Description

The present invention relates to a method for raising a floor surface, for example, by raising the floor surface of a washroom in an existing bathroom and making the floor surface barrier-free.

Even small steps of a few centimeters are very dangerous for the elderly and those with disabilities in the legs.
Therefore, in recent years, bathroom units, etc., have a bathroom-free wash floor and a barrier-free one where the floor of the entrance / exit sill and the floor of the next room such as a dressing room and washroom are almost the same level, and the height of the tub There are a lot of things that are low.

Also, in the case of an existing bathroom, slats are placed on the floor of the bathroom washroom, or mortar is placed on the floor of the bathroom washroom to raise the floor of the washroom, and the surface is replaced with tiles, PVC sheets, etc. The finish is given.
However, in the case of a snowboard, although construction is not necessary and it does not cost much, it is troublesome because it is sometimes necessary to dry the sunflower in the sun. I can't.

On the other hand, when placing mortar, there is no problem like a slat, but it is necessary to cure the mortar and to put a tile on the mortar, and the construction takes 10 days or more. Moreover, in the case of high-rise buildings such as condominiums and hospitals, the bathroom is located at the same position on each floor. It takes too much, and there is a risk of problems in terms of building strength.

On the other hand, as a method of refurbishing an aging bathroom, it is pre-molded into the shape of the bathroom wash floor and becomes a new wash floor, as well as an opening that becomes a new drain at the part facing the drain located in the existing wash area. There has already been proposed a method for bonding and fixing a waterproof floor made of FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) having an adhesive to an existing washing floor (for example, see Patent Document 1).
In other words, according to this refurbishment method, the waterproof floor is simply bonded and fixed on the floor surface of the existing washroom. Therefore, the waterproof floor can be molded in advance so that the upper surface thereof is substantially flush with the bathroom entrance sill. For example, it can be easily refurbished into a barrier-free bathroom. Moreover, there is also an advantage that the weight can be reduced as compared with the case where mortar is provided.

However, apart from apartment houses such as housing estates, bathrooms differ in the size of the washing floor, the position of the drainage outlet, the slope of inclination, etc. in each house. Therefore, in the method using a waterproof floor formed in advance as in the above-described refurbishment method, the waterproof floor must be formed according to the bathroom shape of each house, which is expensive.

In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a floor surface raising method capable of raising a floor surface such as a washing place floor surface at a low cost in a short period of time.

In order to achieve the above object, the floor raising method according to the present invention is a floor raising method in which a raising floor material is laid on an existing floor surface, and the upper surface of the raising floor material is a new floor surface. The flooring material for raising comprising the surface layer made of FRP and the resin foam layer is placed on the existing floor surface, and the flooring material for raising is loaded at least from the upper surface side, It is characterized by comprising a step of bonding and fixing to the existing floor surface in a state where the surface layer is deformed so as to conform to the surface gradient shape of the existing floor surface.
In addition, as a flooring material for raising used in the method of the present invention, since it is mainly used for raising the floor surface of a bathroom washroom, the physical properties conforming to the Better Living Foundation Excellent Housing Parts Certification Standard (bathroom unit). It is preferable to provide.

In the present invention, the resin constituting the resin foam layer of the flooring material for raising is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include propylene resins, ethylene resins, styrene resins, and mixed compositions thereof. When used in a washing place, a resin composition containing at least a propylene-based resin or a styrene-based resin and a propylene-based resin, which is excellent in chemical resistance against chemicals such as detergents and fungicides, is preferable. A resin composition containing at least a resin is particularly preferable.
As a foam using a mixed resin composition of a styrene resin and a propylene resin, for example, trade name PIOCELAN manufactured by Sekisui Plastics Co., Ltd. can be used.

When a resin composition containing at least a styrene resin and a propylene resin is used as the resin constituting the resin foam layer, the foaming ratio of the foam is preferably about 10 to 15 times. That is, if the expansion ratio is less than 10 times, cushioning properties and heat insulation properties are insufficient, and flexibility is insufficient. If it exceeds 15 times, cushioning properties become too large and people are placed on top. When this happens, there is a risk that the floor surface will be dented.
The thickness of the resin foam layer is not particularly limited, but is preferably about 30 mm. Moreover, you may make it stick the foamed resin board for thickness adjustment to a resin foam layer at a construction site as needed.

The resin constituting the surface layer thickness and FRP serving as the surface layer bends according to the gradient of the existing floor when a load is applied, and has the necessary strength (for example, according to the place of use). For example, although not particularly limited, the thickness of the surface layer is preferably about 3 mm, and examples of the resin constituting the FRP include unsaturated polyester resins, vinyl ester resins, and gel coat resins.

Moreover, the surface layer may be subjected to embossing, antifungal processing, antibacterial processing, or the like for preventing slippage, as necessary.

The adhesive used in the method of the present invention is not particularly limited as long as the raising floor can be firmly fixed on the existing floor surface, and examples thereof include a polyester resin-based adhesive and an epoxy resin-based adhesive.

In the present invention, if the existing floor surface is tiled and moisture may rise from the existing floor surface to the raising floor material, the FRP reinforcement is provided between the existing floor surface and the raising floor material. You may make it lay material.

Although it does not specifically limit as a material of the reinforcing material for FRP, For example, glass fiber (glass mat, glass cloth) etc. are mentioned.
The thickness of the reinforcing material for FRP is not particularly limited, but is preferably about 1 mm to 3 mm.

Although the manufacturing method of the flooring material for raising used for the method of this invention is not specifically limited, After obtaining FRP board material used as a surface layer by press molding, hand layup molding, spray-up molding, etc., FRP board material A method of sticking a resin foam on the back side of the resin through an adhesive, a method of setting the obtained FRP plate material in a mold, and foam-molding a resin composition to be a resin foam layer in the mold, etc. Is mentioned.

The method for raising the floor surface of the present invention is mainly used for raising the floor surface of a bathroom washroom or the floor surface of a shower room, but can also be used for raising the floor surface of a toilet.
In the case where the existing floor surface is a bathroom washroom floor surface, it is preferable that the new floor surface is substantially flush with the washroom entrance / exit threshold. That is, the step between the next room such as a dressing room or a washroom and the floor surface of the washroom is substantially eliminated, and the wheelchair can easily move between the next room and the washroom.

As described above, the method for raising the floor surface according to the present invention places the raising floor material including the surface layer made of FRP and the resin foam layer on the existing floor surface, and the upper surface of the raising floor material on the upper surface. Since there is a step of applying a load from the side and bonding and fixing the flooring material to the existing floor surface in a state where at least the surface layer is deformed so as to conform to the surface gradient shape of the existing floor surface, If the raising floor material is cut, the size of the raising floor material can be easily adjusted to the size of the floor surface to be raised by field construction. Moreover, it is possible to follow the surface gradient of the existing floor simply by applying a load from the upper surface.
Therefore, the floor surface can be raised at a low cost in a short time of about one day.

Moreover, since the flooring material for raising is composed of a surface layer made of FRP and a foamed resin layer and is lightweight, the position of the bathroom is substantially the same on each floor as in a high-rise building such as an apartment or a hospital. Even if it is provided, it can be constructed without affecting the building strength.
Moreover, since the surface layer of the flooring material for raising is formed of FRP, cleaning is easier than using a slat or tile.

Furthermore, since the resin foam layer is provided, it has excellent heat insulation properties. For example, in the case of a bathroom floor material, even when a bather steps into the bathroom, it feels cool. Therefore, it is possible to prevent sudden blood pressure fluctuations due to a decrease in the temperature of the sole when the foot is stepped into the bathroom, and to prevent a fall accident due to blood pressure fluctuations.
Also, if an adhesive is applied and fixed on the entire adhesive surface, the problem of water leakage is less likely to occur.

(4) As shown in FIG. 5, the embossing member 6 such as a square member is placed on a portion of the flooring material 2 a for raising the floor that is to be deformed along the slope of the existing washing floor 11, and the embossing member 6 and the ceiling ( A square bar or the like is press-fitted as a stick 7 between the floor and the floor 2 for raising by applying the repulsive force from the ceiling by the stick 7 to the floor 2 for raising via the shaping member 6 as a load. Is cured along the slope of the existing washing floor 11 and the flooring material 2 is fixed on the existing washing floor 11. In addition, when the slope is steep and the resin foam layer 23 does not deform well, the resin foam layer 23 may be cut with a cutter or the like.
(5) As shown in FIG.4 (d), the waterproof resin adhesive 8 is inject | poured into the clearance gap between the side wall 15 and the flooring 2 for raising, and it hardens and cures.

(6) The waterproof resin adhesive 8 is applied to the inner wall surface of the notch and the existing wash floor surface 11 around the drain outlet to form a waterproof layer (not shown). In addition, you may form a waterproof layer around a drain outlet using a vinyl chloride resin pipe or a stainless steel drain outlet.
(7) As shown in FIG. 2, the drain lid 9 is fitted into the notch hole 24.

FIG. 6 shows another embodiment of the raising method on the floor according to the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 6, in this raising method, one side surface of the resin foam layer 23 of the raising flooring 2 b is covered with the FRP coating layer 26 continuously provided on the surface layer 22. In the flooring 2b, the side wall 16 on the bathtub (not shown) side is formed by the rising wall 16a and the apron 16b that covers the side surface of the bathtub, so that the apron 16b can be removed from the side wall 16 with a removable gap 17. And it is the same as that of said embodiment except the FRP coating layer 26 being fixed on the existing washing-room floor surface 11 toward the side wall 16 side.

The method for raising the floor surface according to the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, in the above embodiment, the existing washing floor is tiled, but it may be an FRP floor like a unit bath.
In the above embodiment, a load is applied to the flooring material by press-fitting a stick between the ceiling and the shaping member, but if there is a problem with the ceiling strength, You may make it apply a load by mounting a sand bag etc. in the desired position of a flooring.

In the above embodiment, the reinforcing material for FRP is laid between the floor material and the floor surface of the existing washing place. However, the floor surface of the existing washing place is formed of a non-permeable material such as FRP or stainless steel plate. For example, the floor material may be directly bonded to the floor surface of the existing washing place.
In the above embodiment, the adhesive is poured between the peripheral wall of the washing place and the side surface of the flooring so that hot water and water do not enter the gap between the peripheral wall of the washing place and the side of the flooring. The peripheral wall and the floor material may form an FRP layer at the corner portion by a hand lay-up method.

Hereinafter, specific examples of the present invention will be described.

Example 1
An FRP plate having a thickness of 3 mm serving as a surface layer was laminated on a resin foam having a thickness of 30 mm (trade name PIOCELAN manufactured by Sekisui Plastics Co., Ltd.) to obtain a flooring material for raising.

The obtained floor material for raising was bonded to the washing floor surface of a bathroom unit made of FRP (Sekisui Chemical Co., Ltd. Sekisui Bath Core) via an unsaturated polyester adhesive to raise the washing floor surface.
And, the durability of the new raised floor surface was subjected to the steel ball impact strength test, drop body strength test, and actual use strength test as follows, and the deformation, cracking and breakage of the new floor surface after the implementation were investigated. However, there was no deformation, cracking or damage after any strength test.
