Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a bag-like container for storing a dialysis agent such as a powdery or granular solid dialysis agent used for preparing a dialysis solution used for artificial dialysis.
Since the bag-type dialysis agent storage container is formed into a bag body with a flexible sheet material, similarly to the drip liquid container, there is an advantage that the bulkiness after use can be reduced. However, since the dialysis medical personnel manually open each bag one by one and put it into the automatic dissolution apparatus to prepare the dialysate, there is a risk of quantity difference due to human error. In addition, there is a high risk that foreign matter such as dust, germs, and human hair adhering to the bag may be mixed when the automatic dissolving apparatus is introduced. Further, there are problems such as contamination of the periphery of the automatic melting apparatus due to dust generation at the time of charging or malfunction of the automatic melting apparatus.
On the other hand, if the bottle-type dialysis agent storage container is set in an automatic dissolution apparatus, the dialysate can be prepared fully automatically, and the risk of difference in quantity and contamination with foreign substances is lower than in the bag type. However, since the bottle is made of a material having higher rigidity than the bag type, there is a problem that even if it becomes empty after use, it is difficult to crush and reduce its capacity, and it becomes bulky when disposed as garbage.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and its purpose is to facilitate the opening operation, and to automate the operation of charging the dialysis agent so that bacteria and dirt are mixed in the automatic dissolution apparatus. It is an object of the present invention to provide a bag-type dialysis agent storage container that can prevent inconveniences and can easily reduce the volume after use.
The present invention has been proposed in order to achieve the above object, and the one according to
In a state where the support portion is supported, a portion opposite to the weak portion is pressed in the upper portion of the bag body so as to break the weak portion, and the opening portion of the broken weak portion becomes a discharge port for the dialysis agent. The dialysis agent storage container is characterized in that it is configured as described above.
2. The dialysis device according to
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the fragile portion is configured by forming a slit cut in the middle of the thickness of the sheet material or a slit cut in the thickness in the width direction of the bag body. The dialysis agent storage container according to
The dialysis agent according to any one of
According to the present invention, the following excellent effects can be obtained.
According to the invention described in
According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the protective member made of the moisture-proof flexible sheet material is attached so as to be peelable in a state of covering the fragile portion, the bag body is torn inside during transportation or the like. This prevents the dialysis agent from leaking out, and also prevents moisture from permeating through the fragile part and moistening the dialysis agent inside.
According to invention of
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, since the support portion is configured by opening the engagement hole penetrating in the vertical direction, the hook is hooked on the engagement hole to support the dialysis agent storage container. It can be transported in a state, and after the dialysis agent is discharged, it can be dropped by simply turning the empty bag upside down with the hook, and it is automated from the transportation of the dialysis agent storage container to the collection of the empty bag. Can be easily realized.
DESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, the best embodiment of the invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a front view of a dialysis agent storage container according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a bottom view.
The bag-type dialysis
The
The
Further, the weakened
The dialysis agent is a powder or granule of a drug such as glucose, sodium chloride, magnesium chloride, or sodium bicarbonate, and a predetermined amount is stored in the
Next, an operation when the dialysis
Next, the pressing
Thus, the dialysis
The pressing
Moreover, since the
When all the dialysis agents fall and become empty, the empty dialysis
In the above-described embodiment, the
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the
Furthermore, the dust-proof cover 11 is not limited to the above-described one having a U-shaped cross section. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, it is a
