Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument capable of uniformly drying an inner part of a folded hood well because it does not get dry easily when drying clothes with the hood only on a conventional hanger. <P>SOLUTION: An S-shape hook is hooked to a clothes pole, and two chains with different length are connected by a snap.
