Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a reader / writer and a reader that collectively read / write recorded information recorded on RF tags attached to a plurality of articles, and more particularly, to read information recorded on RF tags attached to a plurality of articles. The present invention relates to a reader / writer and a reader that can determine whether or not there is a drop.
For example, when sorting a plurality of envelopes attached with RF tags based on the record information of the RF tags, the record information of each RF tag attached to a large number of envelopes is collectively read in order to improve work efficiency. ing. At this time, it is more efficient to perform the reading without counting the number of envelopes to be read in advance, but when this working method is adopted, all the information recorded in the RF tag read by the reader / writer is correct. Whether it was read or not was unclear. That is, it has been difficult to distinguish whether or not there is a reading error or the like in the recording information read in a batch. For this reason, it is necessary to perform the reading after counting the quantity in advance, but this is a factor of reducing workability.
Note that
As another conventional technique,
However, in the case of the conventional batch reading and writing, there is a problem that it is difficult to accurately manage articles because it is difficult to distinguish whether or not there is a read-out in the recorded information. .
In addition, the invention of
Further, since the invention of
Moreover, since it is necessary to apply pressure to an article, the invention of
In addition, since the invention of
In view of such a problem, the present invention provides a reader / writer that reads and writes recorded information recorded on an RF tag in a batch, and whether or not the recorded information recorded on the RF tag is read correctly without being read out. It is an object of the present invention to provide a reader / writer and a reader that can determine whether or not all of the recorded information recorded on the RF tags read in a batch has been normally read.
In order to solve this problem, the present invention provides a reader / writer that collectively reads and writes recorded information recorded on RF tags attached to a plurality of articles, and a control unit that controls the entire system. In the reader / writer system, the control means collectively records information relating the RF tags attached to the plurality of articles to the RF tags, and the reader / writer collectively. Link determination means for determining whether or not the read association information is linked to each other. When the link determination means determines that the association information is linked, the reader / writer collectively It is characterized in that it is determined that the recorded information read in this way is not read out.
In addition to the ID information included in each RF tag, the present invention relates to association information recording means for associating and recording association information, and when the association information is collectively read, Link determining means for determining whether or not the link information is linked, and when the link determination means determines that the association information is linked, the recorded information read in a batch by the reader / writer is read out. It is judged that there is not. That is, if even one piece of association information cannot be read, the link is not established, and therefore whether or not the reading is missed is determined based on the availability of the link.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the association information is recorded in units of articles to be read in a batch, and does not overlap with any other RF tag association information.
The association information of the present invention is recorded on individual RF tags in units of articles that are read together. For example, when the number of articles to be collectively read is 10, the association is performed among the 10 articles, and the information is recorded so as not to overlap with the association information of any other RF tag.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the link determination unit reads the ID information of each RF tag attached to the plurality of articles and the association information recorded by the association information recording unit by the reader / writer and stores them in a memory. When the association information stored in the memory and the ID information of each RF tag are all provided, it is determined that the association information is linked.
In the reader / writer memory, ID information and association information of the RF tags read in a batch are stored in association with each other. When the record information of all the RF tags is read, it is determined by the link determination means whether the association information stored in the memory and the ID information of each RF tag are all available. If there is no overwriting, all of the association information and the ID information of each RF tag are provided.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. However, the components, types, combinations, shapes, relative arrangements, and the like described in this embodiment are merely illustrative examples and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention only unless otherwise specified. .

Next, a case where there is a reading error will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 4B, the plurality of
FIG. 7 is a flowchart for explaining the operation of the first embodiment of the present invention. As described above, the present embodiment prepares for batch reading while recording the sequence number in advance on each RF tag of the articles to be read at once. When all sequence numbers have been recorded, batch reading is performed in that unit. Naturally, if the RF tags of all envelopes can be read normally, the sequence numbers should match the numbers recorded without any missing numbers.
FIG. 9 is a flowchart for explaining the operation of the second embodiment of the present invention. This will be described with reference to FIG. First, the sequence number recording means 50c records the sequence numbers one by one on each RF tag attached to the envelope to be collectively read (S11). In step S12, it is determined whether or not the sequence numbers have been recorded in all the RF tags (S12). When the recording is completed (YES route in S12), the tag ID information and the sequence numbers are read by the reader /

As described above, the present embodiment measures the weight of articles to be read at once and prepares for batch reading while recording the measured value on each RF tag. When all the measured values have been recorded, all the envelopes are weighed at the same time as reading in units, and if the total measured value recorded on each RF tag matches the weight of all envelopes, the recorded information will be recorded. Means that there is no overwriting.
FIG. 11 is a flowchart for explaining the operation of the third embodiment of the present invention. This will be described with reference to FIG. First, the weight of the envelope is weighed and recorded by the weighing means 110 on each RF tag attached to the envelope that is collectively read by the weight recording means 50e, and is also recorded in the memory of the PC 50 (S21).

As described above, in this embodiment, the number of articles is determined in advance, and batch reading is performed in units of the number. Then, if the number of envelopes read by starting batch reading of envelopes matches the determined number, it is determined that the recorded information is not read out.
