Abstract
【解決手段】 磁力計1において、ピエゾポジショナー5、試料13、試料棒15、検出コイル17、19等は、冷却容器3内部に配置されている。ピエゾポジショナー5は圧電素子を備えており、コントローラ7により所定の電気信号を印加され試料棒15を介して試料13を所定の方向に向ける。また、所定の鋸波を印加されて所定の振動を試料13に与える。検出コイル17、19は、コイル軸部の空間を試料13が往復振動することで生ずる磁束密度の変化を、電気信号として検出する。測定装置25は、検出コイル17、19が検出した電気信号に所定の較正を行って試料13の磁化を算出する。磁力計1によれば外部温度、外部磁場が変化しても磁気測定が可能である。

Claims (5)
- 印加電圧に応じて伸縮する圧電素子と、
磁束密度の変化を検出する検出コイルと、
前記圧電素子の伸縮を試料または前記検出コイルの少なくとも一方に伝えて前記試料を前記検出コイルに対して相対的に移動または振動させる振動伝達手段と、
前記検出コイルが検出した、前記試料を前記検出コイルに対し相対的に移動または振動させることで生ずる磁束密度変化から、前記試料の磁化を算出する磁化算出手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする磁力計。 - 前記試料に所定の磁場を印加する磁場形成手段をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁力計。
- 前記試料を前記移動または振動の方向を軸として任意の角度回転させた状態にする回転手段をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載の磁力計。
- 前記試料の温度を変化させる温度変化手段をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の磁力計。
- 前記振動伝達手段は、
前記圧電素子の伸縮する方向に隣接して設けられ、前記圧電素子への印加電圧の周波数で振動するガイド棒と、
前記ガイド棒の周囲に設けられ、前記ガイド棒により移動されて前記ガイド棒の振動変位を所定回積算した変位で移動または振動する慣性駆動部と、
を有し、
前記試料または前記検出コイルは、前記慣性駆動部と一体に移動または振動することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の磁力計。
