Description

The present invention is a spigot that protrudes at a pouring position of a liquid paper container for storing liquid contents of food and non-food, and an illegal tamper-resistant cap with a sealing ring is screwed onto a spout. The present invention relates to a stopper plug with an opening prevention sealing ring.

Conventionally, in order to prevent unauthorized opening of containers that store liquid contents in the distribution process or in stores, it is possible to prevent unauthorized opening by screwing into the spout of the container as a cap that can be clearly recognized as being opened. A cap with a sealing ring was used. This cap with tamper-evident sealing ring connects a tamper-evident sealing ring provided with a locking flap or a locking ratchet on the inner peripheral surface with a plurality of fragile bridges that can be broken at the lower end of the peripheral wall of the cap body. When the cap body is rotated in the screwing direction in order to open the container, the locking flap or the locking ratchet of the tamper-evident sealing ring and the locking ring provided below the male screw of the spout part of the container or The brittle bridge was broken by the engaging action with the ratchet, the cap body and the tamper-evident sealing ring were separated, and the tamper-evident sealing ring remained at the spout portion of the container. The separation between the cap body and the tamper-evident sealing ring can be recognized from the appearance even if the cap spout is re-sealed with the cap body. It was useful as a preventive measure. By the way, recently, when a used container is disposed of, it has been separated and collected for each material. When the material of the container and the cap is different, it is necessary to remove the tamper-evident sealing ring remaining at the spout part of the container from the spout part. Many countermeasures and inventions have been made as countermeasures. For example, a TE band (tamper-evidence band) (a tamper-evident sealing ring in the present invention) of a cap described in Patent Document 1 is used as a container. In order to be able to remove the TE band remaining at the outlet, the TE band is formed with a break permitting means including a vertical slit with an upward opening and a thin bridge provided at the lower end of the slit. The pilfer-proof band of the cap described in (a tamper-resistant sealing ring in the present invention) is formed with a breaking means comprising a vertical score (cut line) and a breakable residual portion at the lower end of the score. This pilfer-proof band is broken at the same time as the cap is opened, and the cap body is screwed off. Was achieved, it can be removed from the spout of the container. In addition, among the multiple brittle bridges that connect the cap body and the tamper-evident sealing ring, one of the brittle bridges is made to be a strengthened brittle bridge that is stronger than the other bridges, and the cap body is screwed to open the container. When rotated in the disengagement direction, the locking flap or locking ratchet of the tamper-evident sealing ring and the locking ring or ratchet provided below the male screw at the outlet of the container will cause an engagement other than the reinforced brittle bridge In some cases, the brittle bridge was broken and the sealing ring separated from the spout portion of the container while the sealing ring was hung from the cap body while being connected by the reinforced brittle bridge. When the sealing ring hung from the cap body was grasped with a finger and pulled, the reinforced brittle bridge was broken and separated from the cap body.
JP 2003-54597 A JP 2002-326654 A

However, the above-described conventional cap with a tamper-evident sealing ring is such that after any cap is opened, the sealing ring is separated from the spout part of the container or the cap body, and the cap is left as it is. When a normal cap is screwed to the spout of the container, or a cap with a tamper-evident sealing ring is screwed to the general outlet, Is difficult to discriminate, and therefore it has not been possible for ordinary consumers to determine whether a container has been tampered with or not tampered with.

The present invention solves the problems of the conventional cap with a tamper-evident sealing ring described above, and the cap is tampered with a spigot that screws the cap with a tamper-evident sealing ring onto a spout. It is an object of the present invention to provide a plug with a tamper-evident sealing ring that can be recognized by ordinary consumers even if it is re-sealed later.

That is, the first invention of the present invention comprises a spout tool projecting at a pouring position of a liquid paper container and a cap with a tamper-evident seal ring that is screwed to the spout tool, and is a tamper-resistant seal. A cap with a ring suspends a square opening recognition tongue at one location on the lower end of the peripheral wall of the cap body, and an opening recognition tongue is attached to the right lower end of the opening recognition tongue via a reinforced brittle bridge. The main body of the cap is connected to the left side of the shape piece with a tamper-evident sealing ring that reaches a nearby position with a gap, and a plurality of circumferential positions on the upper surface of the tamper-evident prevention sealing ring through weak brittle bridges. It is a spigot with a tamper-evident sealing ring characterized in that it is connected to the lower surface of the peripheral wall.

Next, a second invention of the present invention is provided with a locking ring below the male screw of the spout cylinder of the spout tool, and is related to the locking ring of the spout tool on the inner peripheral surface of the tamper-evident sealing ring. A tapping flap with a tamper-evident seal ring according to the first aspect of the present invention, wherein a locking flap is provided.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, a locking ratchet is provided below the external thread of the spout cylinder of the spout tool, and is engaged with the locking ratchet of the spout tool on the inner peripheral surface of the tamper-evident sealing ring. A tapping ratchet with a tamper-evident sealing ring according to the first aspect of the present invention is provided.

When the cap body is rotated in the unscrewing direction in order to open the liquid paper container in which the cap with a tamper-evident sealing ring of the present invention protrudes at the dispensing position, the male thread of the dispensing cylinder of the spout tool is opened. The lower surface of the peripheral wall and the tamper-evident-preventing seal are brought about by the engaging action of the locking ring or the latching ratchet provided below and the engaging flap or the latching ratchet provided on the inner peripheral surface of the tamper-resistant sealing ring. The brittle bridge that connects the upper surface of the ring in the circumferential direction at a plurality of locations is broken. When the cap body in this state is screwed onto the spout and the container is resealed, the fragile bridge is broken even if the cap body has a tamper-evident sealing ring, so the container has already been opened. You can recognize what has been done. Furthermore, the cap body with the tamper-evident sealing ring is removed from the spout and the tamper-evident seal that is connected to the lower right end of the opening-recognizing tongue-like piece suspended from the lower end of the peripheral wall of the cap body via a reinforced brittle bridge. As shown in FIG. 4, when the ring is grasped with a finger and pulled to break the reinforced brittle bridge and the sealing ring is removed from the cap body, the cap body is screwed onto the spout and the container is resealed. Furthermore, since there are no tamper-evident sealing rings on both sides of the opening-recognizing tongue-like piece (121), it can be clearly recognized that the container has already been opened.

Next, an embodiment of the mouthpiece with a tamper-evident sealing ring of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a front view of a mouth plug with a tamper-evident seal ring according to the present embodiment, and FIG. 2 (a) is a front view of a cap with a tamper-evident seal ring according to the present embodiment. ) Is a bottom view thereof. FIG. 3 shows that the tamper-evident sealing ring that is broken and separated from the lower surface of the peripheral wall of the cap body when the cap is screwed off from the spout is connected to the lower right end of the opening-recognition tongue piece of the cap body by a reinforced weak bridge. 4 is an explanatory view showing a state where the reinforced brittle bridge is broken and the tamper-evident seal ring is separated from the cap body, and then the cap body is screwed to the spout and resealed. It is explanatory drawing which shows a state.

As shown in FIG. 1, the spigot with a tamper-evident sealing ring (10) of the present embodiment is formed by screwing a cap (20) with a tamper-evident sealing ring onto a spout tool (300). For example, the stopper is formed in the stopper mounting hole (31) of the top inclined plate of the prismatic gabled roof type liquid paper container (30) and the annular pedestal (310) of the spout tool (300) and the extraction cylinder. (320) is projected, and the upper surface of the flange (330) of the spout tool is attached to the inner surface of the container by heat fusion. The cap with a tamper-evident sealing ring is manufactured by an injection molding method using a thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene whose fragile portion can be broken. The spout portion is also made by an injection molding method using a thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene suitable for the application.

As shown in FIG. 2A, the structure of the cap with tamper-evident sealing ring (20) of this embodiment is a rectangular opening recognition tongue at one position on the lower end of the peripheral wall (120) of the cap body (100). A strip (121) is suspended, and a gap (124) is formed on the left side of the opening recognition tongue-like piece via a narrow and thin reinforcing brittle bridge (123) at the lower right end of the opening recognition tongue-like piece. ) To connect the tamper-evident sealing ring (200) to the nearby position, and connect the weak brittle bridge (122) that is thinner and thinner than the reinforced brittle bridge at multiple locations on the upper surface of the tamper-resistant sealing ring. It connects to the lower surface of the surrounding wall of a cap main body. In addition, normally, an inner sealing ring, a contact sealing ring, or the like for sealing the spout tube of the spout tool is suspended from the lower surface of the top plate (110). In order to make it easy to rotate the cap with a capping machine or a finger, a vertical knurled eye is provided, and a female screw with a spout tool is provided on the inner peripheral surface. Further, as shown in FIG. 2B, a plurality of locking flaps (210) are provided on the inner peripheral surface of the tamper-evident sealing ring in the circumferential direction.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the structure of the spout tool (300) of this embodiment is provided with a flange (330) for heat-sealing the inner surface and the upper surface of the container at the lower end of the outer periphery, and on the outer peripheral surface of the upper end. On the annular pedestal portion (310) having four temporary fixing projections (311) at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, a locking ring of a male screw with a cap on the outer peripheral surface and a tamper-evident sealing ring below the male screw A pouring tube (320) is provided upright.

In the liquid paper container in which the cap with the tamper-evident sealing ring of the present embodiment protrudes at the dispensing position, when the cap body is rotated in the screwing direction, the lower surface of the peripheral wall and the upper surface of the tamper-evident sealing ring are circumferential. When the fragile bridge connecting to a plurality of locations is broken, and the cap body is further rotated in the screwing direction and removed from the spout tube of the spout tool, the tamper-evident sealing ring (200) is as shown in FIG. Since there is a gap (124) on the left side of the opening recognition tongue (121) of the cap body (100) and there is no connection, as shown in FIG. 3, the right side of the opening recognition tongue (121). It comes off together with the cap body (100) in a state where it is connected by the strengthening brittle bridge (123) at the lower end of the cap. When this tamper-evident sealing ring is grasped with a finger and pulled, the fragile brittle bridge at the lower right end of the opening-recognizing tongue-shaped piece is broken and separated from the cap body. And when resealing a container, as shown in FIG. 4, only the cap main body (100) is screwed by the extraction pipe | tube (320) of a spout tool (200).

It is a front view of the spigot with an unauthorized opening prevention sealing ring of one embodiment of the present invention.
