図４は図３に示すトナーボトル管理システムの動作フロー図である。ネットワーク上の画像形成装置１２を管理サーバ１１に登録する（Ｓ１）。登録された画像形成装置１２のトナー使用状況の記録を開始する（Ｓ２）。画像形成装置１２にトナーボトルの利用制限情報を設定する（Ｓ３）。
