Description

The present invention relates to a disposable sanitary member such as gauze provided with an X-ray contrast yarn and a method for manufacturing the same.

Conventionally, gauze is used as a disposable sanitary material of this type in order to absorb blood and body fluids during surgery. Although this gauze is removed from the body after surgery, it often becomes stained with blood during surgery, making it difficult to distinguish it from organs, etc., so it is possible to terminate the operation by suturing it while remaining in the body There is sex. For this reason, a gauze provided with an X-ray contrast thread is used during surgery. That is, by performing an X-ray after performing an operation using the gauze in which the X-ray contrast yarn is arranged, the X-ray contrast yarn arranged in the gauze can be contrasted in an X-ray photograph. You can check if there is any leftover from the body at the time of surgery.

。   As this type of gauze, one or a plurality of X-ray contrast threads are arranged for one gauze. Specifically, this type of gauze is configured such that an X-ray contrast yarn is woven by weaving with a warp yarn of a gauze body with a woven yarn, and the X-ray contrast yarn is not easily removed from the gauze body. Further, in this gauze, the X-ray contrast yarn is disposed between both ends in the longitudinal direction of the gauze body, and the X-ray contrast yarn has the same length as the warp of the gauze body. A configuration that protrudes outward is known (for example, see Patent Document 1).

Further, this type of gauze is configured so that a plurality of X-ray contrast yarns can be replaced with one warp of the gauze body and plain weave so that the X-ray contrast yarns can be reliably confirmed during X-ray imaging. . Further, in this gauze, the X-ray contrast yarn is disposed between both ends in the longitudinal direction of the gauze body, and the X-ray contrast yarn has the same length as the warp of the gauze body. Projecting outwards. Further, since the X-ray contrast yarn of this gauze is formed to a certain thickness so that it can be easily confirmed at the time of X-ray imaging, a configuration having higher rigidity than the warp and weft of the gauze body is known (for example, (See Patent Document 2).
JP 2002-143212 A JP 2003-325573 A

However, in the above-described gauze, since both ends of the X-ray contrast yarn are the same length as the warp and are located outward from the gauze body, the X-ray contrast yarn may be picked by mistake. There is a possibility that this X-ray contrast thread may be cut off halfway when it is picked and pulled. Furthermore, since this X-ray contrast yarn is formed to have higher rigidity than the warp and weft of the gauze body, the X-ray contrast yarn is in contact with the gauze body at a portion located outside the gauze body of the X-ray contrast yarn. There is a problem that there is a possibility of damaging a contact object such as a body or skin.

This invention is made | formed in view of such a point, and it aims at providing the disposable hygiene member which an X-ray contrast thread cannot pick easily, and cannot damage a to-be-contacted object, and its manufacturing method.

The disposable sanitary member according to claim 1 is a sanitary material in which a plurality of warps along the longitudinal direction and a plurality of wefts along the width direction are alternately cross-woven, and along the longitudinal direction of the sanitary material. The sanitary material warp and the X-ray contrast yarn having higher rigidity than each of the wefts are arranged so as to intersect with the wefts, and the wefts are dense at both longitudinal ends of the sanitary member. A plurality of wefts are formed in contact with each other along the longitudinal direction, and the wefts are not disposed on the outer side of the sanitary member in the longitudinal direction from the weaves. A weaving outer portion is formed, and the X-ray contrast yarn is such that both ends of the X-ray contrast yarn are located inside the warp yarn end of the weaving outer portion.

A plurality of warp yarns along the longitudinal direction and a plurality of weft yarns along the width direction cross alternately with the weft yarns along the longitudinal direction of the sanitary material plain woven, and the warp yarns and weft yarns of this sanitary material X-ray contrast yarns having higher rigidity are disposed. Further, at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the sanitary member, a weaving stop portion is formed in which a plurality of wefts are arranged in contact with each other along the longitudinal direction so that the wefts are dense. Further, the outer side of the sanitary member in the longitudinal direction is formed with a weaving outer portion where no weft is disposed. And the both ends of the X-ray contrast yarn are located inside the end of the warp yarn outside the weave. For this reason, since it becomes difficult to pick both ends of this X-ray contrast thread, this X-ray contrast thread is not picked, and when this X-ray contrast thread is picked and pulled, it is prevented from being cut halfway. it can. In addition, since the portion of the X-ray contrast yarn that protrudes from the outer portion of the X-ray contrast yarn is reduced, it is possible to prevent the contacted object that contacts both ends of the X-ray contrast yarn from being damaged.

The disposable sanitary member according to claim 2 is the disposable sanitary member according to claim 1, wherein the X-ray contrast yarn has both ends of the X-ray contrast yarn positioned inside the outer end portion in the width direction of the weaving stop portion. It is what.

Since both end portions of the X-ray contrast yarn are located inside the outer end portion in the width direction of the weaving stop portion, both end portions of this X-ray contrast yarn are not located in the outer weave stop portion. For this reason, it can prevent reliably picking up this X-ray contrast thread | yarn, and can prevent reliably that the to-be-contacted object which contacts the both ends of this X-ray contrast thread | yarn is damaged.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for manufacturing a disposable sanitary member, the step of arranging an X-ray contrast yarn in parallel along a transport direction together with a plurality of warps, and a direction orthogonal to the transport direction of these warps and X-ray contrast yarns. A plurality of wefts are alternately crossed so that the wefts are densely arranged so that the wefts are in close contact with each other along the longitudinal direction, and the warps and the wefts are alternately crossed. A step of continuously forming a plain weave plain weave portion, the weave stop portion, and a weave outer portion where the weft is not disposed, and cutting the warp yarns of each of the weave outer portions At the same time, the X-ray contrast yarn is cut so that both end portions of the X-ray contrast yarn are located on the inner side of the warp end portion of the weft-fixed outer portion.

Then, X-ray contrast yarns are arranged in parallel along the transport direction together with a plurality of warps. Thereafter, a plurality of wefts were alternately crossed in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of these warps and X-ray contrast yarns, and a plurality of wefts were arranged in contact with each other along the longitudinal direction so that the wefts became dense. A weaving stop, a plain weaving portion in which warps and wefts alternately intersect and plain weaving, a weaving stopping portion, and a weaving outer portion where no weft is arranged are formed continuously. Further, the warp yarns of the outer weft stopper portions are cut, and the X-ray contrast yarns are cut so that both end portions of the X-ray contrast yarns are located inside the warp outer end portions of the weft stopper outer portions. As a result, it is possible to easily and continuously manufacture a disposable sanitary member in which both ends of the X-ray contrast yarn are positioned on the inner side of the end of the warp on the outer portion of the weave. Therefore, it is difficult to pick both ends of the X-ray contrast yarn, and it is possible to easily manufacture a disposable sanitary member that can prevent an object to be in contact with the both ends of the X-ray contrast yarn from being damaged.

According to the disposable sanitary member according to claim 1, since both ends of the X-ray contrast yarn are located inside the end of the warp outside the weft stop, it is difficult to pick both ends of the X-ray contrast yarn. Therefore, when this X-ray contrast yarn is picked and pulled, it is possible to prevent the X-ray contrast yarn from being cut off in the middle, and since the portion of the X-ray contrast yarn protruding on the outer weaving portion is reduced, this X-ray It is possible to prevent the contacted object from being damaged at both ends of the contrast yarn.

According to the disposable sanitary member according to claim 2, since both ends of the X-ray contrast yarn are not positioned on the outer side of the weaving, it is possible to surely prevent the X-ray contrast yarn from being picked, and this X-ray contrast yarn. It is possible to surely prevent the contacted object from being damaged at both end portions.

According to the method for manufacturing a disposable sanitary member according to claim 3, a disposable sanitary member in which both end portions of the X-ray contrast yarn are located inside the end portion of the warp yarn of the outer weaving portion can be easily and continuously manufactured. The disposable hygiene member can be easily manufactured that can prevent the both ends of the X-ray contrast yarn from being easily picked and prevent the contacted object from being damaged at both ends of the X-ray contrast yarn.

Next, the structure of 1st Embodiment of the disposable sanitary member of this invention is demonstrated with reference to FIG. 1 and FIG.

1 and 2, 1 is a gauze as a disposable sanitary member. This gauze 1 is a disposable sanitary material containing an X-ray contrast yarn, and is used for absorbing blood, body fluid, or the like for surgery such as surgery or for medical purposes. The gauze 1 includes a gauze body 4 as a sanitary material, which is formed by alternately weaving straight warps 2 and wefts 3 into a plain weave.

Here, each of the warp 2 and the weft 3 of the gauze body 4 was spun linearly with a material such as cotton, cellulose fibers such as rayon, or a mixture of cellulose fibers and plastic fibers such as polypropylene or polyester. It is formed into a thread.

Specifically, the gauze body 4 includes a plurality of warp yarns 2 that are spaced apart in parallel along the longitudinal direction and a plurality of weft yarns 3 that are spaced apart in parallel along the width direction. It has a rectangular plain weave portion 5 configured to intersect and plain weave. The plain weave portion 5 is formed by plain weaving a plurality of warp yarns 2 and a plurality of weft yarns 3 alternately intersecting at equal intervals.

A plurality of, for example, about six wefts 3 are arranged in contact with each other along the longitudinal direction so that the wefts 3 are densely arranged at both end edges as both ends along the longitudinal direction of the plain weave portion 5. Each of the constructed weaving stoppers 6 is formed. The weave stoppers 6 are formed by weaving a plurality of wefts 3 alternately intersecting with each of the warp yarns 2 at narrower intervals than the interval between the warp yarns 2.

Furthermore, wefts 3 are not disposed on both side edges, which are both ends along the longitudinal direction of the plain weave part 5 of the weave stoppers 6, and only the warp 2 protrudes outward from the weave stoppers 6. Stopping outer portions 7 are respectively formed. These outer weave stoppers 7 are provided outward in the longitudinal direction of the plain weave part 5 from the outer edge of each weave stopper 6. Further, these outer weave stoppers 7 are formed at the end 8 of each warp 2 that protrudes outward from the weft 3 woven into the outer edge of the weave stopper 6.

Accordingly, each warp 2 of the gauze body 4 is arranged from the outer end of one weave outer portion 7 to the outer end of the other weave outer portion 7 of the gauze body 4. Further, these warp yarns 2 are alternately woven and woven between the wefts 3 over the entire region in the width direction of the plain weave portion 5 of the gauze body 4.

Further, these wefts 3 are arranged from one side edge to the other side edge of the plain weave portion 5 of the gauze body 4 in the width direction. Further, these wefts 3 are woven by alternately plain weaving between the warp yarns 2 from the outer edge of one weave stopper 6 of the gauze body 4 to the outer edge of the other weave stopper 6.

The gauze body 4 is provided with an X-ray contrast yarn 11 that can be contrasted with an X-ray image obtained by X-ray imaging. As shown in FIG. 1, the X-ray contrast thread 11 is attached to a position closer to one side in the width direction of the gauze body 4 in plan view. Further, the X-ray contrast thread 11 is a filament formed in a single continuous thread, and has a certain thickness so that it can be easily confirmed during X-ray imaging. Accordingly, the X-ray contrast yarn 11 is formed with higher rigidity than each of the warp yarn 2 and the weft yarn 3 of the gauze body 4.

Further, the X-ray contrast thread 11 is formed by forming a thread from an X-ray contrast medium and a plastic resin. Here, as an X-ray contrast agent, barium sulfate or the like is used as a material. As the plastic resin, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, polyester, polyethylene, polystyrene, silicone, or the like is used.

Specifically, the X-ray contrast yarn 11 is disposed such that both ends 12 in the longitudinal direction of the X-ray contrast yarn are located on the inner side of both longitudinal ends of the warps 2 of the gauze body 4. Yes. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, both end portions 12 of the X-ray contrast thread 11 are positioned on the inner side of the outer ends of the weave stopper outer portions 7 formed at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the gauze body 4. In addition, it protrudes slightly outward from the weft 3 located at the outer end of the weave stopper 6 provided inside each of the weave stopper outer parts 7. Further, the X-ray contrast yarn 11 is woven so as to alternately intersect each weft 3 of the gauze body 4 in a state where any one warp 2 of the gauze body 4 is replaced.

Next, the manufacturing method of the disposable sanitary member of the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.

First, as step 1, a single linear X-ray contrast yarn 11 along with a plurality of linear warp 2 warps 2 is conveyed, and the warp 2 and the X-ray contrast yarn 11 are conveyed. They are spaced apart from each other in parallel along the flow direction.

Next, as step 2, a plurality of warps 2 and X-ray contrast yarns 11 are crossed alternately while being spaced apart in parallel in a direction orthogonal to the flow direction of each of the plurality of warp yarns 2 and X-ray contrast yarns 11, 6, each of the plain weave portion 5, the weave stopper portion 6, and the weave stopper outer portion 7 is successively formed in order to form the gauze 1 continuously connected in the flow direction.

Further, as step 3, the X-ray contrast yarn 11 is cut so that both end portions 12 of the X-ray contrast yarn 11 are located inside the end portion 8 of the warp 2 of the weaving outer portion 7, and then in the flow direction. The gauze 1 containing the X-ray contrast yarn 11 is manufactured by cutting the warp yarns 2 of the respective weave outer portions 7 of the gauze 1 continuously connected along the width direction.

As described above, according to the first embodiment, the length of the gauze body 4 in which a plurality of warp yarns 2 along the longitudinal direction and a plurality of weft yarns 3 along the width direction alternately intersect and are plain woven. An X-ray contrast yarn 11 having higher rigidity than each of the warp 2 and the weft 3 of the gauze body 4 is disposed so as to cross the weft 3 along the direction. Further, at both ends of the gauze body 4 in the longitudinal direction, weaving stoppers 6 each having a plurality of wefts 3 arranged in contact with the longitudinal direction so that the wefts 3 are dense are formed. On the outer side of the gauze body 4 in the longitudinal direction from the stop portion 6, a weave stop outer portion 7 in which the weft 3 is not disposed is formed. The both ends 12 of the X-ray contrast yarn 11 are positioned on the inner side of the end of the warp 2 of the weaving outer portion 7.

As a result, since both end portions 12 of the X-ray contrast yarn 11 are located on the inner side of the gauze main body 4 weave outer portion 7, it is difficult to pick only the both end portions 12 of the X-ray contrast yarn 11. Therefore, since it is possible to prevent only the X-ray contrast thread 11 from being picked by mistake, when the end 12 of the X-ray contrast thread 11 is picked and pulled, the X-ray contrast thread 11 is cut off halfway. Can be prevented. At the same time, the portions protruding from the weave stopper 6 of the both ends 12 of the X-ray contrast thread 11 to the outer weave stopper 7 can be reduced. It is possible to prevent the contacted object such as the body and skin from being damaged, and to prevent the occurrence of itching caused by rubbing the end 12 of the X-ray contrast thread 11 against the skin.

Further, the X-ray contrast yarns 11 are arranged in parallel along the flow direction together with the plurality of warps 2, and then the plurality of wefts 3 are alternately arranged perpendicular to the flow direction of the warp yarns 2 and the X-ray contrast yarns 11. The gauze 1 is formed in such a manner that each of the weave stopper 6, the plain weave 5, the weave stopper 6, and the outer weave 7 is successively formed. Thereafter, the warp yarns 2 of the respective weave outer portions 7 of the gauze 1 are cut, and at the same time, both end portions 12 of the X-ray contrast yarn 11 are positioned inside the end portions 8 of the warp yarns 2 of the weave outer portion 7. Thus, the X-ray contrast yarn 11 is cut so that a plurality of individually cut gauze 1 are continuously manufactured.

As a result, the gauze 1 containing the X-ray contrast yarn 11 in which both end portions 12 of the X-ray contrast yarn 11 are positioned inside the end portion 8 of the warp 2 of each weave stopper 7 can be easily and continuously manufactured. . Therefore, it is difficult to pick both ends 12 of the X-ray contrast thread 11, and the gauze 1 containing the X-ray contrast thread 11 can be easily prevented from being damaged by contact of both ends 12 of the X-ray contrast thread 11. Can be manufactured.

In the first embodiment, the end portion 12 of the X-ray contrast yarn 11 is slightly protruded from the weft 3 located at the outer edge of the weaving stop portion 6 of the gauze body 4, but the second embodiment shown in FIG. As in the embodiment, both end portions 12 of the X-ray contrast yarn 11 can be positioned inward from the warp yarns 2 positioned at the outer edges of the weave stoppers 6 of the gauze body 4. The both end portions 12 of the X-ray contrast yarn 11 are arranged so as to overlap a plurality of, for example, the fourth warp yarns 2 counted from the outer edge of each weave stopper 6 of the gauze body 4. Therefore, the X-ray contrast thread 11 is woven into the gauze body 4 so that both end portions 12 of the X-ray contrast thread 11 are located inside the weaving outer portion 7 of the gauze body 4.

As a result, the both end portions 12 of the X-ray contrast yarn 11 are located on the inner side of the outer end portion in the width direction of the weave stopper 6, so that both the end portions 12 of the X-ray contrast yarn 11 are the weft outer portion 7. No longer located. For this reason, it is possible to more reliably prevent the X-ray contrast thread 11 from being picked, and it is possible to more reliably prevent the body and skin from being damaged by both end portions 12 of the X-ray contrast thread 11. It is possible to more reliably prevent itching from occurring at the end 12 of the contrast thread 11.

That is, both end portions 12 of the X-ray contrast yarn 11 may be located inside the both end portions 8 of the warp yarn 2, but the end portions 8 of the warp yarn 2 and the end portions 12 of the X-ray contrast yarn 11 may be located. When the difference is small, the effect that the both end portions 12 of the X-ray contrast yarn 11 are difficult to pick is not obtained so much. It is preferable to position it. Further, the two end portions 12 of the X-ray contrast yarn 11 are formed in consideration of preventing the X-ray contrast yarn 11 from falling off, and the outer edges and the longitudinal edges, which are the outer portions in the longitudinal direction of the weave stopper 6 of the gauze body 4. It is preferable that it is located between the inner edge which is a direction inner part.

In addition, although one X-ray contrast thread 11 is woven into the gauze body 4, in order to make this X-ray contrast thread 11 easily imaged by X-ray photography, a plurality of X-ray contrast threads 11 are gathered into one gauze. The plurality of X-ray contrast threads 11 can be woven into the gauze body 4 separately.

Further, the X-ray contrast yarn 11 is cut so that both end portions 12 of the X-ray contrast yarn 11 are located on the inner side of the end portion 8 of the warp 2 of the weaving outer portion 7, and then continuously connected in the flow direction. The warp yarns 2 of the respective outer weave stoppers 7 of the gauze 1 are cut along the width direction, but the warp yarns 2 of the outer weave stoppers 7 of the gauze body 4 are cut simultaneously with the X-ray contrast yarn. 11 after cutting the both ends 12 of the gauze 1 or cutting the warp yarns 2 of the respective outer weave stoppers 7 of the gauze 1 and then cutting the X-ray contrast yarns 11 woven into the gauze body 4 separately. A plurality of individually cut gauze 1 can also be manufactured continuously.
