Description

The present invention relates to a disk-type stirring blade, and more particularly to a disk-type stirring blade, a disk-type stirring blade with a rotating shaft, and a stirring device that facilitate cleaning.

To color the paint, a pigment paste (white, red, blue) is added to the varnish and stirred. Moreover, when pre-preparing, the pigment powder is put into the varnish and stirred similarly. For the stirring in the generation of the paint, a stirring blade 100 having a shearing blade 3 on the periphery of the disk 2 is used as shown in FIG. 5 (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
Similarly, there is an example in which a media stirring mill uses the same stirring blade as the stirring blade 100 provided with the shearing blade 3 on the periphery of the disk (for example, see Patent Document 2).
JP-A-7-70487 (FIG. 6) Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-225279 (FIG. 3)

By the way, when changing the toning of the paint at the time of producing the paint, it is necessary to wash the disc type stirring blade each time. Conventionally, there are two conventional methods for this cleaning. One is a method of removing the disk-type stirring blade from the rotating shaft and washing it manually. Second, the disk-type stirring blade is immersed in a container filled with the cleaning liquid. This is a method of rotating at high speed.
When the former is cleaned manually, the front and back sides of the stirring blade can be cleaned as much as possible, so it can be cleaned cleanly, but the disk-type stirring blade can be removed from the rotating shaft and installed after cleaning. It is complicated and the disk-type stirring blade cannot be removed due to equipment limitations, so it was not the best method. In such a point, the media stirring mill described in Patent Document 2 is excellent in stirring performance at high speed, but is not suitable for cleaning the stirring blade.

On the other hand, the latter method of rotating the disk type stirring blade in the cleaning liquid has the following drawbacks. FIG. 3 is a diagram for explaining a state when the disk-type stirring blade is rotated at a high speed in the cleaning liquid, and FIG. (1) is a perspective view, and (2) is a longitudinal sectional view of a stirring blade during a cleaning operation in a stirring device filled with a cleaning liquid. In (1) of (a), when the stirring blade 100 of the conventional apparatus is rotated at a high speed, independent vortex flows are formed on the upper and lower sides of the disk 2 as shown in (2), and the upper side is more vigorous. Strong, the bottom is not strong. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, the cleaning result is such that the front side of the disk 2 is cleaned almost finely on the front side (a), and the paint residual P1 remains slightly around the shearing blade. On the other hand, as shown in the back side (b) of FIG. 6, the paint P2 remains on the back side of the disk 2 almost without being washed.
As described above, the front side cleaning of the disk-type stirring blade in the conventional method is not satisfactory because the cleaning liquid does not spread on the lower surface, which is the back side, and the paint is adhered after the cleaning. Therefore, it was necessary to separately clean the back side using a high pressure washer or the like, but this required a large amount of cleaning liquid.

The present invention has been made in view of the above situation, and an object of the present invention is to provide a disk-type stirring blade that is easy to clean and does not require a large amount of cleaning liquid, and can sufficiently clean the back side.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention of the disk type stirring blade according to claim 1 is a stirring blade that forms a shear blade on the outer periphery of the disk and rotates at a high speed in a horizontal state. A hole is formed, and the liquid on the front (upper) side of the disc moves to the back (lower) side of the disc through the through hole by high-speed rotation, and again passes from the back side of the disc through the outer periphery of the disc. It is characterized in that a liquid flow returning to the front side can be formed.
The shape of the through hole is not limited to a circle, but may be an ellipse, a rectangle, or other shapes. Moreover, it is preferable to set the size of the through hole in a range that does not adversely affect the strength and the stirring action.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided the disk-type stirring blade according to the first aspect, wherein the plurality of liquids that flow through the plurality of through-holes to the back side cover almost the entire area of the back side toward the outer periphery. It is characterized by arranging a through hole.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the disk type stirring blade according to the second aspect, the plurality of through holes are arranged at a plurality of first through holes on the circumference having the same radius from the center of the disk at substantially equal intervals. Further, a plurality of second through holes are arranged at substantially equal intervals on a circumference having a radius larger than the radius of the first through hole, and pulled from the center of the disk to each first through hole. Two tangential inner first regions and two tangential inner second regions drawn from the center of the disk to the respective second through holes overlap with each other to eliminate gaps. Yes.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a disk-type stirring blade according to claim 2, wherein a bolt through hole is formed at the center of the disk-type stirring blade according to any one of claims 1 to 3. The bolt of the rotating shaft formed with a bolt at the tip is passed through the bolt through hole, a nut is fitted from the tip of the bolt, and rotated to fasten and fix the disc type stirring blade to the tip of the rotating shaft. It is characterized by that.

According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the disk-type agitating blade according to the fourth aspect, the nut fastens a part of each through hole of the innermost first through hole group among the plurality of through holes. The other part of each through-hole is open.

The invention of the stirring device according to claim 6 is composed of the disk-type stirring blade with the shaft and a stirring container for housing the disk-type stirring blade with the shaft, and the shaft is held in the vertical state in the stirring container. It is characterized by being housed.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the cleaning liquid also passes through the through hole to the lower surface of the stirring blade, and the cleaning liquid flows radially outward by the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the stirring blade, the stirring blade is removed from the rotating shaft. Therefore, the agitating blade can be cleaned, and therefore the agitating blade can be easily cleaned and the time can be shortened.

According to invention of Claim 2, since a washing | cleaning liquid spreads over the whole back surface of a stirring blade, a cleaning effect can be improved more.

According to the invention described in claim 3, since the portion that is not cleaned by the other through-hole group can be cleaned with the through-hole group on the side close to the rotary shaft mounting through-hole, almost the entire area of the back surface can be removed. It can be washed cleanly.

According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, since the disc type stirring blade having good cleaning performance according to the first to third aspects is attached to the tip of the rotary shaft, it can be used for various cleaning apparatuses.
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, since the cleaning liquid spreads over the screw portion of the rotating shaft, the paint adhering to the screw portion can also be cleaned.
According to the sixth aspect of the invention, since the rotating shaft is held and stored in the vertical state in the stirring vessel, a cleaning apparatus with improved cleaning efficiency can be obtained.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of a disk-type stirring blade according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a plan view of a disk-type stirring blade according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a state in which the disk-type stirring blade is mounted on the tip of a rotating shaft.

The stirring blade 1 according to the present invention includes a shearing blade 3 at the periphery of the disk 2 and a shaft mounting through hole 4 at the center of the disk 2. A plurality of (in the embodiment, twelve) through holes (first through hole group) 5 are arranged on the disk 2 on the circumference of the same radius r1 from the center of the disk 2 at substantially equal intervals. A plurality (12 in the embodiment) of through-holes (second through-hole groups) 6 are arranged at almost equal intervals on the circumference of the radius r2 which is larger than the radius r1 of the first through-hole group 5. Has been.
In addition, the area inside the two tangent lines (through hole side) drawn from the center of the disk 2 to each first through hole is A, and the two tangent lines drawn from the center of the disk 2 to each second through hole are When the inner side (through hole side) region is B, the first through hole 5 and the second through hole 6 have a region C in which the region A and the region B overlap at least at the end portions so that there is no gap. The size of the opening hole is determined.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the stirring blade 1 has the mounting through hole 4 of the stirring blade 1 fitted to the screw portion 8 at the tip of the rotating shaft 7, and the washer 9 is fitted to the tip of the screw portion 8, The nut 10 is attached to the rotary shaft 7 by screwing. In the state where the agitating blade 1 is attached to the rotating shaft 7 in this way, the lower end of the rotating shaft 7, that is, the surface 7 a at the boundary with the screw portion 8 hangs on a part of the first through hole 5, and the remaining portion Is open. Therefore, when the stirring blade 1 is rotated, the cleaning liquid poured onto the upper surface 1 a of the stirring blade 1 passes through the through hole 5 and flows to the lower surface 1 b, and when the stirring blade 1 passes through the first through hole 5, Since the portion cleans the tip recess of the rotating shaft 7 and the back side of the nut 10, the retention of the coating liquid is improved. Furthermore, the cleaning liquid that has passed through the through-hole 5 and has flowed into the lower surface 1 b flows outward in the radial direction by the centrifugal force of the stirring blade 1. At this time, as described above, the size and arrangement relationship of the opening holes are determined so that the region A and the region B overlap with each other in the region C so as not to form a liquid flow gap. The cleaning liquid that has flowed into 1b flows over the entire lower surface 1b by the centrifugal force of the stirring blade 1, and is cleaned cleanly.

FIG. 3 is a diagram for explaining the stirring phenomenon of the blades in the stirring device, where (a) is a conventional stirring device, (b) is a stirring device according to the present invention, (1) is a perspective view, and (2) is a cleaning liquid. It is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the stirring blade in washing | cleaning operation | movement in the satisfy | filled stirring apparatus.
As already described with respect to the cleaning method (a), as shown in FIG. 6 (b), the paint remains on the back side without being cleaned almost entirely.

On the other hand, in (1) of FIG. 3B, the stirring blade 2 of the present invention is formed with the shearing blade 3 and the through-hole 5 is formed, so that the stirring blade 1 rotates. Then, the cleaning liquid poured onto the upper surface 1a of the stirring blade 1 passes through the through hole 5, flows to the lower surface 1b, flows outward in the radial direction by the centrifugal force of the stirring blade 1, and returns upward from the periphery. A large eddy current is formed.
In this way, the cleaning liquid that has flowed through the through-hole 5 to the back side (lower surface) 1b of the stirring blade 1 flows outward in the radial direction due to the centrifugal force of the stirring blade 1, so The cleaning liquid exiting the first through-hole flows through the region A, the cleaning liquid exiting the second through-hole flows through the region B, and the region A and the region B overlap with each other. There will be no gap between the cleaning region of the cleaning liquid that has come out of the second through hole, and the cleaning will be performed cleanly.
Therefore, when the agitating blade 1 is used for washing, the agitation result shows that the front side of the agitating blade 2 is almost cleaned as shown in the front side (a) of FIG. As shown in (b), the paint is removed almost entirely on the back side, resulting in a beautiful disc.
Since the diffusion device according to the present invention rotates while maintaining the rotation axis perpendicularly, the water level falls along the rotation axis as shown in the figure, the water level rises along the wall surface, and a vortex passing through the stirring blade is generated. It is. This vortex is effective not only during stirring but also during cleaning.
The stirring mill described in Patent Document 2 has a high stirring effect, but this is considered to be the reason why the cleaning effect is low.

Here, FIG. 7 shows, as an experimental example, a stirring blade positioned in the middle of (1) and (2) in the upper diagram of FIG. The stirring blade 200 is also a disk having a shearing blade, and four large through-holes 5 are provided at equal intervals.
When such a stirring blade 200 is rotated, the cleaning liquid on the upper surface of the disk 2 flows through the through hole 5 to the lower surface, flows outward in the radial direction by the centrifugal force of the stirring blade 200, and returns upward from the periphery. Since a large swirl is formed, the front side of the stirring blade 200 has a satisfactory degree of cleaning, but the back side is not as bad as in FIG. 6, but the parts P2 to P4 where the paint does not fall off as shown in FIG. Were scattered around. Upon close inspection, the area inside the tangent line connecting the center of the disk and the through hole was clean, but the other areas were not soiled.
Therefore, FIG. 8 shows that the cleaning effect is not good even if only one large through-hole 5 is provided in the disk.

FIGS. 9 and 10 are views showing a modification of the stirring blade 1 with the position of the through hole 5 changed. FIG. 9 is a plan view of the disk-type stirring blade, and FIG. 10 is the disk-type stirring blade at the tip of the rotating shaft. It is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the mounted state. In the stirring blade 1, a part of the through hole 5 communicates with the mounting through hole 4 of the rotating shaft 7, that is, is released. Therefore, in this stirring blade 1, since the screw portion 8 is also exposed to the cleaning liquid, the paint adhering to the screw portion 8 can be cleaned cleanly.

As an example, detergency evaluation and dispersibility evaluation were performed using a disk-type stirring blade A having the following numerical values in the shape defined in FIG.
Diameter D: 100mm, Plate thickness: 2mm
Center diameter R1: 13 mm of the first through hole, through hole inner diameter d 1: 8 mm,
Center diameter R2 of the second through hole: 50 mm, through hole inner diameter d2: 10 mm,
Each through-hole of the second through-hole group is disposed between each through-hole of the first through-hole group.
As a comparative example, a disk-type stirring blade having the same shape as that of the example but using a disk B in which no through-hole was formed at all, an experiment was performed under the same conditions as in the above example, and the cleaning property and particle size were Changes were measured.

<Evaluation of detergency>
The disc type stirring blades A and B were soiled with paint (WBC-710T), rotated at a peripheral speed of 200 rpm, and washed with a washing solution (DIW) from the upper surface of 500 mL, and the detergency was examined.
As a result, the disc type stirring blade A coincided with FIG. 4 as a tendency.
That is, the front side (a) and the back side (b) were washed almost finely. There was no paint remaining on the periphery of the shear blade or on the back side of the nut.
On the other hand, the disc type stirring blade B coincided with FIG. 6 as a tendency.
That is, on the front side (a), the front side of the disk 2 was cleaned almost cleanly, and the paint remaining P1 remained slightly around the shearing blade, but the back side of the disk 2 as shown in (b). The paint P2 remained without being washed over almost the entire area.

<Verification of dispersibility>
Blending was carried out with cellulose acetate having a solid content of 20% by weight, butyrate solution / titanium dioxide powder = 2000 g / 2500 g, pre-kneading was performed with this blend, and changes in the tabs were confirmed.
The result was as shown in the graph of FIG.
That is, in the case of the disk-type stirring blade of the example, A took 20 minutes for the average particle size to reach 100 μm, whereas in the case of the disk-type stirring blade of the comparative example, B had an average particle size. It took 30 minutes to reach 100 μm, and it was confirmed that the wing of the present invention was dispersed in a shorter time.

As described above, according to the present invention, the plurality of through-holes are arranged so that the liquid that has passed through the plurality of through-holes and has flowed to the back side covers almost the entire area of the back side and goes to the outer periphery. Can be rotated in the cleaning device in a short time and only while rotating the cleaning liquid from the top surface, and the cleaning work is easy and the back side can be cleaned sufficiently without requiring a large amount of cleaning liquid. A disk-type stirring blade was obtained, and the dispersibility was better according to the present invention than the conventional one without holes.
