Abstract

【課題】 天井に直付け状態で取り付けられる照明器具の本体に火災警報器を装備可能とする。
【解決手段】 天井１に取り付ける本体２と、先端下面に火災警報器３が設けられ根元側が本体２の上面にねじ４などで着脱可能に取り付けられる金属製のアーム５とを備えた照明器具である。そうすると、天井１と本体２との間にほぼアーム５の厚さに相当するスペースを空けるだけで本体２を天井１に近接して取り付けでき、かつ、アーム５は本体２から分離できるため、輸送時の包装箱の容積を小型化しやすい。

Description

本発明は、火災警報器を設けた照明器具に関する。
天井と照明器具の間に火災警報器を収めたアダプタ型のユニットを設ける例は特許文献１で知られている。
実開平７−５２１６号公報
しかし、照明器具はコード吊り式に限定され、天井空間が狭くなりがちである。本発明はこのような解決すべき課題を鑑み、天井に直付け状態で取り付けられる照明器具の本体に火災警報器を装備可能としたものである。
本発明を要約すると、天井に取り付ける本体と、先端下面に火災警報器が設けられ根元側が本体の上面に着脱可能に取り付けられるアームとを備えた照明器具である。
本発明によれば、天井と照明器具の本体との間にほぼアームの厚さに相当するスペースを空けるだけで本体を天井に近接して取り付けでき、かつ、アームは本体から分離できるため、輸送時の包装箱の容積を小型化しやすい。
次に、本発明の実施形態を説明するが、それはあくまで本発明に基づいて採択された例示的な実施形態であり、本発明をその実施形態に特有な事項に基づいて限定解釈してはならず、本発明の技術的範囲は、特許請求の範囲の請求項に示した事項さらにはその事項と実質的に等価である事項に基づいて定めなければならない。
図示の実施形態は、天井１に取り付ける本体２と、先端下面に火災警報器３が設けられ根元側が本体２の上面にねじ４などで着脱可能に取り付けられる金属製のアーム５とを備えた照明器具である。そうすると、天井１と本体２との間にほぼアーム５の厚さに相当するスペースを空けるだけで本体２を天井１に近接して取り付けでき、かつ、アーム５は本体２から分離できるため、輸送時の包装箱の容積を小型化しやすい。
また、アーム５を本体２上面の一端側に取り付け、本体２上面の他端側には天井１に突っ張る突っ張り部材(スポンジパッキンなど)６を設けて本体２を水平安定化している。また、本体２の中央に天井１に当接可能な取付具７を追設して、本体２の取付状態をさらに安定化している。さらにまた、アーム５の少なくとも下面先端寄りにのみ樹脂カバー８を設け、本体２上面の外周側には樹脂カバー８の下面が当接する。これにより、アーム５は先端側がわずかに上がり勾配となるため、経年使用によるアーム５の垂れ下がりによる見栄え悪化を防止できる。なお、上がり勾配を微調整するためにアーム５の下面と本体２上面との間にワッシャー１５を入れてもよい。また、火災警報器３としては煙感知型や熱感知型がある。
さらに詳述すれば、取付具７の下部は本体２の上面中央凹部内においてビスなどで固定され、本体２は天井１に適宜手段で取り付ける。本体２の内部には点灯回路基板などが収められ、その出力はランプ９に対して図示されないソケットを介して供給されている。また、本体２の下面にはグローブ１０が取り付けられている。また、火災警報器３からの出力信号線１２先端のコネクタ１３は本体２の上面においてコネクタ１４と接続され、火災警報時にランプ９を点滅させるなども考慮している。
なお、火災警報器３は電池作動式のものが好ましく、火災警報器３を回転するなどの係止手段で着脱できるとよい。

Claims (4)

  1. 天井に取り付ける本体と、先端下面に火災警報器が設けられ根元側が本体の上面に着脱可能に取り付けられるアームとを備えた照明器具。
  2. 請求項１において、アームを本体上面の一端側に取り付け、本体上面の他端側には天井に突っ張る突っ張り部材を設けて本体を水平安定化した照明器具。
  3. 請求項２において、本体の中央に天井に当接可能な取付具を追設した照明器具。
  4. 請求項１において、アームの少なくとも下面先端寄りにのみ樹脂カバーを設け、本体上面の外周側には樹脂カバーの下面が当接する照明器具。
