Description

The present invention disperses the feeling of fatigue caused by the burden of the weights of both hands and arms (moments) during exercise such as walking and jogging throughout the body, and moreover, it is easy to naturally generate a rotational movement (twist) in the abdomen. The present invention relates to a grip-type health exercise equipment with a body (frame).

Background technology

Most conventional hand grips used for walking and jogging are simply held by hand and maintain balance.
The person himself was also holding a pebble and running.
Presently, it shows general movements and contents such as walking, jogging, etc. in parks, river banks, playgrounds, homes, etc., regardless of young men and women.
(B) During a light exercise such as walking, both hands and both elbows are below the chest, and the exercise action of each arm is a movement type and movement that swings in the forward and backward directions and in opposite directions, and is in a dull state.
(B) The upper body is balanced and stable due to the movement of both hands and arms, and this balance is fixed and integrated with both the "head" and "lower body", even when moving toward the front. It works to stabilize.
(C) Also, both arms and arms perform a pendulum motion with the base of the shoulder as the fulcrum. A moment is generated, and this moment places a burden on the base of the shoulder and arm, generating fatigue.
Currently, not all of these movements and effects are common.

There are the following problems with the conventional movements and effects.
(I) The action of shaking both hands and arms back and forth (reciprocal) is made by fixing and integrating the three parts (upper body part, lower body part, head part), and its own weight and centrifugal force (works when shaking arms back and forth). Gravity takes a full burden at the base of the shoulder and arm.
(B) So-called moments give fatigue to the shoulders and chest through the shoulders and the base of the arms.
Furthermore, the feeling of fatigue is distributed to the upper body while being felt on the shoulders and chest. And it will have a negative effect on the movements that you want to continue.
(C) Since it is an exercise content that fixes and integrates the three parts (upper body part, lower body part, and head), each connection part, that is, the neck that is the connection part between the upper body part and the head, or the connection part between the upper body part and the lower body part There is almost no rotational movement in the abdomen.
This means that the enhancement of the function and effect of the abdominal organs, which are connected parts, is slight. The same applies to the base of the neck.
The present invention seeks to provide a grip-type health exercise equipment for pursuing and obtaining improvement, maintenance and sustainability to a “healthy body”.

(B) A triangular frame (frame) applied to the base of the neck, both shoulders and the upper back, and grips provided on the upper body and upper front (chest) are attached to each end with a rope made of synthetic fiber, etc. A grip-type health exercise equipment consisting of a structure that binds the frame (both left and right sides of the frame).

Figure 2006110326
Figure 2006110326
Figure 2006110326
(A) When the present invention is used in FIG. 1, a sense of fixing the sides of each arm is naturally born, and both hands and arms and the upper body are fixed and integrated to form a natural body.
When the upper body moves, the left and right shoulders naturally move in the front-rear direction and the opposite directions. (Generally, shake your shoulders)
(B) And, a rotational movement (twist) is easily generated naturally in the connection part (upper body part and lower body part is the abdomen, and upper body part and head is the neck part) of the three parts (upper body part, lower body part and head part).
(C) In the abdomen, the rotational movement (twisting) increases the function and ability of related organs (stomach, intestine, etc.), and promotes and sustains the improvement of beauty and health bodies such as subcutaneous fat and muscle.
Figure 2006110326
(E) During this movement, the burden (moment) such as the weight of both hands and arms is almost transmitted to the frame (frame) by grasping the grip. (The arm is hanging on the grip)
The moment is easily distributed to the upper body through both shoulders, the base of the neck, the upper back of the frame, etc., and further distributed by a rotational movement (twist), and the fatigue of the load caused by it is lost.
Figure 2006110326
It feels bad.
One of the causes of tiredness is eliminated, and the amount of exercise, ability, maintenance and sustainability are increased, and there is plenty of exercise and communication with people around you.
Further effects can be expected if it can be executed based on the following points.
The grip should be positioned near the base and shoulders by tightening the side of the arm.
Figure 2006110326
As described above, these effects lead to “both mental and physical healthier body”.
