About
<About action>
Since the tableware for service carts of the present invention is as described above, it is as follows.
(1) In the service cart, tableware containing food and drink that requires heating (including heat insulation) is stored and placed on the heater.
(2) Then, the heater is energized to generate heat, and the tableware containing the food and drink is heated. (3) Then, the tableware containing the heated food and drink is taken out of the service cart and provided for a food and drink provision service.
(4) And this tableware is made of light metal, and the outside is covered with resin. For example, it is made of an aluminum material and is covered with a silicon material, and the coating thickness is 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm in the side surface and 0.2 mm to 0.5 mm in the bottom surface.
(5) Therefore, when this tableware is used, it becomes as follows. First, since the tableware is made of aluminum or the like and has high thermal conductivity, the heat from the heater is reliably conducted to the bottom surface and the side surface. The silicon material or the like on the bottom surface is set to a thickness that does not hinder this heat conduction.
Therefore, the food and drink in the tableware is heated sufficiently and uniformly, and the merit is particularly great when the tableware is used as a rice bowl.
Secondly, since the outer side of this tableware is coated with a silicon material having a low thermal conductivity, the outer side heat is made of an aluminum material having a high thermal conductivity and is heated by a heater. Conduction, heating, and temperature rise are suppressed.
Therefore, the tableware immediately after heating can be held by hand, so that the food and drink can be eaten hot. In particular, the silicon material or the like on the side surface, which is a point held by hand, is set to a thickness that supports this heat conduction suppression.
Thirdly, since this tableware is covered with a silicon material having a low thermal conductivity, it is excellent in heat retention after heating despite being made of an aluminum material having a high thermal conductivity, Things are hard to cool.
Fourthly, the tableware made of aluminum or the like is coated on the outside with a silicon material or the like, so it has excellent impact load absorbability, improved drop strength, and does not deform even when hit. There are few. Moreover, corrosion is prevented and it does not slip carelessly.
<Features of the present invention>
Thus, the tableware for service carts according to the present invention is made of a light metal such as an aluminum material, and is characterized in that the outside is covered with a resin such as a silicon material.
Therefore, the present invention exhibits the following effects.
<< First effect >>
First, insufficient heating and uneven heating of food and drink are eliminated. That is, since the tableware of the present invention is made of an aluminum material having a high thermal conductivity, the food and drink in the tableware is sufficiently heated and uniformly heated by the heater.
Therefore, the occurrence of scorching and heating unevenness, which has been pointed out in the above-described conventional resin tableware, is prevented, and the texture can be satisfied. And when this tableware is used as a rice cooker which heats rice as food and drink, it is particularly effective, and delicious rice can be obtained.
<< Second effect >>
Second, it can be held by hand even immediately after heating. That is, since the outer side of the tableware of the present invention is covered with a silicon material having a low thermal conductivity or the like, even if the content is hot immediately after heating, it can be held immediately with bare hands.
Like the metal tableware of this kind of conventional example, it is safe without risk of burning the finger, and it is not necessary to wait until it is held or cooled. By these, smooth eating is realized.
《Third effect》
Third, the heat retention is improved. That is, the outer side of the tableware of the present invention is covered with a silicon material having a low thermal conductivity. Therefore, compared to the metal tableware of this type of conventional example, the heated food and drink are kept warm and are not easily cooled. This will allow you to enjoy your eating time for a long time.
<< 4th effect >>
Fourthly, it is also superior in terms of strength, corrosion prevention, anti-slip surfaces and the like. That is, since the tableware of the present invention is covered with a silicon material or the like, the drop strength is improved, it is difficult to deform, and there is little contact sound. Moreover, corrosion is prevented and it does not slip carelessly.
As described above, the effects exerted by the present invention are remarkably large, such as all the problems existing in this type of conventional example are solved.

In addition, when the thickness is less than 1.0 mm, shape maintenance as a vessel is not easy and casting or the like becomes difficult. On the other hand, if the thickness exceeds 2.0 mm, the weight is excessive and the material cost is high, which is not appropriate.

《Action etc.》
The
(1) First, in the
(2) Prior to the food / drink A providing service, the
(3) Then, the

(5) Now, when the

Thirdly, in the
Therefore, the heated food / drink A is not easily refrigerated because it is difficult for heat to escape to the outside even if a little time elapses after heating.
