Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sheet bundle packaging structure and a sheet bundle packaging method, and in particular, when a sheet bundle is packed using a shrinkable film, the sheet bundle packaging structure capable of preventing deformation of the sheet bundle due to the shrinkage force of the shrinkable film. And a packing method.
When handling lithographic printing plates, the number of lithographic printing plates is reduced to reduce the number of times they are handled and transported and stored at low cost, and to prevent deformation and damage of the lithographic printing plate during transportation and storage. A lithographic printing plate bundle is formed by stacking in the thickness direction, and the lithographic printing plate bundle is packed with a light-shielding packing material such as aluminum kraft paper as needed, and then loaded on a loading member such as a pallet. It has been done in general.
As an example of such a packing structure, there is a packing structure described in
The packing structure includes a lithographic printing plate bundle over the back plate of the stacking member, an end plate applied to the surface side of the lithographic printing plate bundle, and a suitable fastening means such as a bolt. It is to conclude with.
However, in order to prevent deformation of the corners and sides of the lithographic printing plate due to impact during transportation and storage, the end plate was larger in size than the lithographic printing plate. Handling was inconvenient.
However, simply packing a lithographic printing plate placed on a skid with a shrinkable film such as a stretch film adds stress from the stretch film to the corners of the uppermost bundle constituting the lithographic printing plate bundle. There is a possibility that deformation occurs in the lithographic printing plate constituting the bundle.
If square packing is applied to both side edges of the front side of the lithographic printing plate bundle placed on the skid and packed with stretch film, the problem that the lithographic printing plate deforms due to stress from the stretch film is solved, This time, the force for fixing the central portion of the lithographic printing plate bundle is insufficient, and a gap is generated in the central portion.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problem, and not only can the deformation be suppressed at both ends and the center of a sheet bundle such as a lithographic printing plate bundle, but also the sheet bundle can be sufficiently removed at the center. It is an object of the present invention to provide a sheet bundle packaging structure and a sheet bundle packaging method that can be fixed with a sufficient fixing force and that do not cause a gap.
The invention according to
In the sheet bundle packaging structure, the foam member has substantially the same width as the sheet bundle. Therefore, the front surface of the sheet bundle is pressed evenly by the foamed member at both the center and both side edges. Further, the foam member is formed so that the central portion is thick and thin toward both ends.
Accordingly, since the shrinkage force of the stretchable film is equally applied to both the front center portion and both end portions of the sheet bundle through the foamed member, stress is applied to both end portions of the sheet bundle by the shrinkage force of the stretchable film. Therefore, deformation of the sheet is suppressed. Further, since the sheet bundle is fixed with a sufficient force even in the central portion, no gap is generated between the sheet bundle and the stretchable film.
The invention according to
In the sheet bundle packaging structure, since a foam member having a width of 80 to 120% of the width of the sheet bundle is used, the center and both side edges of the front surface of the sheet bundle are under substantially equal pressure. Pressed.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the sheet bundle packaging structure according to the first or second aspect, the front surface of the sheet bundle and the front surface are continuous between the sheet bundle and the foamed member, but are adjacent to each other. The present invention relates to a structure in which a square contact member that covers a pair of side surfaces that are not disposed is provided.
In the sheet bundle packaging structure, since the front part of the sheet bundle is protected at the center part and both side edges by the square contact member, even when the width of the foamed member is smaller than the width of the sheet bundle, it is stretchable. It is possible to prevent stress from being applied to both ends of the sheet bundle due to the contraction force of the film.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the sheet bundle packaging structure according to any one of the first to third aspects, the square contact member covers the front surface of the sheet bundle and one of the two side surfaces. The present invention relates to a structure that includes a first square plate and a second square plate that overlaps the first square plate in front of the sheet bundle and covers the other of the two side surfaces.
In the sheet bundle packaging structure, since the square contact member can be divided into two parts, a first square contact plate and a second square contact plate, the configuration and disassembly of the sheet bundle packaging structure is easy.
Invention of Claim 5 is the sheet | seat bundle packing structure as described in any one of Claims 1-3, The said square contact member covers the front surface of the said sheet bundle, and the said front cover part And a pair of side surface covering portions that cover the two side surfaces.
In the sheet bundle packaging structure, the square contact member has a front cover portion and a pair of side surface cover portions integrated with each other, so that the shrinkage force of the shrinkable sheet can be equally applied to the sheet bundle.
The invention according to
In the sheet bundle packaging structure, since the stretch film is used as the stretchable film, these can be integrally fixed by winding the stretch film around the stacking base, the sheet bundle, and the foam member. . Accordingly, it is not necessary to heat the stretchable film to integrally fix the stacking base, the sheet bundle, and the foamed member, so that the equipment for packing the sheet bundle is simplified. Further, it is also suitable for packing a sheet-like material that is easily altered by heat, such as a heat-sensitive lithographic printing plate.
The invention according to claim 7 relates to the sheet bundle packaging structure according to any one of
The heat-shrinkable film shrinks with a strong shrinkage force when heated to a predetermined temperature, so that the sheet bundle and the foamed member can be more firmly fixed to the loading table.
The invention according to
The invention is an example in which the sheet bundle packaging structure of the present invention is applied to packaging of a planographic printing plate.
The invention according to claim 9 is a step of placing a sheet bundle formed by stacking sheet-like materials in the thickness direction on a stacking table, and a surface of a sheet constituting the sheet bundle, the sheet stack being applied to the stacking table. The front surface located on the opposite side to the side in contact with the front surface is formed into a flat surface having substantially the same width as the sheet bundle, the center portion is thick, and both side edges A step of placing a foam member formed so as to be thin toward the surface, and a step of winding and fixing the sheet bundle, the foam member and the placement table together with an elastic film. The present invention relates to a sheet bundle packaging method.
In the sheet bundle packaging method, since the mounting table, the sheet bundle, and the foam member are wound together with an elastic sheet and fixed integrally, the contraction force from the elastic sheet is applied to the sheet bundle. It is spread evenly over the entire front.
Therefore, stress is prevented from being applied to both ends of the sheet bundle due to the shrinkage force of the stretchable film, so that deformation of the sheet-like material can be suppressed.
In addition, since the foam member is formed so that the central portion is thick and the thickness is reduced toward both side edge portions, the sheet bundle is fixed with sufficient force even in the central portion, and the sheet bundle and the stretchability There is no gap between the film.
As described above, according to the present invention, not only the deformation of both ends and the central portion of the sheet bundle is suppressed, but also the sheet bundle can be fixed with a sufficient fixing force at the central portion, and a gap is generated. No sheet bundle packing structure and sheet bundle packing method are provided.
A packing structure which is an example of a sheet bundle packing structure according to the present invention will be described below.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the stacking table 2 is formed in a chair shape as a whole, a

The

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the

As a form of the

The

Next, the
When the
In order to constrain the lithographic
In the
Therefore, it is suitably used for packing and transporting a lithographic printing plate having a plate-making surface that is easily damaged, such as a laser printing plate, in units of about 200 to 2000 sheets.
Further, since the planographic

Another example of the packing structure included in the sheet bundle packing structure according to the present invention will be described below.
As shown in FIGS. 6 to 9, the packing
A
The
The
In the
Therefore, stress is prevented from being applied to both end portions of the lithographic
