Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fold a sheet of paper into three equal parts with a neat folding line by using a three-fold ruler. <P>SOLUTION: When a sheet of paper with a size of A3, A4, B4 or B5 is folded into three parts, a ruler making folds is used. It is possible thereby for anyone to simply fold the sheet into three by inserting and folding the paper. Description

The present invention relates to simple folding of letters and documents.

Traditionally, letters and documents are usually folded in four, and it is not possible to cleanly fold in three.

Because it folds the letter and documents in three folds, the folds do not match easily, unlike the four folds.

An object of the present invention is to solve such a conventional problem, and it is an object of the present invention to be able to divide the crease into three equal parts when tri-folded.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention simply inserts and folds sheets of A3, A4, B4, and B5 sizes into a ruler as shown in FIG.

By using the tri-fold ruler of the present invention, it is possible to easily tri-fold A3, A4, B4, and B5 size paper.

One embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIG.
Ruler (1) is made of recycled polypropylene and can be colored. It has a size of approximately three-fold width of A3 and A4. Ruler {circle around (2)} has a substantially tri-fold width of B4 and B5 as in 1. The corners of rulers 1 and 2 are aligned and two sides are welded (3). Since the paper size direction {circle over (5)} is printed on each of the rulers 1 and 2, it is only necessary to select and insert the paper size to be folded in three.

Four types of sizes can be folded in three by welding two sides of a ruler of almost tri-fold size on B4 and B5 paper and a ruler of almost tri-fold size on A3 and A4 paper and superposing them into one.
