Description

The present invention relates to a joint with no leakage of an adhesive that can be connected by rotating the hook by a desired angle and can be connected in a watertight manner.

A general saddle joint having a conventional rotating mechanism has a problem in that water leakage from the gap occurs when the waterproof packing sandwiched between the fitting portions of one joint member and the other joint member deteriorates.

In order to solve this problem, a joint for the purpose of increasing leakage prevention water has been proposed (Patent Document 1). This flange joint is an elbow joint, and a male fitting portion is formed at a connection port for inserting and connecting one flange, and this male fitting portion becomes a female fitting portion of the other curved pipe. The upper end opening is rotatably fitted. The male fitting portion is formed with a slide portion having a protrusion on the outer periphery of the tip, and an engaging portion to which an adhesive seal material is adhered, and on the back side of the upper end opening that becomes the female fitting portion. A protrusion is formed on the inner peripheral surface.

However, the above-mentioned elbow joint has a problem that it cannot be pushed in due to the adhesion of the adhesive seal material, or if it is pushed in force, the adhesive seal material is rolled up and cannot be enforced. Moreover, even if it can be carried out, if the adhesive force decreases due to the deterioration of the adhesive seal material, the upper end opening of the curved pipe falls off from the engagement portion of the male fitting portion and returns to the state before adhesion, There was also a problem that water leaked from between the upper end opening of the curved pipe.

Therefore, the present applicant, as a saddle joint that can solve the above-mentioned problem, a cylindrical portion of the upper joint member is rotatably fitted to the opening of the lower joint member, and a locking portion formed on the inner periphery of the opening is provided. In addition, a gutter joint configured to be engaged with either the first groove portion or the second groove portion formed in the cylindrical portion has been proposed (Patent Document 2).

Although the above-mentioned saddle joint can solve the problems of workability of the elbow joint of Patent Document 1 and problems such as water leakage due to deterioration of the adhesive seal material, the mating surface of the upper joint member and the lower joint member There was a problem that the adhesive overflowed from the surface, and the appearance was not good. The current housing situation tends to emphasize the exterior of the building in particular, so this problem cannot be overlooked.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-25690 JP 2004-3181 A

The present invention has been made to cope with the above-mentioned problems, and its object is to have good water leakage prevention, and the adhesive overflows from between the water joint member and the water joint member to impair the appearance. In addition, the present invention is to provide a saddle joint that can be used in a dry process and is easy to construct.

In order to solve the above-described problem, the saddle joint according to the present invention is a water joint in which a cylindrical portion is formed in a water joint member to which an end of one of the saddles is fitted, and an end of the other saddle is fitted. An open joint is formed in the joint member, and the cylindrical portion of the water joint member is rotatably fitted to the opening of the submerged joint member, the cylindrical portion including a small-diameter cylindrical portion on the distal end side, The large-diameter cylindrical portion on the base end side whose outer diameter is larger than the small-diameter cylindrical portion, and an engagement flange formed at the distal end of the small-diameter cylindrical portion, and the locking portion formed on the inner surface of the opening is the above It is characterized by being locked to the engaging collar.

In the saddle joint of the present invention, it is preferable that the plurality of locking portions are locking claws formed on the inner surface of the opening. Further, it is preferable that the length of the large-diameter cylindrical portion is equal to or longer than the length of the small-diameter cylindrical portion, and if the side surface and the distal end surface of the engagement flange portion are formed in a tapered surface, it is more preferable. preferable.

In the saddle joint of the present invention, the cylindrical portion of the water joint member and the opening of the water joint member are rotatably fitted, so that the angle between the one flange and the other flange can be freely changed. Then, the cylindrical portion of the water joint member includes a small-diameter cylindrical portion on the distal end side, a large-diameter cylindrical portion on the proximal end having a larger outer diameter than the small-diameter cylindrical portion, and an engagement flange formed on the distal end of the small-diameter cylindrical portion. Since the engagement portion formed on the inner surface of the opening of the submerged joint member is engaged with the engagement flange portion, it can be used dry without applying an adhesive. In addition, with the above-described configuration, the creeping distance between the water joint member and the water joint member (distance of the mating surface) is much longer than that of the conventional saddle joint, and the adhesive overflows from the mating surface to the outside. Since it can prevent taking out, the appearance is good. And it is easy to apply | coat an adhesive agent to the opening part inner surface of a submerged joint member.

In addition, a saddle joint having a plurality of locking claws as the locking portion formed on the inner surface of the opening of the submerged joint member can be easily and securely engaged with the engagement hook portion of the water joint member. Since it can be stopped, and separation is relatively easy, the water joint member and the water joint member are transported as a pair while being fitted to the site of operation, separated on site, and applied with adhesive. Convenient because it can.

And the flange joint formed so that the length of the large-diameter cylindrical portion of the water joint member is equal to or longer than the length of the small-diameter cylindrical portion is the same as the length of the large-diameter cylindrical portion is increased. Since the creepage distance (distance between the mating surfaces) between the member and the submerged joint member is increased, there is almost no adhesive leakage from the mating surface when the adhesive is applied, and the appearance of the building is not impaired, and the leak-proof water Also improves.

Furthermore, when the side surface and the front end surface of the engagement flange portion of the water joint member are formed into a tapered curved surface, when the cylindrical portion of the water joint member is fitted to the opening of the water joint member, Since the engaging collar is tapered, it can be smoothly inserted without great resistance.

Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

1 is a plan view of a flange joint according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a front view of the flange joint, FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 1, and FIG. FIG. 5 is a front view of a water joint member constituting the same joint, FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the water joint member, and FIG. 7 is a plan view of the water joint member constituting the same joint. 8 is a front view of the submerged joint member, and FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view of the submerged joint member.

As shown in FIG. 2, this saddle joint 1 is provided with an upper synthetic resin water joint member 2 and a lower synthetic resin water joint member 3, and FIG. 1, FIG. 4, FIG. As shown in FIG. 7, a cylindrical portion 4 is formed at the open bottom of the water joint member 2, and a circular opening 5 is formed at the top of the water joint member 3 as shown in FIGS. Has been. The cylindrical portion 4 of the water joint member 2 is rotatably fitted inside the opening 5 of the water joint member 3 as shown in FIGS.

As shown in FIG. 1, the water joint member 2 is formed in a substantially octagonal cylindrical shape, and the lower end portion of the upper octagon (not shown) of the substantially octagon corresponding thereto is the water joint member 2. It is fitted inside the upper receiving part of the slab and is watertightly bonded with an adhesive. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a circular cylindrical portion 4 is formed at the opened bottom portion of the water joint member 2.

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the cylindrical portion 4 has a circular small-diameter cylindrical portion 6 having a small outer diameter formed on the distal end side and an outer diameter larger than the small-diameter cylindrical portion 6 formed on the proximal end side. A large-diameter cylindrical portion 7 having a large diameter and an engaging flange portion 6 a formed at the tip of the small-diameter cylindrical portion 6. The length between the upper and lower sides of the large-diameter cylindrical part 7 is formed to be substantially equal to the length between the upper and lower sides of the small-diameter cylindrical part 6. As described above, the length between the upper and lower sides of the large-diameter cylindrical portion 7 is increased to the same extent as the length between the upper and lower sides of the small-diameter cylindrical portion 6, so that the water joint member 2 and the water joint member 3 are fitted. Since the creeping distance (distance of the mating surface) becomes long, the water joint member 2 and the water joint member 3 can be fitted without any backlash, and the adhesive overflows from the mating surface, resulting in poor appearance, It is possible to prevent water from leaking. In addition, you may make the length of the large diameter cylinder part 7 longer than the length of the small diameter cylinder part 6, In that case, said effect will become more remarkable.

The engagement flange portion 6a formed at the tip of the small-diameter cylindrical portion 6 of the cylindrical portion 4 is formed so that the side surface and the tip surface thereof are tapered, and is attached to the submerged joint member 3. When fitting, consideration is given so that the resistance with a locking claw 8 to be described later is small and can be smoothly fitted.

The submerged joint member 3 shown in FIGS. 7 to 9 is formed with a substantially octagonal outer tube portion 9 and a smaller substantially octagonal inner tube portion 10, and the outer tube portion 9 and the inner tube portion 10. An upper end portion of a lower octagon (not shown) of the substantially octagonal shape is fitted into the gap portion 11 and is watertightly bonded with an adhesive. And the lower end 10a of this inner cylinder part 10 is cut | disconnected diagonally, and when fitting a square hook, it is devised so that the inner cylinder part 10 can be easily inserted in a square hook. A circular opening 5 is formed on the upper side of the submerged joint member 3.

As shown in FIG. 7, four locking claws 8 are formed on the inner periphery of the opening 5 of the submerged joint member 3 so as to protrude inward at substantially 90 ° intervals. It is adapted to be engaged with an engaging collar portion 6a formed at the tip of the cylindrical portion 6. As shown in FIGS. 3, 4, and 9, since the upper end of the locking claw 8 is cut obliquely, when the engaging hook 6 a is pushed into the opening 5, the engaging claw 8 is engaged. The upper end of the pawl 8 can be locked relatively smoothly while being slidably in contact with the engagement flange 6a. In this embodiment, since the side surface and the front end surface of the engagement flange portion 6a are also tapered, they can be more smoothly inserted and securely locked. In addition, since the locking portions are not formed over the entire inner periphery of the opening 5 of the submerged joint member 3 and the locking claws 8 are provided at four positions at intervals of 90 °, the separation work becomes easy and effective. The water joint member and the water joint member can be easily separated at the site and the adhesive can be applied to improve work efficiency.

When the upper and lower hooks are connected using the hook joint 1 having the above-described configuration, that is, the water joint member 2 and the water joint member 3 are arranged vertically and there is no risk of water leakage from the fitting portion. In this case, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the engaging claw 8 of the submerged joint member 3 is engaged with the engaging collar portion 6 a of the water joint member 2, and the dry scissors that can rotate freely as in the prior art. It can be used as a saddle joint 1. As described above, the anchor joint 1 of the present invention is configured such that the water joint member 2 and the water joint member 3 are easily and reliably fitted by engaging the engaging claw 8 with the engaging flange portion 6a, and FIG. As shown in the above, since the creeping distance (distance between the mating surfaces) between the water joint member 2 and the water joint member 3 is long, there is no concern about water leakage even when used as a dry type without using an adhesive. In addition, when the wrinkles are disposed directly or diagonally, wet use using an adhesive is preferable.

Next, there is a possibility that the heel is disposed directly beside or obliquely to cause water leakage from the fitting portion between the water joint member 2 and the water joint member 3, or disposed vertically. Even if it is a case, when it is desired to carry out adhesive fitting, an adhesive agent is first apply | coated to the surface of the cylindrical part 4 of the water joint member 2 shown in FIG. 6, especially the small diameter cylindrical part 6 and the large diameter cylindrical part 7. Then, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the cylindrical portion 4 of the water joint member 2 is strongly pushed into the opening 5 of the water joint member 3, and the locking claw 8 on the inner periphery of the opening 5 is connected to the cylindrical portion 4. Is engaged with the engaging flange 6a. When the water joint member 2 and the water joint member 3 are bonded together in this way, the saddle joint 1 of the present invention has a creepage distance (distance between the mating surfaces) between the water joint member 2 and the water joint member 3, that is, the water joint. The mating surface of the large diameter cylindrical portion 7 of the cylindrical portion 4 of the member 2 and the opening portion 5 of the submerged joint member 3, and the lower surface 4 a around the cylindrical portion 4 of the water joint member 2 and the opening of the submerged joint member 3. Since the distance of the mating surface with the upper surface 5a around the portion 5 is sufficiently long, the adhesive does not overflow from the mating surfaces of the water joint member 2 and the water joint member 3, so that the appearance does not deteriorate. Of course, an adhesive may be applied to the inner peripheral surface of the opening 5 of the submerged joint member 3 so as to be fitted. If stronger adhesion is desired, the periphery of the cylindrical portion 4 of the water joint member 2 It is also possible to apply and fit the adhesive to the inner half of the upper surface 5a around the opening 5 of the underwater joint member 3 and the lower surface 4a.

As is clear from the above description, the saddle joint of the present invention can also be used in a dry manner, easy to perform construction such as angle adjustment and adhesive fitting, has high water leakage resistance, and the adhesive is used in the joint between the water joint member and the underwater. Since it does not overflow from the joint surface of the joint member, there is a remarkable effect that the beauty is not impaired.
