Description

The present invention relates to gloves suitable for various working gloves or sports gloves in fisheries, agriculture, food industry, medical care, high-tech industry, etc., and more specifically, a hand made by sewing a textile fabric. The present invention relates to a glove having a rubber or resin coating material on its surface and a method for manufacturing the glove.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, work gloves are widely known in which a rubber or resin coating material is applied to the surface of a glove hand that has been sewn with a knitted fabric made of fiber to provide waterproofness and reinforcement (for example, patents) Reference 1).
This hand is made by manufacturing two substantially identically shaped fiber fabrics on the back side and palm side using the same fabric and sewing them together. In conventional gloves, when worn on the hand, the sewing line of the fiber fabric is located approximately halfway between the back of the hand and the palm, especially at the fingertips, the abdomen and tip of the fingertips, Since the sewing line is located in the middle part, the problem is that the sewing line becomes an obstacle when gripping fine objects with the fingertips, or the feeling of wearing the fingertips is deteriorated. was there.

Therefore, in order to improve such drawbacks, when manufacturing the hand, the length of the finger is cut longer on the palm side than the back side, and the fiber fabric on the palm side is cut slightly larger than the back side, A technique has been proposed in which these two are sewn together at the periphery (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
However, this method is troublesome to produce and manage the fiber fabrics on the back side and palm side of different sizes, and the sewing work of these two parts is usually different because the length of the peripheral part is greatly different. The sewing machine could not be sewn on the flat surface, and it was extremely difficult and practical.

In addition, the applicant made the fabric material on the back side and palm side with materials that are different from each other, and after sewing them, they were coated with rubber or resin, and the sewing line of the fingertips was changed from the toe to the back side. A method for fixing at a shifted position has been filed earlier (Japanese Patent Application No. 2005-23896). However, in this technique, the upper side and palm side fiber fabrics must be produced using two types of materials that are different in elongation.

Therefore, in view of the above-mentioned situation, the present invention intends to solve the problem that the sewn line does not get in the way of fine work etc., and the workability is excellent. It is in providing a glove that can be produced and a method for manufacturing the glove.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a glove produced by applying a coating material on the surface with a sewing hand attached to a hand mold, and the sewing hand is made of polyurethane elastic fiber. The at least the finger line of the sewing hand that is attached to the hand mold is shifted to the back side of the toe-corresponding position, and the surface of the sewing hand on the hand mold has a rubber or A glove characterized in that a resin coating material was applied and the sewing line was fixed at a position shifted to the upper side.

Here, it is preferable that the fiber fabric includes 1 to 35% by weight of polyurethane elastic fiber.

Further, it is preferable that the fiber fabrics on the palm side and the back side to be sewn are substantially the same shape.

Furthermore, it is preferable that the fiber fabric constituting the sewing hand is a knitted fabric.

The invention of the present application is a method for manufacturing a glove produced by attaching a coating material to a surface in a state in which a sewing hand is mounted on a hand mold, and the sewing hand includes polyurethane elastic fiber. By applying an external force that pulls or pushes from the palm side to the back side of the sewing hand fabric that is made of fiber fabric and is attached to the hand mold, at least the sewing line of the fingertip from the position corresponding to the toe After being moved to a position shifted to the back side, the sewing line is maintained at a position shifted to the back side by the stretch and tightening action of the fabric by the polyurethane elastic fiber, and the sewing hand on the hand mold is maintained. There is also provided a method for producing a glove characterized in that a rubber or resin coating material is applied to a predetermined portion of the surface to fix the sewing line at a position shifted to the upper side.

According to the glove of the present invention and the method for manufacturing the glove as described above, at least the sewing line of the fingertip is fixed at a position shifted to the instep side from the position corresponding to the toe, so that the sewing line is used in the case of a fine work. Therefore, it is possible to obtain a glove that does not get in the way and has excellent workability and a good wearing feeling at the fingertips. This is particularly noticeable in gloves that are made so that the fingers are narrowed and in close contact with the fingers. In addition, since the fiber fabric of substantially the same shape can be used on the upper side and the palm side, it is easy to sew, and since the same material fiber fabric can be used on the upper side and the palm side, Management of the fiber fabric is simple, and it is possible to produce efficiently at low cost.

Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 7 is an explanatory view showing a glove according to the present invention, in which FIGS. 1 to 8 show typical embodiments, in which 1 is a glove, 2 is a sewing hand, and 3 is a coating material. Yes.

The glove 1 of the present invention creates the sewing hand 2 by sewing the textile fabrics 20 and 21 on the upper side and the palm side, and the sewing hand 2 is attached to the hand mold 4 while the sewing hand 2 is attached. It is produced by shifting the sewing line 22 of at least the fingertip in the hand 2 to the back side of the toe-corresponding position 23 and attaching the coating material 3 to the surface of the sewing hand 2 on the hand mold. As shown in FIG. 7, at least the sewing line 22 of the fingertip is fixed at a position shifted to the back side from the position corresponding to the toe as shown in FIG. .

The glove produced in this way has a sewn line at the fingertip that is shifted from the toe toward the back side, so that when the glove is put on the work, the fit is comfortable and the workability is good.

The fiber fabrics 20 and 21 are preferably stretch knitted fabrics, but are not limited thereto. Further, the fiber fabrics 20 and 21 can be used in combination with various conventionally used fibers as long as they include polyurethane elastic fibers. In particular, FTY (filament twisted yarn) produced by using polyurethane elastic fiber as a core yarn and winding the yarn other than the elastic fiber around the core yarn in a state where the core yarn is pulled in the length direction is preferable. Such FTY is low in cost and has good workability because a yarn other than elastic fibers is wound around, and can be easily knitted to form a fabric. As the yarn to be wound around, it can be widely applied as long as it is a yarn other than an elastic fiber, and a yarn that has not been crimped may be used, but nylon or polyester that has been crimped is preferable, and these By using it, a fabric with a wooly texture can be obtained, and the feel becomes soft.

It is also possible to use CSY (core / span / yarn) in which a polyurethane elastic fiber is inserted as a core yarn in a spinning process of cotton, wool or the like. As the surrounding fibers, cotton is preferable from the viewpoint of obtaining a soft tactile sensation and friction with the hand mold 4 described later.

The fiber fabrics 20 and 21 may be knitted using FTY or CSY using the polyurethane elastic fiber as a core yarn alone, or may be knitted together with other types of yarn having no elasticity.

The polyurethane elastic fiber content is, for example, preferably 5 to 35% by weight in FTY and CSY, and 1 to 35% by weight in the total fabric when knitting together with other types of fibers. It is preferable that the content of If the polyurethane elastic fiber is less than 1% by weight in the total fabric, the elasticity of the fabric will be insufficient. On the other hand, when the polyurethane elastic fiber exceeds 35% by weight in the total fabric, problems such as difficulty in weaving the fabric tend to occur.

These fiber fabrics 20 and 21 are cut into the same shape and dimensions, and the two pieces are overlapped and the edges are perforated, and fingers with a small area can be easily sewn. FIG. 2 shows an original sewing hand in which the cloth after sewing is turned upside down.

In the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 7, external force is applied to the sewing hand 2 attached to the hand mold 4, and the sewing line 22 of the fingertip is shifted to the upper side, and the coating material 3 is applied thereto. In order to maintain the sewn line 22 in a shifted position until the coating material 3 is applied, the stretch and tightening action of the fabric by the polyurethane elastic fiber is important. The longitudinal extension along the vertical direction and the lateral clamping force perpendicular thereto are important.

The longitudinal elongation along the length direction of the finger specifically refers to the tensile elongation (elongation between two points on the fabric is approximately 5 mm wide and stretched at 2.5 kg. For example, the original distance Is 200% or more, and is preferably 200% or more.

Further, the lateral tightening force is appropriately set according to the circumference of each finger portion in the hand, the circumference of the hand-shaped finger portion corresponding to these finger portions, and the elastic force of the fabric.

When the conventional elastic fiber is not used, the circumference of the original finger portion is set to about 80% with respect to the circumference of the corresponding hand-shaped finger portion. In the present invention, it is preferably 65% to 75%. %, More preferably about 70%. Thereby, it is possible to exert a sufficient clamping force, that is, a sufficient holding force for the hand mold that maintains the attachment line at a shifted position. The reason why such a small perimeter is possible is that the elastic fiber is used in the present invention, so that the fabric is sufficiently stretched during use and does not cause any trouble.

In order to maintain the sewing line 22 at a shifted position, the friction between the sewing hand 2 and the hand mold 4 is also important. For this reason, the hand mold 4 can be a casting, ceramics, etc., and is not particularly limited. However, a hand that has fine irregularities formed on its surface using ordinary sandpaper, sandblast, etc. 2 is preferable for maintaining a position where the sewn line of the fingertip is shifted to the upper side.

In the present invention, for example, as shown in FIG. 8, the upper side and the palm side can be formed of a single fiber fabric. The illustrated one is a type in which the thumb covering fabric 24 is separately attached and sewn to the fiber fabric 21A on the palm side, and the upper side and the palm side are made into one fiber fabric 21A. A U-shaped cut is provided along the four finger covers other than the thumb and the belly cover 25 of the thumb, and after the piece that is the belly cover 25 is folded back, A thumb sewing cloth 24 covering the back of the thumb prepared separately is sewn along the outer edge to constitute the sewing hand 2A. In addition, a fiber-shaped fabric that has a bag-like thumb cover that covers both the ventral and dorsal sides of the thumb, and is provided with four finger covers other than the thumb and an opening for sewing the thumb. Also, it may be sewn. Further, it is also possible to provide five finger cover parts including a thumb on the upper part side and the palm side on a single fiber fabric without providing such a thumb cover part separately.

The manufacturing procedure of the glove 1 of this embodiment is as follows. First, the same fiber fabrics 20 and 21 including polyurethane elastic fibers as shown in FIG. A hand 2 is prepared.

Next, as shown in FIG. 3, by attaching the sewing hand 2 to the hand mold 4 and applying an external force of pulling or pushing from the palm side to the back side to the cloth of the sewing hand, Even if the sewing line 22 at the fingertip is moved to a position shifted to the back side from the toe-corresponding position 23 and the external force is removed, the stretched line is stretched and tightened by the polyurethane elastic fiber so that the sewing line is It is maintained at the position deviated. That is, the fiber fabric 21 on the palm side stretches well in the longitudinal direction along the length direction of the finger, and the lateral tightening force acts perpendicularly to this, so even if the external force is removed, the fingertip is sewn. The line 22 does not return to the original position, but is maintained at a position shifted to at least the instep side from the toe corresponding position 23.

Then, as shown in FIG. 6, a rubber or resin coating material 3 is applied to a predetermined portion of the surface of the sewing hand 2 attached to the hand mold 4, in this example, substantially the entire palm side and the fingertip portion, and dried and fixed. By doing so, as shown in FIG. 7, the sewing line 22 is fixed at a position shifted to the upper side, and is removed from the hand mold 4 to complete the glove 1 of the present invention. The coating material 3 is not only applied to the surface layer, but also includes being applied to the original fabric in an impregnated state.

For the coating material 3, for example, a wet film-forming urethane resin dissolved in DMF (N, N-dimethylformamide) or a heat-crosslinkable compound of NBR latex can be used. The example shows an example in which the palm 1 side of the glove 1 is substantially the entire surface and the fingertip, but of course, the glove 1 may be attached to the entire surface including the back side or only the finger portion. It may be attached, or only a predetermined fingertip may be attached, or other forms may be adopted.

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and can of course be implemented in various forms without departing from the gist of the present invention.

(Processing method)
Attach the sewing line of the fingertip to at least the tip of the fingertip by applying an external force from the palm side to the back side of the sewing hand. After shifting to the former side of the position, the external force was removed. At this time, the sewing line is maintained at a position shifted to the upper side by the stretch and tightening action of the fabric by the polyurethane elastic fiber.
Next, it is immersed in the urethane solution and pulled up with its hands covered.
Next, it is immersed in warm water of 50 ° C. for 60 minutes, and the solvent DMF of the resin solution is replaced with water.
Then, pull up from the water, dry and remove from the hand mold.

The glove produced in this way has a perforation of the fingertip that is shifted from the toe toward the back side, so that when the glove is put on the work, the fit is comfortable and the workability is good.
