Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a bearing device that supports a structure such as a building, and more specifically, to a sliding seismic isolation device that protects such a structure from vibrations caused by an earthquake or the like, and a seismic isolation bearing structure using the same. .
The seismic isolation bearing device comprising a laminated rubber body in which reinforcing plates and rubber layers are alternately laminated is arranged between the upper structure and the lower structure to support the upper structure, and for earthquakes, etc. The vibration of the upper structure is reduced and the vibration of the upper structure is attenuated. As such a seismic isolation device, the upper end portion and the lower end portion are fixed to the upper structure and the lower structure, respectively, and the origin return type is used, and either the upper end portion or the lower end portion is the upper portion. There is a sliding type that is fixed to one of the structure and the lower structure and the other is slidably displaced with respect to either the upper structure or the lower structure.
As a sliding-type seismic isolation device, for example, a sliding material provided on one end surface of a laminated rubber body and a smooth plate such as a metal plate on which the sliding material slides (Patent Document 1) And an elastic seismic isolation device and a sliding seismic isolation device arranged in parallel to support the vertical load of the superstructure by both of them (Patent Document 2).
The conventional sliding seismic isolation device has a problem that the seismic isolation function cannot be achieved unless it is a large-scale earthquake, for example, a seismic intensity of 5 or more. This is because if the friction coefficient between the sliding material and the smooth plate as the counterpart material is about 0.1, the sliding material will slide on the smooth plate unless the seismic force is 0.1 G (gal) or more. There is not for it. In order to secure the seismic isolation performance to some extent, it is necessary to use a laminated rubber having a certain number of rubbers in order to alleviate the influence of the static frictional force until sliding. However, if an elastic seismic isolation device consisting of a laminated rubber body is used to obtain a seismic isolation effect against a seismic force of about 0.1 G, the laminated rubber body will be sheared and deformed in the horizontal direction, and the load will be Is unevenly distributed, which causes a decrease in sliding performance and sliding surface durability.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned points, and the object of the present invention is that the sliding friction between the sliding member and the smooth plate as the counterpart material has a small speed dependency and a friction coefficient of 0.02 or less. A sliding seismic isolation device that includes a sliding member that exhibits a low value, can reduce the transmission of vibration to a superstructure even with a small-scale earthquake, and can achieve reliable protection of the superstructure, and The object is to provide a seismic isolation bearing structure.
A sliding seismic isolation device according to the present invention includes a laminated rubber body that is formed by alternately laminating reinforcing plates and rubber layers, and is fixed to one of an upper structure and a lower structure, and the laminated rubber body. A sliding member fixed to one of the upper surface and the lower surface, and a smooth plate that is slidably abutted on the sliding member and fixed to either the upper structure or the lower structure. The sliding member has a base fixed to one of the upper surface and the lower surface of the laminated rubber body, a surface layer material bonded to one surface of the base, and an opening at the surface of the surface material. At least one recess formed in the base material and the surface layer material, and a filling coating layer made of a lubricating composition that fills the recess and covers the surface of the surface layer material. Laminated body of reinforced thermosetting synthetic resin The surface layer material is bonded to one surface of the substrate and filled with a tetrafluoroethylene resin (hereinafter abbreviated as “PTFE”) in a woven fabric made of at least one of inorganic fibers and organic fibers. A coated woven fabric layer and a PTFE sheet bonded to one surface of the woven fabric layer and coated with the filled coating layer. %,
According to the sliding seismic isolation device of the present invention, the sliding member fixed to one of the upper surface and the lower surface of the laminated rubber body includes a base body made of a laminated body of fiber woven cloth reinforced thermosetting synthetic resin and the base member. A surface layer material bonded to one surface of the substrate, an opening on the surface of the surface layer material, at least one recess formed in the substrate and the surface layer material, and filling the recess, and on the surface of the PTFE sheet of the surface material Since the load-bearing property of the sliding member is enhanced, the sliding member is not subjected to plastic deformation such as settling, and the sliding member has a long period of time. Function is maintained.
Further, since the surface of the sliding member is filled with the concave portion opened on the surface of the PTFE sheet of the surface material and the filling coating layer of the lubricating composition coated on the surface of the PTFE sheet of the surface material is exposed. As a result of sliding between the sliding member and the smooth plate through the filled coating layer of the lubricating composition, the friction coefficient shows a low value of 0.02 or less regardless of the sliding speed, and a small-scale earthquake It is possible to reduce vibration transmission to the upper structure against vibrations caused by the above, and to achieve reliable protection of the upper structure.
In a preferred example, the reinforcing plate includes a thin reinforcing plate alternately laminated with a rubber layer and a pair of thick reinforcing plates fixed to each of the uppermost and lowermost rubber layers. The sliding member may be bonded to one thick reinforcing plate and fixed to either the upper surface or the lower surface of the laminated rubber body, or may be partially embedded in one thick reinforcing plate. It may be fixed to either the upper surface or the lower surface of the laminated rubber body.
The sliding member and one thick reinforcing plate are usually joined together via an adhesive, but a part of the sliding member is embedded in a recess formed in the thick reinforcing plate and the sliding member is attached to the laminated rubber body. In addition to the bonding force of the adhesive, in addition to the bonding force of the adhesive, a constraint regarding the horizontal direction of the thick reinforcing plate with respect to the sliding member is added, so that the sliding member can be firmly fixed by the laminated rubber body. It is more preferable.
The inorganic fiber preferably includes at least one of glass fiber and carbon fiber, and the organic fiber preferably includes at least one of cotton fiber, aramid fiber, and aromatic polyester fiber.
The woven fabric structure of the woven fabric formed from these inorganic fibers and organic fibers is not particularly limited, and may be any of plain weave, oblique weave, satin weave and the like.
A surface layer material is formed by, for example, fusing and integrating a PTFE sheet on one surface of a woven fabric layer formed by filling and coating PTFE on a woven fabric formed of at least one of inorganic fibers and organic fibers. Yes. The PTFE sheet may be a thin sheet having a thickness of about 0.2 mm, and even if such a thin PTFE sheet is worn out, the woven fabric and the partner material filled with the woven fabric are described later. Therefore, the low friction property is maintained. This surface layer material may be integrally bonded to one surface of the substrate via an adhesive.
The recess formed in the surface of the surface material PTFE sheet and formed in the substrate and the surface material preferably includes at least one of a cylindrical recess and a recess formed by two rectangular long grooves orthogonal to each other.
This recess mainly holds the filling coating layer made of the lubricating composition, and the shape is not particularly limited, but from the viewpoint of workability and the like, it is composed of a cylindrical recess or two rectangular long grooves orthogonal to each other. It is preferable that it is a concave portion, and that the lubricating coating of the lubricating composition can be uniformly formed on the surface of the PTFE sheet by feeding out the lubricating composition from the concave portion in the disappearance of wear of the filling coating layer at the portion covering the PTFE sheet. The number of the concave portions may be one, but a plurality of concave portions is preferable because this can be effectively achieved.
In a preferred example, the smooth plate comprises a stainless steel plate and a lubricating coating formed on one surface of the stainless steel plate. The lubricating coating is an epoxy resin, a curing agent, PTFE, and a reactive group having an epoxy group. It is good to consist of a composition containing silicone oil and triazine thiol.
A smooth plate provided with a lubricating coating comprises a PTFE sheet as a surface layer material of a sliding member through a lubricating coating of a composition containing an epoxy resin, a curing agent, PTFE, a reactive silicone oil having an epoxy group, and triazine thiol. Since it slides with a filled coating layer made of a lubricating composition covering the surface of the PTFE sheet, the friction coefficient between them at a particularly high surface pressure shows a low frictional property of around 0.02, As a result of the quick start regardless of the size, a sufficient seismic isolation function can be exhibited even from a large seismic force to a small seismic force.
The composition for forming the lubricating coating is preferably composed of 100 parts by weight of the sum of the epoxy resin, the curing agent and PTFE, and 2 to 30 parts by weight of the sum of the reactive silicone oil having an epoxy group and triazine thiol.
When the sum of the reactive silicone oil having an epoxy group and the triazine thiol is less than 2 parts by weight, the lubricity cannot be obtained, and when it exceeds 30 parts by weight, the lubricating film formed on the surface of the smooth plate The mechanical strength of is significantly reduced.
The blending weight ratio of the epoxy resin and the curing agent is preferably (epoxy resin) :( curing agent) = E: 10 to E: 300, where E is the epoxy equivalent of the epoxy resin.
The blending ratio of the reactive silicone oil having an epoxy group and triazine thiol is preferably (triazine thiol) / (reactive silicone oil having an epoxy group) = 0.03-1.
Reactive silicone oil having an epoxy group is an oily substance having a linear structure, but reacts with triazine thiol in the above blending ratio to form a three-dimensional network structure, improving the toughness of the lubricating coating, and triazine thiol and stainless steel. Since it plays a role in improving the adhesive strength between the surface of the stainless steel plate and the lubricating coating by reaction with the surface of the steel plate, lubrication in the friction with the filled coating layer made of the lubricating composition exposed on the surface of the PTFE sheet of the sliding member There is no problem such as peeling of the film.
The sliding seismic isolation device according to the present invention can have a seismic isolation structure that is used in combination with the sliding seismic isolation device and a laminated rubber bearing device containing a lead plug in which a lead plug is filled and held.
The sliding seismic isolation device does not have a sufficient function to return the upper structure to the initial setting position (origin position) after a horizontal relative sliding displacement occurs between the smooth plate and the sliding member. Residual displacement of the upper structure can be reduced by using a laminated rubber bearing device with a lead plug as a spring device that generates a spring force in the horizontal direction between the upper structure and the lower structure. Moreover, since the friction coefficient between the smooth plate in the sliding seismic isolation device and the filling coating layer made of the lubricating composition covering the surface of the PTFE sheet of the surface material of the sliding member shows a low value of 0.02 or less, The seismic isolation cycle of the superstructure can be lengthened while keeping the acceleration at the start of sliding small. As a result, sufficient seismic isolation function is demonstrated from large to small seismic forces.
According to the present invention, the sliding friction between the sliding member and the smooth plate has a low speed dependency and a low coefficient of friction of 0.02 or less. Provided with a sliding seismic isolation device capable of periodicity, capable of reducing the transmission to the superstructure against vibrations caused by small-scale earthquakes, etc., and achieving reliable protection of the superstructure Seismic isolation structure can be provided.
Next, the present invention and its embodiments will be described in more detail based on preferred examples shown in the drawings. The present invention is not limited to these examples.

The lubricating composition of the filling
In the lubricating composition, the silicone wax mainly exerts an effect of reducing the friction coefficient and plays a role as a carrier that absorbs and holds the silicone oil described later. Examples of the silicone wax include dimethylpolysiloxane, methylphenylpolysiloxane, long chain alkyl-modified polysiloxane, trifluoropropylmethylpolysiloxane, and the like. Specific examples include “silicone wax W23 (trade name)” manufactured by Asahi Kasei Wacker Silicone. The blending ratio of the silicone wax is 20 to 40% by weight, preferably 25 to 30% by weight. When the blending ratio is less than 20% by weight, desired low friction characteristics cannot be obtained, and when it exceeds 40% by weight, the formability during the filling and coating operation is deteriorated.
Silicone oils work with the silicone wax to improve low friction, especially when used under high load conditions. Silicone oil is a silicone oil in which a part of methyl group of dimethyl silicone oil and dimethylpolysiloxane is substituted with polyether group, phenyl group, alkyl group, aralkyl group, fluorinated alkyl group, etc., and has a viscosity (25 ° C.). 100 to 50000 cSt, preferably 500 to 10000 cSt, is preferably used. Specific examples of the silicone oil include dimethyl silicone oil “KF96H (trade name)” manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd., and dimethyl silicone oil “AK series (trade name)” manufactured by Asahi Kasei Wacker Silicone. Since most of this silicone oil is absorbed and retained by the above-mentioned silicone wax, a relatively large amount of the silicone oil can be blended. And the compounding ratio of a silicone oil is 5 to 30 weight%, Preferably it is 10 to 25 weight%. When the blending ratio is less than 5% by weight, when used under high load conditions, the amount supplied to the sliding surface is small and the effect of improving the low friction property is not sufficiently exerted, and when it exceeds 30% by weight May flow out (bleed out) during molding.
Melamine cyanurate is an addition compound of melamine and cyanuric acid or isocyanuric acid. A 6-membered ring melamine molecule and cyanuric acid (isocyanuric acid) molecule are arranged in a plane by hydrogen bonds, and the plane has weak bonding strength. The layers overlap each other and have cleavage properties such as molybdenum disulfide and graphite. This melamine cyanurate has the effect | action which improves the low friction property and abrasion resistance of a lubricating composition. The blending ratio is usually 20 to 40% by weight, preferably 25 to 35% by weight. When the blending ratio is less than 20% by weight, the effect of improving the low friction property and the wear resistance is not sufficiently exhibited, and when it exceeds 40% by weight, the wear resistance may be lowered.
PTFE mainly exerts an effect of imparting low friction. PTFE is PTFE mainly used for molding as molding powder or fine powder (hereinafter abbreviated as “high molecular weight PTFE”), and the molecular weight is controlled by decomposing high molecular weight PTFE or polymerizing PTFE by irradiation. Therefore, it is roughly classified into PTFE (hereinafter, abbreviated as “low molecular weight PTFE”) mainly used as an additive material having a molecular weight lower than that of high molecular weight PTFE, which is easy to grind and has good dispersibility. The As PTFE in the present invention, high molecular weight PTFE alone or a mixture of high molecular weight PTFE and low molecular weight PTFE can be used. The blending ratio (weight) of the high molecular weight PTFE and the low molecular weight PTFE as a mixture is usually 1: 1 to 3: 1.

In the lubricating composition, the blending ratio of PTFE is the remaining amount obtained by subtracting the blending amount of the filler from the lubricating composition, and is preferably 20 to 50% by weight, more preferably 25 to 40% by weight.

As the curing agent, those conventionally used as a curing agent for epoxy resins can be used, and examples thereof include polyamines, acid anhydrides, phenol resins, polyamide resins, and mercaptan compounds.

Examples of acid anhydrides include aliphatic acid anhydrides such as dodecyl succinic anhydride and polyazeline acid anhydride, alicyclic anhydrides such as hexahydrophthalic anhydride, tetrahydrophthalic anhydride, and methylnadic anhydride, phthalic anhydride, Aromatic acid anhydrides such as trimellitic anhydride and pyromellitic anhydride, and halogen acid anhydrides such as tetrabromophthalic anhydride and het anhydride are included, and tertiary amines and imidazole derivatives are generally used as curing accelerators. Specific examples include “Epicure 134A (trade name)” manufactured by Yuka Shell Epoxy.
Examples of the phenol resin include novolak type phenol resins, and generally a curing accelerator is used in combination.
Examples of the polyamide resin include polyamide obtained from dimer acid and polyamine which are dimers of unsaturated fatty acids.
A mercaptan compound is an aliphatic polysulfide polymer having a mercapto group -SH at both ends of the molecular structural formula, and it does not react with an epoxy resin by itself, so it needs to be used in combination with the polyamine or tertiary amine. It is. Specific examples of mercaptan compounds include “Cup Cure 3800 (trade name)” manufactured by Yuka Shell Epoxy Co., Ltd.
The blending ratio of the epoxy resin and the curing agent is determined by the ratio between the number of epoxy groups or hydroxyl groups in the epoxy resin and the number of functional groups in the curing agent that reacts with the epoxy groups or hydroxyl groups. For example, when polyamine is used as the curing agent, assuming that the epoxy equivalent of the epoxy resin is E and the amine equivalent of the polyamine is A, it is polyamine (0.8 to 1.2) × Ag with respect to the epoxy resin Eg. Here, the epoxy equivalent is the number of grams of epoxy resin containing 1 gram equivalent of epoxy groups, and the amine equivalent is the number of grams of polyamine containing 1 gram equivalent of active hydrogen that reacts with epoxy groups. Therefore, the blending weight ratio of the epoxy resin and the curing agent varies depending on the type of epoxy resin and the type of curing agent used, but is set as follows. That is, it mix | blends in the ratio shown in Table 1 with respect to the epoxy resin Eg. Here, E is an epoxy equivalent value of the epoxy resin.
Moreover, what is necessary is just to mix | blend 1-20g of hardening accelerators with respect to the epoxy resin Eg, when using together a hardening accelerator.

The reactive silicone oil having an epoxy group is a silicone oil in which a part of methyl group of dimethylpolysiloxane is substituted with a functional group having an epoxy group. For example, it is represented by the following formula (1), (2) or (3).
In the formulas (1), (2) and (3), X represents a functional group having an epoxy group, for example, the following formulas (4), (5), (6) and (7), and m is 5 to 10,000. And n is an integer of 2 to 100.
Of the above-mentioned reactive silcorn oils having an epoxy group, silicone oils of the following formulas (8) and (9) are preferred.
In formulas (8) and (9), m is an integer of 5 to 10,000, and n is an integer of 2 to 100.
The reactive silicone oil having an epoxy group is an oily substance having a linear structure, but forms a three-dimensional network structure by reacting with triazine thiol described later. This three-dimensional network structure is no longer oily, but retains lubricity. The three-dimensional network structure plays a role of improving the toughness of the lubricating coating.
Triazine thiol is represented by the following formula (10).
In formula (10), A is a mercapto group —SH, a dibutylamino group —N (C 4 H 9) 2 , or an anilino group —NHC 6 H 5 .
As described above, the triazine thiol has a role as a crosslinking agent for the reactive silicone oil having an epoxy group, and causes the reactive silicone oil having an epoxy group to have a three-dimensional network structure.
Triazine thiol has been conventionally used as a crosslinking agent for rubber and vinyl chloride, as an adhesive between metal and rubber, and as a metal surface treatment agent. It is extremely reactive and reacts with the epoxy resin to form a lubrication film to firmly bond with the three-dimensional network structure of the silicone oil having the epoxy group and also with the base surface (stainless steel plate 41). It is thought that it also plays a role of improving the adhesive strength between the substrate and the coating.
The mixing ratio of the triazine thiol to the reactive silicone oil having an epoxy group may be more than the amount necessary to crosslink the silicone oil having an epoxy group to form a three-dimensional network structure, preferably (the mixing of triazine thiol) (Weight) / (blending weight of reactive silicone oil having epoxy group) = 0.03-1.
The compounding amount of the reactive silicone oil having an epoxy group and triazine thiol is 2 to 30 with respect to 100 parts by weight of the sum of the epoxy resin, the curing agent and PTFE. Part by weight, preferably 5 to 20 parts by weight. When the blending ratio is less than 2 parts by weight, the lubricity cannot be obtained, and when it exceeds 30 parts by weight, the mechanical strength of the lubricating coating is significantly reduced.

Table 4 shows the test results of the sliding seismic isolation bearings (1) to (8) performed in the

The
From these test results, the slip-isolation bearings of Examples 1 to 8 are excellent in durability, and the seismic isolation cycle can be extended while keeping the acceleration of the start small, so that a large-scale earthquake It is possible to reduce the transmission to the superstructure from the vibration caused by the small-scale earthquake or the like, and achieve reliable protection of the superstructure.
Residual displacement of the upper structure is achieved by using a laminated rubber bearing device with a lead plug inside that is filled and held as a spring device that generates a spring force in the horizontal direction between the upper structure and the lower structure. In addition, since the friction coefficient between the smooth plate and the surface layer material of the sliding member in the sliding seismic isolation device shows a low value of 0.02 or less, the upper part is kept while keeping the acceleration of the sliding out small. Since the seismic isolation cycle of the structure can be lengthened, sufficient seismic isolation function can be demonstrated from large to small seismic forces.
