(ロ)その両手、両腕の運動作用で上半身部はバランスを保ち安定しており、またこのバランスは「頭部」、「下半身部」とも固定一体化させ、前面方向への移動時においても安定化させる働きをしている。
(ハ)また、両手両腕はその肩の付け根を支点として振り子の運動作用をする。そしてモーメントが生じ、そのモーメントは肩と腕の付け根一点に負担をかけ、疲労感を発生させる。

ということは接続部分である腹部の臓器機能、効果の向上促進はわずかである。また首付け根においても同様である。

(ハ)回転運動(ひねり)により腹部においてはその関係臓器(胃、腸等)の機能、能力の向上促進又皮下脂肪、筋肉等の美容健康体への向上促進、持続にプラスとなる。
(ホ)この運動中、両手両腕の自重等の負担(モーメント)はグリップを握ることにより、枠体(フレーム)にほとんど伝達される。(腕がグリップにぶら下がる状態)
そのモーメントは枠体を当てた両肩部、首部付け根部、背上部等を介し、上半身部に無理なく分散し、さらに回転運動(ひねり)により分散され、それによる負担の疲労感はうすれる。

疲労感の原因のひとつが解消され運動量、能力の向上、維持持続に、また余裕ある運動動作につながり、周りの人とのコミュニケーションも盛んになり、より楽しい運動時間が得られる。

(イ)枠体(フレーム)(図1−2、図3−2)の材質は天然木、天然ゴム、合成樹脂、アルミニューム、合成金属および鋼材など。
形状は楕円形、三角形(角は丸みを保つ)、4角形(角は前記と同じ)、多角形(角は前記と同じ)等。
また各人に合わせたオリジナルもある。
構成材は丸棒状、角棒状、パイプ状、スプリング状、平板状等。
(これらで構成する時、変形し易い時は原形を保つために何本か補強材を使うが、枠体の自重は軽量化に努める)
(ロ)その枠体(フレーム)は材質が直接肌に触れる事が無いように、その周りに肌にやさしい吸湿、保湿性ある材質で包む。(スポンジ状、布状等)
(ハ)グリップの材質は天然木、天然ゴム、合成樹脂、アルミニューム等合成金属および鋼材など。
形状は楕円形筒型、円筒形、直径2.5〜4.0ミリ位で軽量化に努める。(中を空洞化にする)
又各人のオリジナルもある。
(ニ)グリップを握ったとき手が滑らないように滑り止め(図3−3)を設ける。
(ホ)枠体(フレーム)の左右両端とグリップを図2の様に結束する材料は(図3−4)、
材質は自然繊維、合成繊維、合成樹脂、天然ゴム、合成金属および鋼材(軟性のもの)等。
形状は丸棒状、角棒状、パイプ状、スプリング状、ワイヤー状、ロープ状等、を使用する。
(ヘ)図4−6は枠体にファスナー付き、袋状の小物入れである。(本発明の枠体を収納する袋、枠体を収納した袋を体へ保つベルト等を収納する)
(ホ)枠体を袋に収納した時、肩、腰等に保持させるベルト等。(図には無いが一般なもの)
