Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cheap apparatus simple in removal of evaporated oil and fat and deodorization of a bad odor which are generated at a high-temperature treatment process in a dry-type garbage treatment machine.
SOLUTION: A spacial layer above the water surface is decompressed in a deodorizing tank which suitably stores water. Air in water is released as bubbles by this decompression and the air containing the bad odor and the evaporated oil and fat is attracted into negatively compressed water while being mixed with ozone gas to carry out deodorizing and removal.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI

Description

The present invention relates to a deodorizing apparatus for deodorizing or removing odors and transpirational oils and fats generated in a garbage disposal machine.

Conventionally, in a garbage processing machine for drying and reducing the volume of garbage, there are a catalyst method, an activated carbon adsorption method, an ozone gas contact method, etc. as a method for deodorizing various odors generated in the treatment process. In this case, when the oil and fat was evaporated, it adhered to the surface of the deodorizing material or catalyst, and the odor adsorption or deodorizing ability was remarkably reduced. Therefore, in the case of a drying type garbage processing machine, it is difficult to perform a drying process at a high temperature due to the transpiration of oil and fat.

The present invention provides a deodorization apparatus for drying garbage processing machines that does not affect the deodorizing ability even if the fats and oils contained in the processed product evaporate due to high temperature treatment, and does not exhaust the evaporated fats and oils to the outside air. So that it can be removed.

There are various deodorization methods such as activated carbon adsorption, platinum catalyst, photocatalyst, decomposition with ozone gas, etc. as deodorization methods in conventional dry type garbage processing machines, but high temperature is required to evaporate fats and oils in dry type garbage processing machines. When the treatment is performed, the evaporated oil and fat adheres to the deodorizing material and the catalyst, and the deodorizing ability is remarkably reduced. For this reason, most dry-type garbage processing machines perform processing in a temperature range in which oil and fat are not evaporated. In the present invention, the evaporated oil and fat and odor are taken into a deodorization tank decompressed together with ozone gas, and fine bubbles are generated and dissolved in water.

As described above, the deodorizing apparatus of the present invention enables the drying process of garbage to be performed at a high temperature, so that the drying process with less oil and fat content can be performed. This increases the moisture drying rate and facilitates handling compared to low-temperature dried products.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

Details of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is an explanatory view of a garbage disposal machine of the present invention.
About 2/3 of water is stored in the deodorization tank 1. When the decompression blower 4 connected to the deodorization tank exhaust pipe 5 is operated to decompress the decompression layer 6, the air dissolved in the water stored in the deodorization tank 1 is released as bubbles. As a result, the pressure in the water is lowered, so that the odor in the treatment tank and the evaporated oil and fat are drawn from the exhaust pipe 7 of the treatment tank 9 and are aerated as air bubbles from the diffusion pipe 2.
Since the bubbles released from the air diffuser 2 are much smaller than the bubbles sent by the air pump, the entire specific surface area is large. Thereby, the contact efficiency in water is good and the removal capability of an odor component is high.
In the present invention, ozone gas is connected and mixed in the middle of the intake pipe, but may be directly supplied to the deodorization tank 1.
Furthermore, since the inside of the treatment tank is negative pressure due to the deodorization of the deodorization tank, even if an odor of garbage treatment occurs, it does not go out and can be used indoors.
