Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an apparatus for detecting an abnormality or a defect inside a concrete structure.
FIG. 17 shows a conventional apparatus for detecting a sound pressure level of a hitting sound by a sound pressure detecting device such as a microphone and detecting an internal defect from the sound pressure level, as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-20097. is there. In FIG. 17, 2001 is a concrete product, 2003 is a hammer device having a hammer head 2002, and 2005 is a fast Fourier transformer, which are connected to a sound level meter 2004 and a display device 2006.
Next, the operation of the conventional example will be described. Conventionally, in such a non-destructive inspection, an inspector taps a measurement surface with an inspection hammer and detects a defect existing in the concrete structure due to a difference in tone of the hitting sound generated at that time. It was. This method is an inspection by human sensation, and the judgment criteria are not constant, the inspection results vary depending on the experience, intuition, and skill of the inspector, and the recording of the inspection results is ambiguous.
In addition, attempts have been made to apply nondestructive inspection using ultrasonic waves, but the band that is efficiently output by a conventional probe is several hundred kHz or more, and the wavelength causes scattering by aggregates inside the concrete. It was easy to receive and the explorable area was limited to a shallow area from the surface. Furthermore, during inspection, it is necessary to polish the measurement surface, apply grease, etc., match the acoustic impedance, and transmit the sound wave to the measurement target. There are also problems with workability.
As a method for quantitatively evaluating the inspection by hitting sound, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-20097 discloses a method of detecting the sound pressure of hitting sound with a sound level meter and identifying internal defects at that level. Yes. In such a conventional inspection apparatus, a concrete product 21001 is tapped with a constant impact force using a hammer apparatus 2003 to which a hammer head 2002 is attached. The sound generated at that time is collected by the sound level meter 2004 and converted into an electric signal. The hitting sound converted into the electric signal is recorded by the fast Fourier transformer 2005 and output by the display device 2006.
The impact generated in the concrete product 2001 by the impact becomes the vibration of the surface, and this vibration vibrates the interface air and propagates as sound. This sound is converted into an electric signal through a sound collecting device such as a sound level meter 2004. When there is an abnormality with reduced mechanical strength in the concrete product 2001, the magnitude and frequency of the generated sound differ depending on the magnitude and frequency of the vibration generated on the surface, unlike the normal case where there is no abnormality. . For this reason, an internal defect can be detected by comparing the vibration frequency and sound pressure level of the impact sound converted into the electric signal.
However, in such a conventional method, a resonance sound determined by the material and shape of the hammer is generated from the hammer itself by an impact from the outside, and this resonance sound is mixed into the striking sound of the measurement surface. Different striking sounds were observed at various locations, which was an obstacle to the abnormality determination. Furthermore, when the surrounding noise significantly exceeds the level of the hitting sound or when the reverberation of the hitting is mixed, there is a problem that the hitting sound cannot be correctly identified.
In addition, since the vibration generated on the measurement surface varies depending on the striking angle and the striking surface, the characteristics of the generated impact sound may change, leading to misdiagnosis.
Furthermore, since the level of the hitting sound detected varies greatly depending on the distance between the hitting point and the sound collector and its direction, etc. It was necessary to change the setting value of the judgment standard.
For this reason, in order to quantify the impact sound under a certain standard and detect an internal abnormality, there are problems such as selecting the shape of the hammer and making the measurement environment constant.
The present invention is intended to solve the above-described problems. By directly contacting a sensor for detecting vibration with the measurement surface, the vibration generated on the measurement surface can be directly converted to a voltage without using a medium such as air. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a structure inspection device that can quantify the vibration generated on the measurement surface after conversion and objectively evaluate the internal state of the concrete structure regardless of the surrounding noise and the shape of the hammer. And
A structure inspection apparatus according to the present invention includes a vibration device that generates an elastic wave in a measurement object of a concrete structure, and a surface of the measurement object that is brought into contact with the surface of the measurement object and that is brought into contact with the surface of the measurement object. In a structure inspection apparatus comprising a vibration detector for detecting a component of a predetermined frequency range of elastic vibration generated in the display and a display device for displaying the maximum amplitude of the output signal of the vibration detector, A striking portion that can vibrate the surface of the object to be measured; a chamber that houses the striking portion; a switch; an injector that supplies a pressure medium into the chamber when the switch is turned on; And a trigger mechanism that turns on the chamber when the distance between the chamber and the surface of the measurement object reaches a predetermined value.
According to the present invention, by directly contacting the vibration sensor with the measurement surface, the vibration generated on the measurement surface is directly converted into voltage without passing through a medium such as air, and the vibration generated on the measurement surface is quantified. Thus, it can be used to objectively evaluate the internal state (internal defect) of a structure such as a concrete structure regardless of the surrounding noise and the shape of the hammer.

FIG. 8 is a diagram showing the configuration of the
fo=(1/2π)(k/M)1/2 (1)
In this case, if the mass of the weight 111 is M and the spring constant of the spring 112 is k, this vibration system has a resonance frequency fo as shown in the following equation (1).
fo = (1 / 2π) (k / M) 1/2 (1)
When vibration is applied to the system from the outside, the weight 111 causes a resonance phenomenon at the resonance frequency fo. That is, a component that matches the resonance frequency fo among the vibrations input from the outside is selectively emphasized. Therefore, when a vibration voltage converter 114 such as an acceleration sensor is fixed to the weight 111, a component that matches the resonance frequency fo of the vibration input from the
Now, when the mass M of the weight 111 and the spring constant k of the spring 112 are properly selected and the resonance frequency fo is adjusted to an optimum frequency of several kHz or less, a vibration component centered on that frequency is selectively detected, The
Therefore, a filtering function for detecting a signal in an appropriate band is not necessary, and the
FIGS. 9A to 9C show an example of the vibration device 12. In these drawings, the vibration device 12 includes a rod-shaped
The
Thus, if the contraction length of the spring 132 is fixed to a fixed length and the
Further, a magnetic field generated in the contraction direction of the spring 132 by the permanent magnet 136 fixed to the casing of the vibration device 12 causes a magnetic force to be applied to the coil 137 provided around the
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 10, a
As described above, by adjusting the speed at the time of hitting, the extension length of the spring 132 at the time of hitting, the spring constant, etc., it becomes possible to prevent the measurement surface from being hit twice without losing impact energy. It is possible to repeat a constant impact at the shortest time interval.
Further, if a coil is separately provided around the hitting
Next, the operation of the first embodiment will be described. In order to perform the measurement, first, the
If a defect with reduced mechanical strength, such as a crack or a jumper, is present inside the
Actually, when a constant excitation force is applied from the outside, the vibration generated on the excitation surface is measured, and the response of the part where the crack occurred inside is compared with the response of the part where no abnormality (defect) is found inside did. FIG. 2A shows the vibration characteristics of a site where a defect exists inside, and FIG. 2B shows the vibration characteristics of a site where a defect does not exist inside. In these drawings, the waveform after the detected vibration is converted into an electric signal and frequency conversion is performed is displayed, and the higher the amplitude level, the larger the amplitude of the vibration. As a result, a low-frequency vibration component of several kHz or less appears remarkably in a portion where a defect exists inside. Compared with the response of a healthy part in the same band, the magnitude has reached 10 times or more, and it can be seen that the vibration level is significantly different between the two.
For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the
On the other hand, the same part was similarly impacted from the outside, and the impact sound generated at that time was detected by a microphone, and the response waveform was obtained. FIG. 5A shows a response at a site where an internal defect exists, and FIG. 5B shows a response at a healthy part. In this case, a large difference in amplitude as seen in FIGS. 4A and 4B is not seen. Further, by changing the distance between the hit point and the microphone and the direction of the microphone, there are cases where the response waveform is almost equal to the level of the sound location even in the location where the internal defect exists, and vice versa. Therefore, it can be seen that in order to distinguish between the two according to the level of the amplitude of the observed sound, it is necessary to adjust the striking intensity, detection position, directivity, etc. in detail.
Therefore, if the measurement surface is vibrated by an external impact and the vibration generated on the measurement surface is directly measured without air, external noise and hammer resonance noise are not transmitted to the measurement surface. It is not an obstacle to measurement. In addition, if the vibration of the band peculiar to the defective part is selectively detected and the judgment is made based on the level, the hammering angle and the shape of the striking surface change, and a vibration component that becomes an obstacle to evaluation is generated outside the band. However, the component is attenuated, and a correct determination can be made.
The
As shown in FIG. 7, a constant reference voltage Vo is always applied to the reference input terminal 52-2, and when the voltage Vin of the comparison signal input terminal 52-1 exceeds Vo, the output of the
The vibration device 12 may be a method in which a hammer by an inspector or a mechanical striking mechanism is employed. However, since there is a limit to the stability of the vibration force by manual striking, a constant force is applied by the mechanical striking mechanism. If a mechanism that vibrates is used, accurate determination with less personality becomes possible. Furthermore, by recording and storing the output signal converted into an electric signal by the
As described above, according to the first embodiment, since vibrations generated on the measurement surface can be directly observed, the influence of sound diffusion or attenuation in a medium such as air, or troubles such as external noise can be prevented. Without receiving it, it is possible to quantify the hammering test and obtain a test result without personality. In addition, since the vibration detector has the characteristic of selectively detecting components below several kHz, it can efficiently handle vibrations below several kHz that are generated specifically in areas where there are defects and muddy sound is generated. It is possible to realize a structure diagnostic apparatus that can be detected well and can be easily distinguished from a portion where there is no defect inside.
A structure diagnostic method according to
The diagnosis of the internal defect of the concrete structure is performed by the procedure shown in the flowchart of FIG. 11 using the structure diagnosis apparatus. First, it is determined whether or not there is a database regarding the vibration level of the healthy part and the abnormal part (step S1). If there is no database, an internal defect is present by the vibration device 12 that generates a constant vibration force. A shock is applied to the location and the healthy location (step S2), the level of vibration generated in each location is detected (step S3), and the maximum amplitude level of a component in a predetermined frequency range (preferably several kHz or less) is calculated (Step S4), a database relating to the vibration level of the healthy part and the abnormal part is constructed (Step S5). For example, as shown in FIG. 12, the amplitude of vibration measured on the surface of the structure is obtained, and the internal state is confirmed by coring the measurement point of the structure, and the relationship between the two is shown. Plot on graph. Then, a threshold value for identifying both is obtained from the graph (step S6).
Next, in step S1, if the database exists, an impact is applied to the new inspection location with the excitation device 12 having the same excitation force as in the investigation (step S7), and the level of vibration to be generated is determined. The measurement is performed (step S8), the maximum amplitude level of the component in the predetermined frequency range is calculated (step S9), and compared with the previously obtained threshold value (step S10). Thereby, when the measured vibration level is larger than the threshold value, it is determined that there is an abnormality inside (step S11). On the other hand, if it is smaller than the threshold value, it is determined that the part is healthy (step S12). As shown in FIG. 12, when the vibration levels generated at a healthy place and a place where an internal defect exists are compared, they are separated from each other with a certain threshold as a boundary.
Therefore, in FIG. 12, if the threshold value for identifying the healthy part and the location where the internal defect exists is set to Vo, then, if the site where the defect exists is vibrated with the same impact force, the
The threshold value is constructed for identifying a healthy place and an abnormal (defect) place, but the response of the abnormal place also differs in the level of vibration generated depending on the material, the size and depth of the abnormal place.
FIG. 13 shows the result of investigating the relationship between the magnitude of vibration and the distance from the surface to the peeling part (the part where the aggregate or the like is peeled off from the surrounding cement) as an example of the abnormal part. A strong correlation was found between them. Therefore, if the threshold value corresponding to the depth to the peeling portion is set to the reference voltages V 1 , V 2 , and V 3 of the
For other events, if an event with a strong correlation with the detected vibration level is found, a correlation equation showing the relationship between the two is obtained experimentally or a priori using the same procedure, and collated with the newly measured vibration level. By doing so, it becomes possible to detect an internal state that could not be evaluated conventionally.
As described above, according to the second embodiment, the vibration generated on the measurement surface can be directly observed under a certain level of vibration, so that sound diffusion and attenuation in a medium such as air can be prevented. By comparing with a database measured in advance without being affected by an influence or an external noise, it is possible to easily obtain information on the inside of the structure.
A structure diagnostic apparatus according to
The leaf spring 112-2 is made of a material whose permeability changes due to a given strain, such as a metal-based magnetostrictive material. When the vibration applied to the
As described above, according to the third embodiment, since vibration transmitted to the weight 111 is directly detected by the leaf spring 112-2 connected thereto, the vibration voltage converter 114 such as an acceleration sensor is attached to the weight 111. It is possible to obtain the vibration detector 11A with less vibration detection delay in the sensor than in the case where the output is fixed. Further, it is not necessary to fix the vibration voltage converter 114 such as an acceleration sensor to the weight 111, and it is possible to obtain a vibration detector 11A that is small, light, inexpensive, and has high detection sensitivity.
Embodiment 4 FIG.
Hereinafter, a structure diagnostic apparatus according to Embodiment 4 of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 15 shows another example of the vibration exciter, and other configurations of the fourth embodiment are the same as those of the first embodiment.
In FIG. 15, the vibration device 12 </ b> A has a rod-shaped
The clearance between the outer shape of the
Now, when the opening of the
At this time, when the
For example, as shown in FIG. 15, if the
Furthermore, although the example which supplies compressed air with the
As described above, according to the fourth embodiment, a simple and

A structure diagnostic apparatus according to
As shown in FIG. 16, the display device 13A of the fifth embodiment includes a plurality of
For example, when the input voltage Vin is V 3 <Vin <V 2, only the
