portion 17 at the rear end in the cylinder axis direction, and the tip forms a cylindrical tip portion 16. Similarly, the outer shaft 43 pushes down the flange portion 17 of the cylindrical member 15 and presses the front end portion 16 from the rear end of the rubber ring 10.

By this press-fitting, the flange portion 17 of the cylindrical member 15 comes into pressure contact with the end surface 12a of the flange portion 12 (see FIG. 6), and the flange portion 12 is a latch provided on the inner peripheral portion of the branch pipe 5. Press contact with the stepped portion 18.

The flange portion 12 and the flange portion 17 protrude further outward in the radial direction than the inner diameter of the inner peripheral surface 8 of the lower end portion of the branch pipe 5, and both can be locked to the locking step portion 18. It has become a quantity. Further, the outer peripheral surface 12 c of the flange portion 12 and the outer edge of the flange portion 17 have a smaller diameter than the inner peripheral surface 19 of the branch pipe 5 above the locking step portion 18.

Next, in the pressure contact state, the inner shaft 44 is lowered, and the arc-shaped portion 42 of the hook 41 provided at the lower end portion of the inner shaft 44 pushes the distal end portion 16 of the cylindrical member 15 in an arc shape outward. It is deformed so as to spread (see the chain line portion in FIG. 6). By deforming the distal end portion 16 of the tubular member 15 toward the outside, the fitting portion 11 is pressed against the inner peripheral surface 1 b of the fluid main pipe 1. This deformation is performed over the entire circumference of the cylindrical member 15 by rotating the inner shaft 44 around the axis.

Due to the deformation of the distal end portion 16 of the cylindrical member 15, the rubber ring 10 comes into stronger pressure contact with the fluid main pipe 1 around the branch port 2, and is directed to the end surface 12 a of the flange portion 12 of the flange portion 17. The degree of pressure contact is further increased. In this way, the cylindrical member 15 is fixed to the fluid main pipe 1, and the inside of the cylindrical member 15 becomes a water passage w from the fluid main pipe 1 to the branch pipe 5.

At this time, the rubber ring 10 is pressed against the inner periphery of the fluid main pipe 1 and the branch pipe 5 around the branch port 2, so that the inner periphery of the branch pipe 5 is connected to the fluid main pipe 1 by the elastic force of the rubber ring 10. Since the branch pipe 5 is supported by the fluid main pipe 1 with an elastic force, the load of the force applied to the collar part 3 can be reduced, and the member of the collar part 3 can be reduced.
Further, since the outer periphery of the branch pipe 5 is supported by the fluid main pipe 1 through the flange 3, the branch pipe is supported by the fluid main pipe 1 inside and outside thereof, and the water faucet device 20 is firmly connected to the fluid main pipe 1. It becomes possible to fix to.

Further, the branch pipe 5 is provided with a hole 31 that penetrates the inside and outside of the pipe and faces the rubber ring 10, and a rubber ring detection device 30 is inserted into the hole 31. When the flange portion 12 of the rubber ring 10 bulges outward in the hole 31 due to the press-fitting of the tubular member 15, the outer periphery of the detection shaft 32 biased inward by a spring 33 as shown in FIG. Extrude outwards with face 12c. By this extrusion, the tip 32a of the detection shaft 32 protrudes outward, and the mounting of the rubber ring 10 can be visually confirmed. A plurality of the rubber ring detection devices 30 may be provided in the circumferential direction of the branch pipe 5. If a plurality of rubber rings 10 are provided, the accuracy of detection of bonding failure of the rubber wheel 10 is further increased.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the branch pipe 5 is provided with a valve device 21. Therefore, when the shaft 23 is rotated by rotating the operation portion 24, the valve element 22 contacts the valve seat 26. The branch pipe 5 can be opened and closed. For this reason, it is easy to stop the water when the drilling machine is retracted upward after drilling the branch port 2 or until the water faucet mounting device 40 is lowered toward the branch port 2 after the drilling machine is retracted. It is.

In this embodiment, the branch pipe 5 and the flange portion 3 are integrally formed. However, the branch pipe 5 and the flange portion 3 are formed separately and are connected by a well-known connecting means such as a bolt. Also good.
Further, with respect to the aspect of the rubber ring 10 and the cylindrical member 15, the rubber ring 10 is respectively inserted into the fluid main pipe 1 around the branch port 2 and the inner peripheral portion of the branch pipe 5 by the press-fitting of the cylindrical member 15. What is necessary is just to press-contact any part. Therefore, the fitting portion 11 and the flange portion 12 of the rubber ring 10 and the flange portion 17 of the cylindrical member 15 may be omitted as necessary.
