Description

The present invention relates to a magnifying glass (magnifying glass) fixed around the head, and more particularly, to a magnifying lens mounting mechanism.

In a state involving manual work such as reading or medical work, a head-fixed loupe is used as necessary. The head-fixed loupe includes a magnifying lens, an annular support is mounted around the user's head, and the magnifying lens is attached to a position in front of the eye. As a magnifying lens, there is a type in which a pair of magnifying lenses is provided for each of the left and right eyes, but an integrally molded goggles-type magnifying lens is known for the purpose of enlarging the entire field of view or preventing foreign matter from entering. (See Patent Document 1). Moreover, in order to adjust the distance between the eye and the magnifying lens according to the object to be visually recognized, there is known a loupe in which the magnifying lens is attached to a support tube that can be expanded and contracted in the line of sight (Patent Document 2). By expanding and contracting the support tube according to the object, the position of the magnifying lens can be adjusted according to the observation object.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-104553 Registered Utility Model No. 3083485

When a magnifying lens corresponding to both eyes is supported by a single elastic support member, it is necessary to support a magnifying lens having a width corresponding to the distance between both eyes near the upper center thereof. Problems arise. In other words, it is difficult to maintain the position of the magnifying lens firmly along the frontal plane (in the direction perpendicular to the line of sight) due to the amount of force applied by the user moving the magnifying lens. Will be slightly tilted and displaced. If the magnifying lens does not face correctly in front, the left and right fields of view do not match and it is difficult to see, but it takes time to turn it to the front. If it takes time to accurately adjust the position of the magnifying lens, it affects the progress of surgery and the like.

The magnifying glass of the present invention includes a magnifying lens corresponding to both eyes. For example, a magnifying lens having a size corresponding to the distance between both eyes and integrally formed is provided. That is, instead of providing a pair of magnifying lenses for each of the left and right eyes, one magnifying lens is formed to face both eyes. A head mounting member that is mounted around the forehead of the head is provided to support the magnifying lens. Since the magnifying glass of the present invention supports the magnifying lens at two points, the pair of supporting members extending parallel to each other along the line-of-sight direction from the forehead position of the head mounting member, and the pair of supporting members are attached to the magnifying lens. And a pair of holding members engaged with corresponding support members. The pair of holding members need only be parallel to each other so that the pair of supporting members and the pair of holding members can be fitted to each other. For example, the pair of support members may be tubular members, and the pair of holding members may be configured to be inserted into the support member, or vice versa. Here, it does not need to be configured to fit snugly, and may have some gaps. The magnifying glass includes lens position adjusting means for locking the pair of holding members so that relative movement (relative to the pair of support members) is possible along the line-of-sight direction in order to adjust the position of the magnifying lens. . Although various configurations can be applied as the means for movably locking, the holding member may be moved and locked using an elastic member, or configured by tightening a screw. May be.

Since the magnifying glass of the present invention is fixed at three points with respect to fixing of the magnifying lens, the lens side end of one holding member of the pair of holding members and a predetermined portion excluding the lens side end of the other holding member; A connecting member for connecting the two. However, the lens side end of one holding member here means a coupling portion between the magnifying lens and one holding member, and the lens side end of the other holding member is the magnifying lens and the other holding member. It means the joint part. When the connecting structure between the members is conceptually regarded as a framework structure, the node between the connecting member and one holding member coincides with the node between the one holding member and the magnifying lens, and the magnifying lens and one of the holding members The node between the holding member, the node between the other holding member and the magnifying lens, the node between the connecting member and one holding member, and the node between the connecting member and the other holding member are rigidly connected. That is, the sandwiching angle between the members is connected so as not to change. Since the magnifying lens is integrally formed, when a force for position adjustment is applied to a part of the magnifying lens, the pair of holding members move in conjunction therewith. Even when adjusting the position of the magnifying lens by fixing it to the magnifying lens at three points, the pair of holding members move by the same distance along the two axes, and the magnifying lens wobbles and tilts with respect to the viewing direction. No displacement. When the user adjusts the position of the magnifying lens with the edge of the magnifying lens with one hand, the movement of the pair of holding members does not shift even if the holding position is not near the center position of the magnifying lens.

The connecting member between the connecting member and the other holding member may be other than the lens side end, but in order to connect the members with the above-mentioned node as the apex of the triangle, it is preferable that the connecting member is connected to the connecting member at the forehead end. .

In the case of medical work or the like, the magnifying lens cannot be held with both hands for hygiene reasons, so the position of the magnifying lens must be adjusted by holding the holding member or the like with one hand. In order to enable stable movement of the magnifying lens even in such a situation, an operation member that relatively moves the pair of holding members is preferably provided on a node between the magnifying lens and one holding member. Since the force acts so that the other holding member pushes the holding member in the line-of-sight direction via the connecting member, the pair of holding members move more stably in conjunction with each other.

Regarding the adjustment of the lens position, since the connecting member and the other holding member are coupled, a slit is formed in the longitudinal direction (line-of-sight direction) of the other supporting member, and the connecting member and the other holding member are connected. The part should protrude from the slit. Thereby, the relative movement distance of a pair of holding member can be lengthened. The lens position adjusting means includes an abutting portion formed continuously with the edge of the slit, an engaging portion formed on the connecting portion, and an engaging portion attached to the connecting portion to bias the engaging portion toward the slit. And an elastic member. Alternatively, the lens position adjusting means may be provided with a protrusion extending from the connecting portion along the side surface of the other holding member, a screw inserted into a hole formed in the protrusion, and a fastening means for tightening the screw. .

In order to allow the pair of holding members to move stably in one direction without being inclined with respect to the moving direction, the pair of holding members is configured as a hollow tubular member, and the pair of supporting members are used as the pair of holding members. It is good to insert. A reaction against the tilting moment force is increased, and the pair of holding members are reliably moved along the moving direction. For further stabilization, the diameter of the pair of holding members is preferably larger at the lens side end than at the forehead end.

Thus, according to the present invention, it is possible to appropriately adjust the position of the magnifying lens without taking time to correct the lens tilt.

Below, the loupe which is embodiment of this invention is demonstrated with reference to drawings.

FIG. 1 is a plan view of a head-fixed loupe as viewed from above. FIG. 2 is a plan view of the loupe seen from the side.

The head-fixed loupe is composed of a magnifying lens 10 and a lens fixing mechanism 20 including a headband 30, and is attached to the head when reading, medical work, and the like. The headband 30 is a belt-like and elastic plastic band, and a rigid annular member 32 is attached around the headband 30. A support plate 34 for fixing the magnifying lens 10 is formed on a part of the annular member 32, and the annular member 32 is attached to the head so that the support plate 34 is disposed in the vicinity of the user's forehead. . The lens fixing mechanism 20 is fixed to the head by a belt mechanism (not shown) provided on the rear head side of the annular member 32.

The support plate 34 is parallel to the frontal plane, that is, the direction M substantially perpendicular to the line-of-sight direction L, and has a length that is about the width of both eyes. First and second support members 12A and 12B are fixed to both ends of the support plate 34, and the first and second support members 12A and 12B are parallel to each other along the line-of-sight direction L where the object is present. It extends while maintaining. The support members 12A and 12B are hollow cylindrical members, and each has an internal space.

The magnifying lens 10 is integrally formed so as to cover the distance between both eyes, and the observation object is visually recognized by one lens. The first and second holding members 14A and 14B having the same length are rod-shaped members that hold the magnifying lens 10, and are fitted into the support members 12A and 12B from the end portion (the forehead side end portion) close to the forehead. . On the other hand, the lens side end portions of the first and second holding members 14A and 14B are integrally coupled to the coupling members 22A and 22B, and the coupling members 22A and 22B are fixed to the upper end portions on both sides of the magnifying lens 10. Yes. Thereby, the magnifying lens 10 is positioned along the direction substantially directly below the lens side end portions of the first and second holding members 14A and 14B. The coupling members 22A and 22B are mounted on the same line along a direction M along a plane passing through the holding members 14A and 14B (support members 12A and 12B) on a plane perpendicular to the line-of-sight direction L. Since the holding members 14A and 14B have the same length, the magnifying lens 10 is positioned along a plane perpendicular to the line-of-sight direction L. The coupling member 22A extends above the head so that an observer, an operator, or the like can operate (so that it can be picked).

A slit 23 is formed along the longitudinal direction on the upper side (head side) of the support member 12 </ b> B, and a coupling member 22 </ b> C integrally attached to the forehead side end portion of the holding member 14 </ b> B protrudes from the slit 23. The rod-shaped coupling member 16 is coupled to the coupling member 22A and the coupling member 22C, and the lens side end portion of the holding member 14A is coupled to the forehead side end portion of the holding member 14B via the coupling member 16. The configuration of the coupling member 22C and the slit 23 is schematically shown here.

Here, when the lens fixing mechanism 20 of the magnifying lens 10 is regarded as a skeleton structure and the connection points between the members are conceptually represented as joints, the node J1 between the connection member 16 and the holding member 14A is the magnifying lens. 10 and the node of the holding member 14A. In other words, the connecting member 22A is attached so that the nodes coincide. Then, a node J1 between the lens side end of the holding member 14A and the magnifying lens 10, a contact J2 between the lens side end of the holding member 14B and the magnifying lens 10, and a forehead end of the holding member 14B and the connecting member 16 At node J3, there is no freedom of rotation and the sandwich angle is unchanged. That is, the members are connected so that these nodes are rigid joints, and the magnifying lens 10 is supported by fixing three points.

FIG. 3 is a diagram schematically showing the position adjustment mechanism of the support member 12B. Here, only the coupling member 22C and the support member 12B are shown.

A V-shaped groove GR is repeatedly formed on both sides of the slit 23 along the longitudinal direction of the support member 12B, and an engagement portion 27 having an inverted triangular cross section is formed at the center of the coupling member 22C. Yes. The width of the engaging portion 27 along the direction perpendicular to the slit is larger than the slit width, and the engaging portion 27 is supported by the groove GR. Further, the engaging portion 27 is formed in a tapered shape so as to be fitted and locked in the groove GR. A spring 25 is attached to the upper side of the engaging portion 27, one end of the spring 25 is attached to the coupling member 22, and the other end is in contact with the engaging portion 27 and biases the engaging portion 27. To do. Although not shown here, the coupling member 22C extends in a cylindrical shape from the engaging portion 27 and is connected and fixed to the forehead side end portion of the holding member 14B, and the connection member 16 is connected and fixed to the upper end portion of the coupling member 22C. Yes.

While the coupling member 22C is engaged with the holding member 14B by fitting the engaging portion 27 in the groove GR, the position of the magnifying lens 10 along the line-of-sight direction L is constant, and the magnifying lens 10 does not change its position. . On the other hand, since the size and position of the virtual image change according to the distance from the observation object to the magnifying lens 10, the position of the magnifying lens 10, that is, the distance from both eyes to the magnifying lens 10 is set so that the object is easily visible. When adjusting, when an observer or the like grasps the coupling member 22A and moves the holding member 14A along the line-of-sight direction L, the force for moving the coupling member 22C, that is, the second holding member 14B in the line-of-sight direction L is connected to the coupling member. 16 acts through. By this force, the engaging portion 27 gets over the groove GR while compressing the spring 25 and fits into the adjacent groove GR. As a result, the holding member 14B moves in the line-of-sight direction L by the pitch of the groove. Since the magnifying lens 10 is fixed at three points, the magnifying lens 10 moves while maintaining a state parallel to the direction M of the full face.

Thus, according to the present embodiment, the first and second holding members 14A and 14B are fitted and inserted into the first and second support members 12A and 12B, and support the magnifying lens 10 at two points. The second holding members 14 </ b> A and 14 </ b> B are attached to the magnifying lens 10. Then, the connecting member 16 is coupled to the lens side end of the first holding member 14 </ b> A and the forehead end of the second holding member 14 </ b> B, and the magnifying lens 10 is fixed at three points by the connecting member 16.

The first and second support members 12A and 12B are not limited to a cylindrical shape, and may form a rectangular internal space. The shapes of the first and second holding members 14A and 14B are determined according to the shape of the internal space. Moreover, you may change the coupling | bond part of 1st, 2nd holding member 14A, 14B and a magnifying lens to the position of the forehead side from the lens side edge part of 1st, 2nd holding member 14A, 14B. Further, instead of the coupling member 22A functioning as an operation knob, the coupling member 22B may be configured as a knob.

The loupe which is 2nd Embodiment is demonstrated using FIG. In the second embodiment, the holding member 14B is screwed. About another structure, it is the same as 1st Embodiment.

FIG. 4 is a view showing a part of the second support member. A slit 23 'having no groove is formed on the support member 12B'. A substantially inverted L-shaped projection 29 is attached to the upper part of the coupling member 22C 'when viewed from the line-of-sight direction L, and the tip of the projection 29 extends along the side surface of the support member 12B'. A screw hole 29H is formed in the protrusion 29, and a screw 28 is inserted into the screw hole 29H. A washer 31 is integrally attached to the screw 28, and when the washer 31 is tightened, the end of the screw 28 comes into contact with the side surface of the support member 12B '. Therefore, the position of the magnifying lens 10 is determined by tightening the screw 28 after the position of the magnifying lens 10 is determined.

The third embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. In the third embodiment, the support member is configured to be fitted into the holding member. About another structure, it is the same as 1st Embodiment.

FIG. 5 is a schematic plan view of the lens mounting mechanism as seen from above. FIG. 6 is a view showing the inclination of the holding member. In FIG. 5, components other than the holding member and the support member are omitted.

As shown in FIG. 5, the outer diameters of the holding members 14A ′ and 14B ′ are larger than the outer diameters of the supporting members 12A ′ and 12B ′, and the supporting members 12A ′ and 12B ′ are fitted into the holding members 14A ′ and 14B ′. It is inserted. When the end surfaces of the holding members 14A ′ and 14B ′ and the lens are arranged as shown in the figure, the holding members 14A ′ and 14B ′ may be slightly inclined along the line-of-sight direction L (lens optical axis). As shown in FIG. 6, the smaller the diameter, the larger the tilt displacement with respect to the central axis C. For example, if the diameter of the holding member 14B ′ is r 1 , the inclination angle is θ 1 , and the displacement amount at that time is ΔL, the diameter of the holding member 14A ′ is r 2 smaller than r 1 and the displacement amount ΔL. The corresponding tilt angle is at θ ′ 1 and is greater than θ 1 . Therefore, when the diameter of the holding member becomes larger, the magnifying lens can maintain a state parallel to the frontal plane. That is, the position of the magnifying lens is further stabilized by making the diameter of the coupling portion of the magnifying lens relatively larger than the diameter of the forehead end.
