Description

The present invention relates to a tube-shaped container and a method for forming the same, and more particularly to a tube container for filling a frozen dessert or the like having flexibility and being frozen or cooled, and a method for forming the tube container. .

Conventionally, as a tube container for filling frozen frozen desserts and other plastic confectionery, the remaining amount of the filling material after extrusion is small, reducing the manufacturing effort of the filling material at the factory, and the filling material A container as disclosed in Patent Document 1 is used because it can be sealed without leaking even when it starts to dissolve.

FIG. 3 is a side view of the container of Patent Document 1. In the figure, a container 100 is formed from a flexible material and includes an elongated cylindrical intermediate portion 100a, a sealed one end portion 100b, and another end portion 100c sealed so as to be openable.

The one end portion 100b has a portion 101b that is flattened so that the thickness gradually decreases toward the end, and a flat portion near the end 102b. And the boundary 103 between the part 101b crushed flat so that thickness may become small gradually and the terminal vicinity part 102b made flat is sealed by heat welding, for example.

The other end portion 100c includes a portion 101c that is flattened so that the diameter gradually decreases toward the end, and a near end portion 102c that is formed in a cylindrical shape having a smaller diameter than the intermediate portion 100a. have. A narrow groove 104 projecting inward in the radial direction is formed at the boundary between the portion 101c with the diameter gradually decreasing and the end vicinity portion 102c, and the narrow groove 104 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the end vicinity portion 102c. A knob 105 is formed in an adjacent portion.

Then, a predetermined amount of frozen dessert is filled from the opening of the near end portion 102c of the other end portion 100c, the near end portion 102c is sealed by thermal welding, and is stored frozen at a predetermined temperature. At this time, quick freezing of the frozen dessert is achieved by the plurality of vertical grooves 106 formed in the intermediate portion 100a. The frozen container 100 is transported to the store in a refrigerated state in accordance with an order from the store, and after opening, it is attached to the store's extruder and can push out the frozen dessert into the container.

Further, in the container 100 in which the frozen filling is sealed, by pulling the knob 105 at the other end 100c, the external force applied to the knob 105 is concentrated on the narrow groove 104 at the other end 100c, and the narrow groove It is opened along the inner end of 104.

However, the container 100 of Patent Document 1 functioned sufficiently as a container for filling the above-mentioned frozen dessert, but it was for mounting on an extruder in a store and was not opened by the consumer himself. Therefore, the container 100 has not been structured so that even a powerless child who is one of the consumers can easily open the container.

Therefore, a container as shown in FIG. 4 was developed as a container for filling a frozen dessert that is directly marketed to consumers. In the figure, a container 200 includes a sealed main body portion 200a, an end portion 200b that is sealed after filling with frozen desserts, and an opening groove 201 that is a boundary for separating the main body portion 200a and the end portion 200b at the time of opening. It consists of. The opening groove 201 is formed so as to project inward in the radial direction, and stress is concentrated when an external force is applied, so that the main body portion 200a and the end portion 200b are separated.

The main body portion 200a is formed with a portion 202 having a flattened shape so that its thickness gradually decreases toward the end, and a plurality of vertical grooves 203 to achieve quick freezing of the frozen dessert to be filled. The upper vertical groove 203a and the lower vertical groove 203b, and an intermediate portion 204 between the upper vertical groove 203a and the lower vertical groove 203b.

The end portion 200b includes a terminal portion 205 formed in a cylindrical shape having a diameter smaller than that of the main body portion 200a, and a knob portion 206 disposed at a portion adjacent to the opening groove 201 on the outer peripheral surface of the terminal portion 205. The knob 206 has an engagement hole 207 so that a finger can be engaged when opening. Thereby, even a weak child can open the container 200 easily.

However, the container 200 in FIG. 4 has a burr 208 that is an unnecessary member that fits into the engagement hole 207 in the manufacturing process, and the burr 208 has a distal portion as shown in FIG. Since the diameter is smaller than the opening of 205 and the disk is formed in the same thickness as the knob, there is a possibility that the container 200 may be mixed into the container 200 from the opening of the end portion 205.

Further, if the opening of the end portion 205 is made smaller than the burr portion 208, it is possible to prevent the burr portion 208 from being mixed into the container 200, but the necessity for changing the specifications of the frozen dessert filling machine arises. It was not a good idea. Further, if the opening of the end portion 205 is made small, there is a problem that it becomes difficult for the consumer to push out the filled frozen dessert when opening the container 200 and eating the frozen dessert.

Furthermore, since the opening of the end portion 205 made of a flexible material is crushed broadly when an external force is applied, if the diameter of the disc-shaped burr 208 is not excessively increased, the opening into the container 200 may not be mixed. The possibility could not be completely prevented.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the circumstances as described above, and its object is to form a tube container for filling frozen desserts that can be easily opened even by a weak child, and the tube container is molded. It is to provide a way to do.

The above-mentioned object of the present invention is to open a main body that contains a filled frozen dessert, an end having an open opening that can be sealed after the frozen dessert is filled, and the main body and the end separated. In a tube container set in which two tube containers each consisting of an opening groove that is a boundary at the time of opening are set, each of the end portions engages with a finger when opening, and external force is applied to the opening groove. This is achieved by including a knob portion having an engagement hole for performing the above operation, and by detachably coupling the two tube containers with a portion of each of the knob portion and the main body portion.

Further, the object is to separate and open the main body portion for storing the filled frozen dessert, the end portion having an open opening that can be sealed after the frozen dessert is filled, and the main body portion and the end portion. A tube comprising an opening groove which is a boundary at the time and a knob portion which is formed integrally with the end portion and has an engagement hole for engaging a finger to apply an external force to the opening groove when opening. In the method for forming a tube container set in which two containers are used as one set, this is achieved by comprising a step of sandwiching a cylindrical parison between two split molds and a step of blowing the parison. .

Further, the above object is effectively achieved by the metal mold having an engagement hole forming recess for forming the engagement hole in the knob.

According to the tube container according to the present invention, the knob formed integrally with the end is provided with the engagement hole for engaging the finger when the end and the main body are separated and opened. As a result, the opening force can be reliably transmitted to the opening groove that is the boundary between the upper part and the main body, so that even a weak child's force can be easily opened.

In addition, by providing a plurality of vertical grooves in the main body, the surface area of the peripheral wall of the main body can be increased, and the frozen dessert to be filled can be quickly frozen.

Further, in the mold used for forming the tube container, a needle that has a thin hole and is inserted into a burr portion that is not required when forming the engagement hole of the knob portion, and a communication with the hole of the needle are provided. And a vacuum hole connected to a vacuum machine arranged outside. Thereby, the burr | flash part can be expanded and there was no possibility that a burr | flash part may mix from opening of an upper part in a shaping | molding process. As a result, a tube container that is safe and free from defects can be efficiently formed.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

Fig.1 (a) is a side view which shows the two tube containers couple | bonded so that isolation | separation immediately after the blow molding which concerns on this invention, FIG.1 (b) is IB- in FIG.1 (a). It is principal part sectional drawing along IB line. In FIG. 1 (a), each tube container 10 includes a sealed main body portion 10a, an end portion 10b that is sealed after being filled with a frozen dessert as a filling, and a main body portion 10a and an end portion 10b at the time of opening. And an opening groove 11 which is a boundary for separating the. The opening groove 11 is formed so as to project inward in the radial direction, and stress is concentrated when an external force is applied, so that the main body portion 10a and the end portion 10b are separated.

The main body portion 10a is formed with a portion 12 that is flattened so that its thickness gradually decreases toward the end, and a plurality of vertical grooves 13 to achieve quick freezing of the frozen dessert to be filled. The upper vertical groove portion 13a and the lower vertical groove portion 13b, and an intermediate portion 14 between the upper vertical groove portion 13a and the lower vertical groove portion 13b.

The end portion 10b includes a terminal portion 15 formed in a cylindrical shape having a diameter smaller than that of the main body portion 10a, and a knob portion 16 disposed on a portion adjacent to the opening groove 11 on the outer peripheral surface of the terminal portion 15. The knob 16 has an engagement hole 17 so that a finger can be engaged when opening. The burr 18 is fitted in the engagement hole 17 immediately after blow molding. The burr 18 is an unnecessary member (burr member) that is removed after molding. Therefore, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1B, the burr 18 is inflated so as not to enter the inside of the tube container 10 from the opening of the end portion 15 (left side of FIG. 1A). It has become. In addition, the expansion method of this burr | flash part 18 is demonstrated in the metal mold | die mentioned later.

In addition, since the tube container 10 is intended to be filled with frozen desserts, the tube container 10 is preferably made of a material that has flexibility and hydrophobicity and has no problem in food hygiene, such as polyethylene. It is desirable to be formed.

In the tube container 10 filled with the frozen dessert, the opening of the end portion 15 is sealed by heat treatment or the like, and as shown in FIG. 1, the two tube containers 10 and 10 have the respective knobs 16 and 16 and the lower groove 13b. It is left to the consumer in a state where it is integrally connected with a part of. A consumer who opens the tube container 10 first cuts off the two tube containers 10 and 10, engages a finger with the engagement hole 17 of the knob portion 16 from which the burr portion 18 is removed, and the main body portion 10 b. The tube container 10 can be easily opened by applying a force so as to separate the end 10a. And by pressing the main-body part 10b by hand, it can eat, without leaving the frozen dessert filled.

Next, a method for forming the tube container 10 will be described.

FIG. 2A is a top view of a tube container molding die according to the present invention, and FIG. 2B is a longitudinal sectional view of the die. 2 (a) and 2 (b), the mold 20 has a split structure composed of an upper mold 20A and a lower mold 20B, and is provided with a blow hole 21 at a predetermined position of the upper mold 20A. .

Each of the engagement hole forming recesses 22 for forming the engagement holes 17 in the knob 16 of the container 10 has a plurality of (six in this embodiment) needles 23 that are hollow, The hole of the needle 23 communicates with the vacuum hole 24. The vacuum hole 24 is a vacuum hole 25 disposed on the outer surface of the mold 20 and is connected to a vacuum hose 27 connected to a vacuum machine 26.

In the blow mold 20, first, as shown in FIG. 2B, a cylindrical parison 28 disposed between the upper mold 20 </ b> A and the lower mold 20 </ b> B is pressed so as to be sandwiched from above and below. Then, the vacuum needle 23 is inserted into the burr portion which is not necessary for forming the engagement hole 17 of the knob portion 16, and the burr portion is inflated by vacuuming with the vacuum machine 26, as shown in FIG. A burr portion 18 is formed. After that, blow is sent from the blow hole 21 so that the container 10 shown in FIG. 1A is formed.

As described above, in the present embodiment, the engagement hole 17 for engaging the finger when opening is formed in the knob portion 16 of the container 10. Thereby, even a powerless consumer like a child can easily open the container 10.

Further, the burr 18 that is not required when forming the engagement hole is expanded by vacuum in the molding process. Thereby, in the manufacturing process of goods, there is no possibility that this burr | flash part 18 will mix in the container 10, and the container 20 can be manufactured safely and efficiently, without causing the raise of manufacturing cost.

Although the present invention has been specifically described above, the present invention is not limited thereto, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
