【発明を解決しょうとする課題】
１、 物干し竿を下からはさみ込む、ハンガーや物干し器は、構造的に複雑に出来ていて、物干し器は、はさみ込む部分が破損したりして、耐久性に欠けている為、コスト高になっています。
２、 物干し竿をはさんで、下部の穴にハンガーを引掛ける物は、洗濯物が重いと、はさんでいる所が開いて、位置がズレたり破損したりします。又、洗濯物の取付け取り外しが不便です。
３、 物干し竿をはさんだ部分の穴に、ハンガーの引掛け部を通す物は、洗濯物の取付け取り外しが、大変やりにくく手間がかかり不便です。

【課題を解決するために手段】
この発明の構成を説明すると、
ハンガーストッパー（Ａ）を持ち、物干し竿（Ｃ）の上から押し込むと、ハンガーストッパー（Ａ）が固定されて、ハンガー引掛け部（Ｄ）からハンガー（Ｂ）を物干し竿（Ｃ）に引掛ける事が出来る様にセットする。

【発明の実施の形態】

１、 ハンガーストッパー（Ａ）を持って、物干し竿（Ｃ）の上からはめ込むと、ハンガーストッパー（Ａ）のＲ形状部（Ｅ）のバネ効果により、物干し竿（Ｃ）に固定される。
２、 物干し竿（Ｃ）に取付けられた、ハンガーストッパー（Ａ）のハンガー引掛け部（Ｄ）からハンガー（Ｂ）を物干し竿（Ｃ）に引掛けると、風の日にハンガー引掛け部（Ｄ）の内側で止まり、その後洗濯物が、ズレたり飛ばされたりする事はない。
３、 ハンガーストッパー（Ａ）の下部を持ち上げると、Ｒ形状部（Ｅ）のバネ効果により物干し竿（Ｃ）から外れる。
