Claims (16)
- 車輛用構造アッセンブリにおいて、
油圧成形されたチューブ状部材と、
前記チューブ状部材の少なくとも一部の周囲に配置されており且つ固定された少なくとも一つの外部強化体と
を備えた構造アッセンブリ。 - 請求項1に記載の構造アッセンブリにおいて、前記少なくとも一つの外部強化体は、前記チューブ状部材と一致した形状に形成される構造アッセンブリ。
- 請求項1に記載の構造アッセンブリにおいて、前記少なくとも一つの外部強化体は金属製である構造アッセンブリ。
- 請求項1に記載の構造アッセンブリにおいて、前記チューブ状部材と前記少なくとも一つの外部強化体は、一部品へと一体化されている構造アッセンブリ。
- 請求項1に記載の構造アッセンブリにおいて、前記チューブ状部材及び前記少なくとも一つの外部強化体は油圧成形中に膨張される構造アッセンブリ。
- 請求項1に記載の構造アッセンブリにおいて、前記少なくとも一つの外部強化体は、前記チューブ状部材の上面に配置された上強化体及び前記チューブ状部材の下面に配置された下強化体を備える構造アッセンブリ。
- 請求項1に記載の構造アッセンブリにおいて、前記少なくとも一つの外部強化体及び前記チューブ状部材は、接合され、油圧成形用の予備成形体を形成する構造アッセンブリ。
- 請求項1に記載の構造アッセンブリにおいて、前記チューブ状部材は全体に矩形の断面形状を有する構造アッセンブリ。
- 請求項1に記載の構造アッセンブリにおいて、前記チューブ状部材は金属製である構造アッセンブリ。
- 車輛用構造アッセンブリにおいて、
油圧成形されたチューブ状部材と、
前記チューブ状部材の上面に配置された上強化体及び前記チューブ状部材の下面に配置された下強化体と
を備え、
前記チューブ状部材と前記上強化体と前記下強化体は、油圧成形中に膨張させられて、一部品へと一体化される構造アッセンブリ。 - 車輛用構造アッセンブリの形成方法において、
チューブ状部材を提供する工程と、
少なくとも一つの外強化体を形成する工程と、
前記少なくとも一つの外強化体を前記チューブ状部材の表面上に配置する工程と、
前記少なくとも一つの外強化体を前記チューブ状部材に固定し、予備成形品である構造アッセンブリを形成する工程と
前記予備成形品である構造アッセンブリを油圧成形し、完成品である構造アッセンブリを形成する工程と
を含む方法。 - 請求項11に記載の方法において、前記チューブ状部材と形状が一致した前記少なくとも一つの外強化体を形成する工程を含む方法。
- 請求項11に記載の方法において、前記少なくとも一つの外強化体を形成する前記工程は、上強化体及び下強化体を提供する工程を含む方法。
- 請求項11に記載の方法において、前記配置する工程は、前記上強化体を前記チューブ状部材の上面に配置する工程と、前記下強化体を前記チューブ状部材の下面に配置する工程とを含む方法。
- 請求項11に記載の方法において、前記油圧成形する工程は、前記チューブ状部材と前記上強化体と前記下強化体とを一緒に油圧成形し、完成品である構造アッセンブリを形成する工程を含む方法。
- 車輛用構造アッセンブリの形成方法において、
チューブ状部材を提供する工程と、
少なくとも一つの外強化体を、前記チューブ状部材と一致した形状に形成する工程と、
前記少なくとも一つの外強化体を前記チューブ状部材の表面上に配置する工程と、
前記少なくとも一つの外強化体を前記チューブ状部材の表面に溶接することにより前記少なくとも一つの外強化体を前記チューブ状部材に固定する工程と
前記少なくとも一つの外強化体と前記チューブ状部材を一緒に油圧成形し、構造アッセンブリを形成する工程と
を含む方法。
