JP 2003-56779 A

A refrigerator provided with a recess for storing food in a partition wall between a conventional refrigerator compartment and a temperature zone above zero degrees, when the temperature of the storage case directly above the middle partition is set to a temperature of zero degrees or less, There was a problem that the temperature of the recess for storing food decreased, and foods such as eggs were frozen.

In addition, when a lid is provided in the food storage recess, the temperature in the food storage recess changes depending on whether the lid is opened or closed and whether or not there is a lid, making it difficult to control the temperature.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a refrigerator capable of controlling the temperature of a recess for storing food and ensuring an appropriate food storage temperature.

The refrigerator according to the present invention includes a refrigerator body having a refrigerator room in the upper stage and a temperature zone room of zero degrees or more in the lower stage, a pocket container provided inside the heat insulation door of the refrigerator room, a refrigerator room, and a temperature zone room of zero degrees or more. With the above configuration, the refrigerator according to the present invention can detect and control the temperature in the food storage recess, and thus has the effect of preserving the food in the food storage recess at an appropriate temperature.

Embodiment 1 FIG.
1 and 2 are diagrams showing Embodiment 1, FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view of a refrigerator, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view as seen from A of FIG.
In FIG. 1, a temperature zone chamber 2 of zero degrees or more is located below the refrigerator compartment 1, and the refrigerator compartment 1 and the temperature zone chamber 2 of zero degrees or more are partitioned by a partition wall 3. The front opening of the refrigerator compartment 1 is opened and closed by the heat insulating door 4. A pocket container 4a is provided at the lower part of the inside of the heat insulating door 4 and is engaged with the door inner plate.

The partition wall 3 below the pocket container 4a engaged with the heat insulating door 4 has a food storage recess 3a, and a temperature sensor 5 is disposed on the vertical wall of the food storage recess 3a.

A cooling chamber is provided at the back of the refrigerator at the back side of the temperature zone 2 at or above zero degrees, a cooler 6 is provided in the cooling chamber, and a blower fan 7 is disposed above the cooler 6. An air volume adjusting device 8 is provided in the air path to the refrigerator compartment 1 communicating with the cooling chamber. A slide chamber 9 having a slide case is provided in the lower stage of the refrigerator compartment 1, and a slide chamber sensor 10 is provided in the slide chamber 9. On the rear side of the refrigerator compartment, there is provided a control board 11 for controlling the air volume adjusting device 8, for example, by signals from the temperature sensor 5 of the food storage recess 3a, the slide chamber sensor 10 of the slide chamber 9, and the like.

In FIG. 2, the temperature sensor 5 is temporarily fixed to the bag shape 3 b of the partition wall 3 and pressed against the vertical wall side by the tape 12. Furthermore, the temperature sensor 5 is pressed against the partition wall thin portion 3c.

Next, the operation will be described.
In the refrigerator in which the food storage recess 3a is provided in the partition wall 3 between the refrigerating room 1 and the temperature zone room 2 at or above zero configured as described above, the cold air heat-exchanged by the cooler 6 is supplied to the blower fan 7. Is sent to the refrigerating chamber 1 side, and into the slide chamber 9, the control board 11 opens and closes the valve of the air volume adjusting device 8 according to the signal of the slide chamber sensor 10 to send cool air.

For example, when the set temperature in the slide chamber 9 is set to 0 ° C. or lower, the temperature in the food storage recess 3a may be excessively lowered. In this case, the control board 11 uses the signal from the temperature sensor 5 to Open and close the valve to adjust the amount of cool air.

As described above, even if the set temperature in the slide chamber 9 is set to 0 ° C. or lower and the temperature of the food storage recess 3a is too low, the valve of the air volume adjusting device 8 is opened and closed by the control board 11 by the signal of the temperature sensor 5. Since the amount of cold air is adjusted, the temperature of the food storage recess 3a can be controlled so as not to decrease too much, so that the stored food such as eggs is less likely to be frozen.

Moreover, since the temperature sensor 5 is pressed against the vertical wall side (partition wall thin-walled portion 3c) of the partition wall 3 by the tape 12, it is easy to detect the temperature in the recess 3a for storing food.

Furthermore, by positioning the temperature sensor 5 on the thin partition wall portion 3c, it becomes easier to detect the temperature in the food storage recess 3a.

Embodiment 2. FIG.
FIG. 3 is a diagram showing the second embodiment and is a partial longitudinal sectional view of the refrigerator.
As shown in FIG. 3, a lid 13 that closes the upper surface opening of the food storage recess 3 a is provided, and the upper surface of the partition wall 3 is slid in the B direction to open and close the lid 13.

When the temperature in the slide chamber 9 is set to 0 ° C. or lower, the temperature in the food storage recess 3 a is adjusted to an appropriate temperature of about 3 ° C. when the lid 13 is closed. When the lid 13 is removed, the temperature becomes lower than the adjusted temperature, and the food in the food storage recess 3a may be too cold or frozen.

By providing the temperature sensor 5 that detects the temperature of the food storage recess 3a, the temperature in the food storage recess 3a can be controlled regardless of whether the lid 13 is open or closed.

Embodiment 3 FIG.
4 and 5 are diagrams showing the third embodiment, and are partial longitudinal sectional views of the refrigerator.
As shown in FIG. 4, the convex shape 14a is provided in the back side of the bottom face of the slide case 14 which accommodates the foodstuff in the slide chamber 9. As shown in FIG. A handle portion 14 b is provided on the front surface of the slide case 14.

In FIG. 4, the lid 13 that closes the top opening of the food storage recess 3 a is in an open state. However, when the handle 14 b on the front surface of the slide case 14 is pulled out, the convex shape 14 a becomes the lid 13. It has a structure in which it is hooked on the rear part and the lid 13 is moved to a position where the upper surface of the food storage recess 3a is closed (see FIG. 5).

Thus, when the temperature in the food storage recess 3a is adjusted with the lid 13 closed, the lid 13 is returned to the closed state every time the slide case 14 is pulled out even when the lid 13 is opened. Therefore, the state in which the lid 13 is opened can be shortened as much as possible, and the temperature change in the food storage recess 3a can be minimized.

In addition, when the lid 13 is in a closed state, it is possible to prevent adhesion of bacteria and the like in the food storage recess 3a and drying.

Embodiment 4 FIG.
6 and 7 are diagrams showing the fourth embodiment, and are partial longitudinal sectional views of the refrigerator.
As shown in FIG. 6, a heat retaining heater 15 is provided on the back side of the bottom surface 3d of the food storing recess 3a, and the bottom surface of the partition wall 3 is prevented from touching from the temperature zone chamber 2 side of zero degrees or more. The component 3e covers the lower side of the heat retaining heater 15.

When the temperature of the food storage recess 3a is too low, the temperature sensor 5 detects the temperature in the food storage recess 3a and energizes the heat retaining heater 15 to increase the temperature of the food storage recess 3a. On the other hand, when the temperature in the food storage recess 3a is excessively increased by the heat retaining heater 15, the temperature sensor 5 detects the temperature in the food storage recess 3a and turns off the heat retaining heater 15 to turn off the food storage recess 3a. Reduce the temperature inside.

As a result, the temperature inside the food storage recess 3a can be controlled to a more stable temperature. Furthermore, the temperature sensor 5 can sensitively detect the temperature of the heat retaining heater 15 by bringing the end face portion 15 a of the heat retaining heater 15 closer to the temperature sensor 5.

As shown in FIG. 7, the present embodiment can also be applied to those provided with a lid 13 that closes the upper surface opening of the food storing recess 3 a, and has the same effects as described above.

Embodiment 5. FIG.
8 and 9 are diagrams showing the fifth embodiment, and are partial longitudinal sectional views of the refrigerator.
As shown in FIG. 8, the storage container 16 is provided inside the food storage recess 3a.

When the temperature of the heat retaining heater 15 is increased, the temperature of the bottom surface 3d of the food storage recess 3a is also increased. . When food is put in the storage container 16, even when the temperature of the bottom surface 3d of the food storage recess 3a is increased, the distance from the heat retaining heater 15 is increased and the temperature becomes difficult to be transmitted because it is a separate part. There is less risk of food temperature rising.

Further, since the storage container 16 can be easily removed from the food storage recess 3 a of the partition wall 3, even when spilled food or the like is spilled into the storage container 16, it can be removed and cleaned.

As shown in FIG. 9, this embodiment can also be applied to a device provided with a lid 13 that closes the upper surface opening of the food storing recess 3a, and has the same effect as described above.

Embodiment 6 FIG.
FIGS. 10 and 11 are views showing the sixth embodiment, and are sectional views in the vicinity of a recess for storing food.
As shown in FIG. 10, the temperature sensor 5 that detects the temperature in the food storage recess 3 a is attached to another piece 17 that can be separated upward from the partition wall 3.

As shown in FIG. 11, the temperature sensor 5 for detecting the temperature in the food storage recess 3 a is attached to another piece 18 that can be separated downward from the partition wall 3.

Thereby, when exchanging parts of the temperature sensor 5, the separate piece 17 or the separate piece 18 can be removed and replaced. Moreover, it can also be confirmed whether the temperature sensor 5 is attached so that the temperature of the food storage recessed part 3a can be detected reliably by removing the separate piece 17 or the separate piece 18.

The removal work is better when the separate piece 18 is removed from above as shown in FIG. 10, and when the separate piece 18 is removed from below as shown in FIG. 11, there is no cut of parts in the recess 3a for food storage. There is no risk of intrusion of food juice.

Embodiment 7 FIG.
12-14 is a figure which shows Embodiment 7, and is a front view of a refrigerator.
As shown in FIG. 12, the refrigerator compartment 1 has a structure in which the front opening of the refrigerator compartment 1 is closed by the refrigerator compartment door right 4b and the refrigerator compartment door left 4c, and the refrigerator compartment door right 4b and the refrigerator compartment door left 4c is the specification which opens from the center side centering on the outer side of the refrigerator compartment 1, respectively.

As shown in FIG. 12, the food storage recess 3a can be looked over when the right side of the refrigerator compartment door is open, so that the food can be removed from the food storage recess 3a with only one side door (the refrigerator compartment door right 4b) opened. The heat exchange between the cold air in the refrigerator compartment 1 and the outside air can be prevented.

Although the food storage recess 3a is on the right side in FIG. 12, it can also be positioned on the left side as shown in FIG.

Moreover, as shown in FIG. 14, the food storage recessed part 3a can also be provided in two places on right and left.

Further, when the food storage recesses 3a are provided at the two left and right locations, a specification for storing a water supply tank on one side instead of the food storage recesses 3a can be considered.

Embodiment 8 FIG.
15-17 is a figure which shows Embodiment 8, and is a fragmentary longitudinal cross-sectional view of a refrigerator.
As shown in the drawing, a temperature zone chamber 19 of zero degrees or less is provided below the refrigerator compartment 1, and a heat insulating portion 3f is provided below the food storage recess 3a.

As shown in FIG. 15, by providing the heat insulating portion 3f below the food storage recess 3a, the temperature of the food storage recess 3a can be controlled without being affected by the temperature from the temperature zone chamber 19 below zero degrees. .

Moreover, as shown in FIG. 16, in addition to the heat insulating portion 3f, the temperature control can be made more accurate by providing a heat retaining heater 15 on the back side of the bottom surface of the food storing recess 3a.

Moreover, as shown in FIG. 17, in addition to the structure of FIG. 16, you may provide the storage container 16 in the recessed part 3a for food storage.
