Description

The present invention relates to a dog holding device capable of restraining movement of a dog, and more particularly, for example, a small dog (eg, Chihuahua, Pomeranian, and Toy Poodle), a small dog (eg, Maltese, Seeds, Yorkshire Terrier). , And miniature dachshund), and medium-sized dogs (eg, Shiba Inu, Bulldog, and Beagle), shampooing, drying, hair blowing, cutting, or brushing, brushing (tooth care), clothes (eg, sweaters) The present invention relates to a dog holding device that can be used for wearing and also for discipline.

Conventionally, when the dog is cared for, for example, shampooing, hair blowing, cutting, or brushing, the dog moves around, so it is necessary to perform the caring with the other hand while stopping the dog's movement with one hand, It was difficult to care for.
Then, as what is used for drying hair, for example, Patent Document 1 discloses a dryer that can be used by a person performing care to freely use both hands to dry dog hair after shampooing. .
This dryer includes a holder that is fixed to a table, a telescopic stand that is detachably attached to the holder, and a dryer that is swingably attached to the top of the stand.

2)Registered Utility Model No. 3091166 (FIGS. 1 and 2)

However, even if the caregiver can use both hands, it is difficult to completely stop the dog's movement, and drying takes time. In addition, since the movement of the dryer is limited, for example, it is difficult to dry the hair of the dog's abdomen, the foot-legging part, and the lower neck part.
In particular, dogs with intense temper may bite when handling their ears and tail, for example, and are difficult to care for.
Furthermore, this device is used only for drying hair and cannot be applied to other general cares such as shampooing, cutting and brushing.

The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and can easily stop the movement of a dog. A stopper member 36 is provided in the middle of the rotary shaft 33, that is, above the upper plate 29 so that the pinion portion 30 does not move up and down with respect to the upper plate 29 of the forefoot placement portion 14a.

On the other hand, the rack portion 32 is provided on the upper plate 31 of the connecting portion 21a on the inner side wall 38 of the long hole 37 formed in the center in the width direction of the connecting portion 21a and extending in the longitudinal direction of the connecting portion 21a. ing.
With this configuration, the pinion portion 30 is moved relatively to the front side of the rack portion 32 (left side in FIG. 4A) by turning the handle 35 clockwise, and the total length of the mounting table 16a is reduced. Can be longer. Further, by rotating the handle 35 counterclockwise, the pinion part 30 is moved relatively to the rear side (right side in FIG. 4A) of the rack part 32, and the overall length of the mounting table 16a can be made shorter than the current state.
Thereby, for example, even elderly people and women can easily adjust the length of the mounting table 16a.

The lower portion of the outer cylindrical column 41 is gradually reduced in diameter toward the lower side, and this portion is erected by being inserted into a hole 43 a formed in the upper plate 43 of the rear foot placement portion 15. It should be noted that a female screw portion can be formed on the upper plate of the rear foot placement portion, and a male screw portion can be formed on the lower portion of the outer cylindrical column, which can be fixed by screwing or can be folded.

In the upper part of both sides of the outer cylindrical column 41, an inverted L-shape is formed to adjust the height position of the elevating column 42, and the lower side thereof is gradually lowered outward by an angle α (for example, 10 degrees or more). Open stopper portions 44 are provided respectively (about 40 degrees or less). The stopper portion 44 is provided with a rotating shaft 45 at the center in the height direction, and both ends of the rotating shaft 45 are attached to a pair of fixed portions 46 attached to the outer cylindrical column 41. . Further, the upper end portion of the stopper portion 44 penetrates through a through hole 47 provided in the outer cylindrical column 41 and can be inserted into a large number of concave portions 48 provided on both sides of the elevating column 42 in the height direction. ing. On the other hand, an operation lever 49 is provided below the stopper portion 44, and an elastic body 50 made of metal having an inverted U shape is attached between the outer cylindrical column 41 and the operation lever 49. Yes. Thereby, in a free state, the upper end part of the stopper part 44 maintains the state which entered into the recessed part 48 of the raising / lowering column 42. FIG.
The stopper portion 44, the rotation shaft 45, the fixed portion 46, the through hole 47, the numerous recesses 48, and the elastic body 50 constitute a mechanism capable of adjusting the height.

As described above, the trunk support column 40 and the neck support column 39 having substantially the same configuration as the trunk support column 40 are each provided with a mechanism capable of adjusting the height. In this case, a person presses the two operation levers 49 so that the stopper 44 is rotated about the rotation shaft 45, and the upper end of the stopper 44 is removed from the recess 48 of the lifting column 42 to move up and down. The column 42 is moved up and down to a target height position. Then, after the position is determined, the elastic body 50 attempts to return to the original state by stopping the pressing of the operation lever 49 and the stopper portion 44 rotates about the rotation shaft 45. Thus, the upper end portion is fitted into the recess 48 of the elevating column 42. Thereby, the relative position of the outer cylindrical column 41 and the elevating column 42 is always fixed.

At the upper end of the lifting column 42 of the torso support column 40, a torso receiving portion 51 for supporting the abdomen side tapping portion 19 of the hind paw 13 of the dog 11 is provided.
Since the trunk diameter varies depending on the type of dog and the body shape of the dog, the trunk receiving portion 51 is made of, for example, aluminum, an aluminum alloy, or a similar metal, which is easy to bend, and its shape is viewed from the front. It is arcuate (including elliptical arc). In addition, when the trunk | drum receiving part is comprised with a metal, it is preferable to cover the surface with the plastic which has a cloth or a softness | flexibility, for example. Moreover, it is also possible to comprise the trunk receiving part itself with, for example, plastic or rubber that is easy to bend.
The height position of the upper end of the torso receiving part 51 is preferably substantially the center position in the vertical direction of the torso part 52 of the dog 11, and the bottom part of the torso receiving part 51 has a urethra portion of a male dog. The groove part 53 which can arrange | position is provided.

As described above, the trunk receiving portion 51 is fixedly attached to the upper portion of the trunk supporting column 40. As shown in FIGS. 1, 6A, and 6B, the neck supporting column 39 is provided. The neck receiving portion 55 that is provided at the upper end portion of the elevating column 54 and supports the lower side of the neck portion 17 of the dog 11 is provided on the neck supporting column 39 via the bearing portion 55a so that the angle can be adjusted. The neck receiving portion 55 is made of the same material as that of the trunk receiving portion 51, and the height of the upper end of the neck receiving portion 55 is substantially half the position of the neck portion 17 of the dog 11.

The bearing portion 55 a includes a fixed portion 56 that is formed in a concave shape when viewed from the front and provided at the upper end portion of the elevating column 54 of the neck support column 39, and a front view that is provided at the proximal end portion of the neck receiving portion 55. Thus, the rotating portion 57 has a reverse convex shape, and the rotating portion 57 is disposed in the concave portion of the fixed portion 56. In addition, a bolt 58 is fitted into a portion where the fixing portion 56 and the rotating portion 57 overlap with each other when viewed from the side, and the angular position can be fixed with a wing nut 59 attached to the tip of the bolt 58. ing.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 5 (A), and 5 (B), the torso receiving part 51 is provided with a torso band member 60 for fixing the torso part 52 of the dog 11 to the torso receiving part 51. .
As shown in FIGS. 7A to 7C, the trunk band member 60 has two bands 61 and 62, and one side end of each of the bands 61 and 62 is a trunk receiver 51. It is attached to the upper end part. The bands 61 and 62 are made of, for example, hard rubber or vinyl material. Further, the width is preferably narrow (for example, about 3 mm or more and 10 mm or less) in order to increase the portion to be brushed.

One band 61 has an elliptical cross section, and a plurality of positioning grooves 63 are formed at a predetermined pitch over the longitudinal direction of the band 61. The positioning groove 63 has a circular shape with a notch formed in the upper part when viewed from the front. The other band 62 has a band shape, and a ring 64 into which the band 61 can be inserted and an operation unit 65 having both sides of the ring 64 as rotation centers are attached to the end of the band 62. Yes.

With this configuration, when the torso band member 60 is attached to the dog 11, first, the end portion of the band 61 is inserted into the ring 64 of the band 62, and then the operation portion 65 is directed to the positioning groove 63. The fixed portion 65 a having a circular cross section of the operation portion 65 is fitted into the positioning groove 63. At this time, since the diameter of the fixing portion 65a is smaller than the maximum inner diameter of the positioning groove 63 and larger than the notch portion, the fixing portion 65a that has entered the positioning groove 63 is prevented from being detached from the positioning groove 63. it can.
Further, when removing the torso band member 60 from the dog 11, the fixing portion 65 a of the operation portion 65 is rotated and removed in the direction to remove from the positioning groove 63, and then the end portion of the band 61 is attached to the ring 64 of the band 62. Pull out from inside.

Further, as shown in FIG. 8, it is possible to provide a trunk band member 66, which is a modified example, in the trunk receiving portion 51.
The trunk band member 66 has two bands 67 and 68, and one end of each of the bands 67 and 68 is attached to the upper end of the trunk receiver 51. The bands 67 and 68 are also made of, for example, hard rubber or vinyl material. One band 67 has an elliptical cross section. The other band 68 has a band shape, and has a groove-shaped fixing portion 69 into which the band 67 can be inserted and a clip member 70 provided on the fixing portion 69 at the end thereof. .

The clip member 70 includes a pressing portion 71 and an operation portion 72 whose base portion is rotatably mounted in a fixed portion 69. The operation unit 72 is a conventionally known unit that includes a claw portion 74 for bending the pressing portion 71 by pressing the back portion of the pressing portion 71 and pressing a plurality of protrusions 73 provided on the front side of the pressing portion 71 against the band 67. Is. Note that an elastic metal plate 75 is disposed between the pressing portion 71 and the operation portion 72 in order to sufficiently exhibit this elastic pressing effect.
A protrusion 77 is also provided on the upper portion of the attachment portion 76 for attaching the fixing portion 69 to the band 68 to prevent the band 67 from moving relative to the band 68 after fixing.

Each of the above-described trunk band members 60 and 66 and the neck band member 78 having substantially the same configuration as this have good operability. Can be easily removed.
Further, as described above, since the lengths of the trunk band members 60 and 66 and the neck band member 78 can be easily changed, they can be used for dogs of various body types (for example, obese dogs). it can.
The body band member is composed of two belt-like bands, and a surface fastener is attached to the abutting portions of both end portions, or a length adjusting means attached to a conventionally known belt may be attached. Is possible. Further, the band member for the body is composed of a single band-like band, one end of which is attached to one side of each receiving part, a hook is attached to the other end of the band, and this hook is attached to the other side of each receiving part. It is also possible to have a detachable configuration.

As shown in FIG. 1, leg portions 79 that support the mounting table 16 at a predetermined height, for example, 10 cm or more and 50 cm or less, preferably 10 cm or more and 30 cm or less, are provided at the lower corners of the mounting table 16.
Each of the legs 79 can be inserted into the mounting table 16 and can be attached and detached. However, as shown in FIG. 9, the legs 80 can be folded toward the center of the mounting table 16. It is also possible to adopt a simple configuration.
Here, a wheel 81 with a stopper can be attached to the leg portion 80. In addition, as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 9, a wheel 81 with a stopper that enables the mounting table 16 to be moved may be provided directly below the mounting table 16.

Then, the usage method of the dog holding | maintenance apparatus 10 which concerns on this Embodiment is demonstrated, referring FIG.
First, the wing nut 27 of the telescopic mechanism is loosened, and the relative positions of the front foot placement unit 14 and the rear foot placement unit 15 are adjusted according to the length of the dog 11. And after determining the full length of the mounting base 16, the butterfly nut 27 is tightened and the position is fixed. When the mounting table 16a provided with the length adjusting means 28 shown in FIG. 3 is used, the handle 35 is turned to adjust the overall length of the mounting table 16a, and the butternut 27 is tightened and fixed.
Then, in order to adjust the height position of the mounting table 16 to a position where it is easy to work, the leg portions 79 are attached to the lower corners of the mounting table 16 as necessary. In addition, when it is known in advance that the mounting table 16 is moved, it is preferable to attach the wheels 81 to the mounting table 16.

Next, after placing the dog 11 on the placing table 16, the rear position 13 of the dog 11 standing with four legs is finally placed at the height position of the trunk receiving portion 51 of the trunk support column 40. The position is adjusted so that it does not place a burden on the belly of the dog 11. Then, the torso 52 of the dog 11 is fixed on the torso receiving part 51 by using the torso band member 60.
Also, the height position of the neck support column 39 is adjusted according to the height position of the neck portion 17 of the dog 11 standing using four legs. As for the neck receiving portion 55, the neck 17 of the dog 11 is positioned relative to the neck support column 39 so that the angle of the neck 17 of the dog 11 becomes a natural body, that is, so that the dog 11 can be walked while wearing a collar. The angle of the neck receiving portion 55 is adjusted. Then, the neck portion 17 of the dog 11 is fixed on the neck receiving portion 55 using the neck band member 78.
The height of the neck support column 39 and the trunk support column 40 can be adjusted after the neck 17 and the trunk 52 of the dog 11 are fixed.

In this way, by placing the dog 11 on the mounting table 16 and stopping its movement, for example, shampooing, drying, hair blowing, cutting, brushing, cleaning the ears, around the eyes, or washing the feet on the walk Can be easily performed with both hands. In particular, during shampooing, the dog 11 can be prevented from escaping and can gradually become water.
A person who cares for a dog can use both hands freely, which makes the maintenance work easier.
For example, a dog with intense temper may be bitten when the ear and tail are handled, but since a person performing care can use both hands, the dog can be cared for with one hand. Here, by repeatedly fixing the dog 11 to the dog holding device 10, the dog 11 becomes quiet and disciplined.

In the case of care and training, the height of the neck support column 39 and the trunk support column 40 and the angle of the neck receiving portion 55 with respect to the neck support column 39 are adjusted as necessary during work.
Then, after the maintenance of the dog 11 is finished, the clothes can be worn on the dog 11 as necessary. Thereby, the operation for causing the dog 11 to wear clothes, for example, the threading of the clothes on the front legs 12 of the dog 11 and the attachment of the buttons of the clothes after the sleeves are facilitated.
After the maintenance of the dog 11 is completed, the neck band member 78 and the torso band member 60 are removed, and the dog 11 is lowered from the mounting table 16.
In this way, by using the dog holding device 10, the dog 11 can be cared for everywhere while putting love on it, and it is not necessary to go to the beauty salon frequently. For example, shampooing twice a month is economical because you can easily do it once. Also, you can easily attach the ribbon that you wear to your ears.
